(I already attached this to the spoiler’s main post but I’ve decided to put it in a different one)

It seems that in the end Undertaker and Othello DID know each other (U: I don’t wanna be told that by you, Othello!! O: I can’t see the color of regret, somebody like you..).

Also the whole Scotland Yard seems to appear because they recieved an “anonymous report” saying that the culprits of the murder at the Sphere Hall (”Blavat”) are hiding in the Phantomhive manor. Also the Midford show up and everyone is shook at seeing the twins.

Real!Ciel says that he had been told that his little brother had been impersonating him, and then Lizzy appears saying that R!Ciel isn’t lying, that the one who has always lied was Our!Ciel.
