Imperial Tech

just for the record, I have woken up from a dream where Tech was dressed up in the Armor of the Empire’s Inferno Squad. The armor was black and red. Tech’s Inferno Squad helmet came with a red visor. He commanded a large number of Natborn troopers alongside clones. Regardless of what conditioning he went through, he still cares for his brothers and Omega. This further has shown and proven to me that it is the basis of my newest AU Fic. Star Wars: Imperial Shadow! With all his brilliant exceptional mind, Tech will play the long game with the Empire just so he can make it vulnerable from the inside as long as he manages to act like a stone cold Imperial Loyalist!

I am watching a video play through of the battlefront 2 campaign and I was reading the comments on the video and there are a lot of people that disappointed that you don’t get to play as an imperial for very long and that’s why people think it’s bad but I disagree the story of Iden versio and del meeko is actually really good

It’s really beautiful to see these elite soldiers that have been brainwashed can redeem themselves through their actions even though they defected really late in the war it is important to see them choose a better life and future for themselves rather than going down with an empire that was falling apart. They chose to be self-less when fleeing vardos with people she was ordered to just leave die. Leia after the liberation of the theed states that they have caused a lot of harm to the alliance but then Iden acknowledge that and strives to improve rather than be stuck in a horrible ideology

Even in the book she doubts the empire even if it’s for a little bit she still doubts them, I think this story is a lot more powerful than most Star Wars defection stories because these are people (both del and iden) that have grown up in very influential imperial families and homeworlds because they are both come from core worlds that benefited most in the times during the empire

I just think it is a good game and I think that they made the right decision to abandon the empire

I don’t like when people want to play as the empire (I don’t think their covert fascists or anything) but it leaves me with a really weird feeling when people want to root for the galactic empire of all factions like its fictional but it is portraying a lot of real world horrors and the dangers of fascism and what fascism is and what could be.
