DP X DC prompt (Victorian gothic styled Danny) part 1:

So we are all familiar with the immortal Danny Phantom AU. I was thinking of this and I realized that in most immortal au's Danny gets different jobs and degrees then wouldn't he try out different styles?

Like if he's going to live forever then he would totally try out different aesthetics. He first tried a gothic/emo style because of Sam, then a boho look, then a futuristic look. He even tried a bunch of different eras, like he did the 80's for a bit then the '70s, and eventually the 60's, 90's, and so on.

And so I imagined he is in Gotham and when he moved there he chose a victorian gothic look because of the vibe of Gothams architecture. So there he is walking the streets of Gotham at night dressed in a dark green shirt with a black waist coat and pants,wearing a trench coat that bairly touches the ground. He has a cane and everything. his hair is slicked back and neet with a few hairs escaping the front. He of course has gloves on because not only is it stylish it helps hides the coldness of his hands.

Anyway, he's walking around Gotham at night and he comes across one of the Bat kids, or if you want Batman himself, and he sees that this bat is getting their arse handed to them and so since he has an obsession to help (I usually say he has an obsession for protection but I think in this au it will be just the need to help or assist). So here is this bat about to get shot or something thinking, "well this is how I die then" when all of a sudden said bad guy about to kill said bat is knocked unconscious by a blow to the head with a...Is that...a cane?

Danny then beats up all the baddies in less than a minute, he's just a flurry of darkness, his trench coat is flowing behind him as he takes the bad guys down with his cane and fists. The bat he saved is just on the grown watching this go down with wide eyes. After Danny takes them all down he brushes off nonexistent dust (and isn't that something. He's in Gotham, in an ally, in one of the worst parts of Gotham, and he doesn't have a spec of dirt or grime on him) off of his coat and pants and turns to the Bat and, extending a gloved hand, says "Are you alright?".

The bat is just shocked and does not know what to say. Eventually, they are helped to their feet, and Danny, after checking to make sure their ok, says goodbye and leaves. Right after he leaves the bat snaps back to reality and goes to run after Danny who had just exited the ally, only to find he has disappeared. The bat reports this to the rest and as they go over the footage they realize that it looks tampered with because the area where the guy was is fuzzy and the sound is disoriented.

Batman obviously thinks it's a new meta in town and tells all the Bats to keep an eye out for this meta. Meanwhile, Danny is just chilling in Gotham, taking a century off from working and just exploring the sites.

Mabey he could have been led there by Clockwork or some ghost was giving Gotham some trouble. I don't know, but the idea of a victorian goth-dressed Danny striding around Gotham looking like a rich victorian gentleman taking a stroll through a park is hilarious.

I know, that it´s an old idea - that Danny, now immortal, with his family long having passed on, falls in love with some mortal and they marry and then have an end (if it´s happy or not mostly depends on the writer).

But you know what would be funny? If Danny, regardless of if he´s king of the infinite realms or not, I don´t care, falls in love with one or both of the parents of a random hero or villain. And Danny, deciding to become the daddest dad to have ever dadded, watches his new child with the parent(s) by his side and intervenes when it gets 'too dangerous'. Or if he just wants to cause some mischief.

The person now being fathered is very confused because "What the hell is going on?"

Danny has a bit of an issue, he's stopped aging completely. It was fine in high school where anyone would believe in malnourishment as an excuse. But now? When he is supposed to be a 37-year-old man? This got old the second he turned 21. It's not like anyone would believe him.

So what does Danny do? He marches himself to Gotham, where he assumes people wouldn't question a supposed 15-17-year-old trying to work. Does it hinder his career goals and life aspirations? ABSOLUTELY! Not much he can do about it though!

Danny tries to lay low, but Fenton Luck strikes! Now he gets to convince the local heroes that he is a TOTALLY NORMAL kid, not at all a low-key immortal.

The Watchtower found a enormous floating crystallized casket in space. Part 1

And the corpses unside still has a heart beat...

When danny became the ghost king, as a precaution in cause the Disband GIW were to find his dead body and possibly desecrated and dissect it. He had put plans to send his corpse into the middle of space of another dimension for safekeeping until later. Frostbite help made a special casket large enough as he had told Danny that his corpse body will grow into his true form.

He gotten help from the ghostly arachnids to make the finest silk clothes for his corpse along with extinct flowers across the ghostzone. That even got Dani and Dan wanted to leave their corpses with danny for safekeeping and to keep him company.

That was literally eon ago in time in Danny's dimension timeline..

Only until the casket bumped into watchtower.

There was three bodies whom seem to be sleeping in a cuddle like pile, holding each other hands. A white hair man, a teenage boy and a young girl wearing royal like silk clothes, floating aurora like crowns on their heads, and flowers extinct yet still thriving in the casket as they remain blooming.

Only for superman to say something that made everyone panic a bit.

"One of them has a very slow heart beat.."

Danny knew a lot of immortals and near immortals. Not that he knew, of course, because other than the time traveling nonsense, he always stayed in Amity. He saved a lot of said immortals too.

Three months after he moved to Gotham, a bunch of assassins were trying to wreak havoc on the city. Danny flew around to help his new friend, Red Robin. When he landed on the roof top where Tim was facing down the Demon’s Head, neither of them expected the Demon’s Head to stop his attacks and blurt out a surprised, “Danyal?”

Tim, instantly on guard, asked, “How do you know Danny, Ra’s?”

Danny straightened. “Oh my Ancients. You’re the bratty kid with the stick! Ra’s al Ghul!”

Dating life of an immortal teen

Jazz developed a liminal gift around the time of dannys accident due to exposure.

She starts to suspect since she hasn't grown as much since she was 17, it was so subtle barely anybody noticed: jazz has the gift of longevity and is not ageing as fast.

Unfortunately her parents were among the small number that started to notice and she had to leave 'for college' before they tried any 'experiments' on her (they were always far too quick in suspecting jazz of being a ghost).

So started the continually cycling aliases of Jazz [no last name given] as she tried to live her life travelling around the country.

Occasionally she would meet someone and be happily in their life for a while, before having to move again (either forced or scheduled)

Her secret finally comes out when one of her early ex's recognises her in a photo with their younger co-worker... who then realises another co-worker is also an ex... until most of the group realise they've dated her at one point in their lives... then it gets noticed by their sister organisation who also recognise her.

Now anywhere else this could be humorous except these are no ordinary coworkers...

They're hero's.

Jazz has accidentally been 'Dating' her way through a large chunk of the the justice leagues civilian identities all across america and the world! (Not to mention JL: Dark) she has no idea they were hero's only that they were charming and she was lonely.

now the paranoid members (eg. Batman, the Question, Constantine, wonder woman) are worried she was preying on them and need to investigate.

Dc X DP prompt/story idea

So Danny has teamed up with different Captain Marvels over the years (either via clockwork shenanigans, or the Dp universe is simply older then DC) and Billy has memorys of this badass Ghost coming to help his predecessors out of tight spots.

Billy brings him up offhandedly in a JL meeting and jokingly calls Danny his dad. (Oh that reminds me of when Phantom went all dad mode and stopped this powerful mage from killing me a few hundred years ago)

The JL finds some ancient pots or writings describing Phantom as a benevolent god. They connect the dots.

A demigod calling a being described as a god their father? Checks out.

The league really needs help with something or someone world ending (probably darkseid) and they are out of all options so they tell Marvel to call his dad. Even Bruce and Constantine are onboard because a being described as benevolent that is apparently one of the most powerful leaders dad is certainly the safest option then whatever else they have at the moment.

Billy internally freaks out and tells them he needs to go to the Rock of Eternity to call him because he lives in a another dimension/universe and it’s just safer contact him there. Billy books it to the rock sifting through memorys, spell books, and desperately asking Shazam for help because none of his predecessors ever contacted Danny he just showed up.

Billy eventually finds something to summon Danny and does so, not before getting some food as offering of course. Danny shows up either and a adult or a Elterich being because it’s just easier to have adults respect you when you look like that rather then a 14 year old.

When Danny sees Billy he’s instantly like ‘is that a 12 year old!?’ Because his powers as the ghost king and or being considered an ancient let’s him see through the magic that is Caption Marvels form. Billy tells Danny about the situation and Danny is concerned.

Depending on how the writer wants the fic to go Danny’s reaction would probably be either ‘I must help him at all costs because he’s like I was after the accident’ or ‘he’s way to young to be fighting such powerful beings, who do I give a piece of my mind to!’

It could easily be either Danny adopting Billy, or Danny and Billy becoming close friends that pretend to be father and son to mess with the JL and JLD

Ghost Cores are Dionesium

So! I while ago, I saw a Post about Danny and the Court of Owls, and one suggestion in the comments basically said, "What if Dionesium, the stuff they use to bring back the dead, is just Ghost Cores?"

And that got me thinking. Lazarus Pits are just Dionesium Infused Water, so how would they be created if Dionesium is a Ghosts Core? Well they way I see it, Lazarus Pits can only be formed in 2 Ways.

The first way is for a large number of Ghosts to be Ended at the same time, with their shattered Cores piling up and dissolving into Water.

The other way, if for an Ancient to Die. The Ancients are practically God's, and as such their Cores are immense in Power. When an Ancient dies, and their Core is left to dissolve in the Human Realm, it forms a Lazarus Pit in the exact same way it would take hundreds of normal Cores to do so.

Where am I going with this?

Well, isn't there a Giant Lazarus Pit under Gotham? The Batcave even has one, doesn't it?

The reason Gotham is so cursed isn't because Lady Gotham likes to collect Curses, or because her Ectoplasm is corrupted, it's because she isn't there to stop them anymore.

Lady Gotham is Dead.

Her Core sank deep into the Earth, forming a Lazarus Pit under the entire City, but thankfully far away from her People. She died, and only the fact that she is a Conceptual spirit saved a piece of her Consciousness. She represents a City, she can only fully be killed if the entire City is leveled. That doesn't mean she is still alive however, just that the barest sliver of her mind is hanging on by a Thread.

This is how Gotham possessed Batman that one time, it was her base instincts saving one of her precious children.

If you want her to be a little more cognizant, maybe she is just severely Injured? Her Core is cracked to the edge of shattering and she desperately needs help.

She she calls out to whoever could save her, and a certain Ghost Boy hears her cry for help?

Idea: Danny, as Ghost King, has now lived for millennia. He’s seen civilizations rise and fall, stars collapse and solar systems be eaten by black holes. Despite this, he stopped maturing at 20. As a result, he gets bored easily, especially since he found a way to restructure the Infinite Realms to be a lot less reliant on one person.

So he explores. Perhaps he’s seen everything from his dimension, but what about others? In what ways could they be different? So he looks. Sometimes, there is no Earth. Sometimes it’s completely different. Sometimes it’s exactly the same. He just left one that was completely futuristic, but this new one? It had heroes.

Heroes! Just like he was, once! Oh, that brings him back. They’re so cute, so small, but- No, no, just because he’s stronger than them doesn’t mean they’re weak. Actually, it’s quite impressive how much they manage to accomplish. They even have their own little group dedicated to saving the world from what they deem threats.

Maybe Danny could join. It’s been a long time since he’s had a vacation. It would be fun. Plus, who would say no to more help?

(The Justice League was in a panic. Every single member who was magically inclined felt something arrive, something that felt like death and life and balance and strength all at once. It would feel safe if it wasn’t strong enough to practically suffocate them. No, they needed to plan, so that this wouldn’t end up a possible Darkseid scenario.)

I just cried for a solid two hours over my math midterm, Not sobbing, oh no, no no no, I was laughing and crying, if I didn't have tears quietly running down my face then you would have thought I just heard the funniest joke...anyway, my mother told me to go study my other class but I think I would actually have a break down if I did so I am instead giving yall the long-awaited and much asked for part two of my victorian styled Danny phantom.

Also, I want this to be clear that yall are freely allowed to "steal" this idea. Want to make a fanfic about this? Go for it. Want to make your own crossover idea with this? Go for it. Danny has been alive for a while now so he has some money saved up under the guise of it being an inheritance. He also has some money from Vlad that he was given. So what is an immortal 23-year-old to do with all this bank??? Why buy a nice BIG manor of course! So Danny moves into his new home and guess who it neighbors? The Wayne manor.

Bruce hears about a new neighbor and good-old-Brucie Wayne being the good neighbor decides to take his youngest with him to greet this new person (the other bats weren't staying at the manor at that time). So Bruce goes and knocks a the front door expecting a housekeeper or someone who works for this new Neighbor, only for him to be surprised by the unknown meta that saved him in the ally.

He is shocked and all training and discipline are thrown out the window because he can finally get a good look at the meta without the darkness of night and shadows of the ally and, holy fuck, they look so much like his father. Bruce is just standing there with wide eyes and mouth agape for a few minutes until he is shaken out of his shock of seeing a younger version of his father by said impersonator when they cleared their throat to draw his attention.

" Are you ok?" They ask "It looks like you saw a ghost," They say with a chuckle like they just told a joke only they could understand.

Finally out of his shock bruce puts on his Brucie face and while chucking himself, though it is to get rid of the tension, says "I'm sorry, you just look like someone I used to know."

"I must just have that face I suppose. Is there something I could help you with today?" says the stranger

"OH YES, how could I forget our sole purpose of coming here! I'm Bruce Wayne and this is my youngest Damian, we heard that you recently moved in, and since we are neighbors we thought it be polite to say hello."

"That's very kind of you, My name is Danny, Danny Nightengale Fenton it's a pleasure to me the both of you"

'So the mystery meta's name is Danny' thought Bruce 'Now I have a name to search up.'

"Would you like to come inside Big Wayne and Little Wayne?"

Damian scoffs at being called little, turning his nose up to him and leveling Danny with a glare that says it all. Danny just laughs at his expression, filling Damian with more reasons to stab the man. Because, if his father was so startled to see this man then he must be suspect of something, it doesn't help that he fits the description of the meta that saved His father in that ally way the night he came back with a haunted expression.

"Thank you for offering Mr.Fenton but I'm afraid we don't have time today. Mabey we could reschedule for another time, and then you could meet the rest of my children as well if you would like?"

"Danny is fine, it's what everyone calls me, and I would love to meet the rest of your flock Mr. Wayne."

filing the strange use of words away for later Bruce responds, "Please, call me Bruce. Now we must get going, it was lovely meeting you Danny," with a wave.

"Goodbye Bruce...and little Wayne." and with a final smirk shuts the door.

Damian tch's as he turns to walk away, once again displeased with being called little. He is the son of Batman and heir to the title! He was raised as an assassin and could kill before he could walk! He is not little, he is simply lacking in height at the moment but will surely be as tall as his father one day. And so with a final glare at the closed door, he enters the car that he and his father took to visit Danny.

Once they're in the car and driving away from the manor housing their newest neighbor Bruce lets his Brucie persona slip and replaces it is Batman.

Danny is the name of the meta. Danny is strong enough to take down a few terrorists singlehandedly. Danny can seemingly vanish into thin air, Invisibility or teleportation? Danny looks young, possibly early 20's. Danny has enough money to live in a manor. Danny is his new neighbor. Danny looks like Thomas Wayne.

Sighing, Batman ignores the last thing on his mental list for now. It's best to not let himself get distracted by someone who so happens to look like his late father, acts similarly to him, smirks like he used to. He is brought back to the night in the ally after Danny saved him, how Danny made sure he was ok and how he draped his coat over Bruce just...just like his father used to.

Perhaps it is a good idea to look into this unknown meta more, because why did he feel so familiar? why did he feel like his father comforting him after he fell or got lost? why did he feel...like home?

Danny became ghost king his first order of business was to return artifacts to there rightful owners. These owners included from multiple countries on earth, Amazonians, the sea, tamaran, and so many more. Danny wasn’t planning on running a museum of stolen artifacts anytime soon.

So what if they we’re given as a way to prevent pariah from cutting off passage to the afterlife or from just destroying them. Why would anyone question why they were returned.

Considering no one realizes there had been an exchange of power everyone. Everyone assumes pariah was no longer satisfied. Danny didn’t bother to leave a note or anything.

So now the justice league and others are preparing to summon the king and potentially have to seal him away.

I need a dpxdc Crossover scenario where, somehow, Danny Fenton and Billy Batson end up at the same school. Maybe Danny is a year older but he got held back in a subject, so they’re both in the same bio class. Danny as a Sophomore and Billy as a Freshman. They’re lab partners and they hang out during school, and neither of them have any clue the other is a superhero. Danny is so used to everyone having Kinda Weird vibes from Amity that Billy doesn't ping anything and Billy has the same thing where everyone is Fawcett is a little Off, nothing particularly different about this guy.

Later on, both of them have joined the league as Shazam and Phantom and they still have literally no clue the other is a superhero. Billy doesn't recognize Danny as Phantom because of the altered features and Extremely Weird Vibes and obviously Danny doesn't think to compare the adult man Shazam with his fourteen-year-old buddy Billy. They both think the other is a semi-immortal being and they are both desperately making shit up about past events and praying they got it right. They both are continuously amazed that they're so good at guessing historical facts. They keep having to agree to random historical events that may or may not have happened because the other guy said so. They are both passing World History with flying colors because of the research they have to do to keep the "ruse" up

Eventually, someone's identity gets revealed (I'm thinking Billy) to the League, which is really dramatic and emotional about how Billy lied to everyone about his age and history for so long. And then Danny arrives ten minutes late with a Starbucks like "hey why is everyone freaking out. Why is Superman crying. WHY is B-this random kid here. On the Watchtower. What."

Someone: Phantom, I know you and Shazam were close, did you know he was secretly the fourteen-year-old Billy Batson? He's been lying to us about his past this whole time!

Billy: D:

Phantom: :/ UH so while we're on the subject *transforms from Phantom to Danny* hey Billy!

Billy: DANNY?

Anyways its a whole confusing mess and everyone is yelling and nobody knows what the fuck is going on but eventually its cleared up that yes, both Phantom and Shazam are secretly kids, they apparently know each other but only in their secret IDs, and they have in fact been bullshitting Ancient History facts like there's no tomorrow

But the important part here is that Billy and Danny pass their lab final, because thats what really matters
