Oni has been a vigilante for a few years, when he meets Kage for the first time, an anti hero (not that Oni knows this) who has a bloodlust similar to Stain, but all the more dangerous.

Kage bumps into Oni, and is immediately attached to him, a vigilante who can keep up with them in battle.

Unfortunately for Oni, Kage has no intention of letting him slip by, even if they have to use their position as an Officer in the day to their advantage.

If they have to manipulate those around them to get their vigilante, so be it.
