People really do not want to act like Sisyphus has any character or depth outside of violence, while acting like Minos is the coolest, most in-depth character ever, and that's purely because Minos is white while Sisyp is clearly black.

(don't get me wrong I love both of them but I'm definitely not just ignoring how the fandom treats one compared to the other)

Yuuuup spot on. I definitely dont think its a conscious thing but its still a huge issue and peeve. Sisyphus has so much depth within just a terminal entry or two, so much to think about in those entries, what he says to v1, how he bided his time and endured his punishment to plan a way out to freedom not just for himself but his people.

This Peter looked down at his feet, that dangled over the ledge of the building. 

Our Peter watched this Peter, with a twinge of fascination. 

He was younger. More awkward. Even more uncertain. 

Our Peter remembered that feeling. The uncertainty. 

Lost, without a foothold. 

No anchor. 

No compass. 

“...I used to believe in soulmates.” Our Peter admitted, quietly. “I… I thought I’d found it, with Gwen.” 

Peter turned to Peter, with wide eyes. 

Those familiar brown eyes, our Peter noticed, had a subtle, wet shimmer. 

“...Gwen?” Peter asked, “You have a…” 

“I had a Gwen.” 

This Peter swallowed.  

His wet gaze turned downwards again. 

“Sorry.” He offered, again. “I’m sorry.” 

Our Peter wrapped arms around this Peter. Pulling him in close. 

This Peter seized a little, before letting himself bury his face in Peter’s shoulder. He let out a wet, heavy breath. Heavy with tears that he couldn’t hold back now. 

“It’s okay.” Our Peter whispered. “It’s okay.”
