God wants us to love one another in a “healthy way” as in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoings, Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Gods love requires forgiveness, we are to love one another as He first loved us. How did He first love us? He laid down his life for us!! Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:13 Sacrificing His only Son that we may be forgiven of our sins!! Love covers a multitude of sins! 🙏🏻 God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that “whoever believes in Him” should not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16 Tomorrow is Never promised!! But God’s LOVE IS!! Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:39 If you simply repent of (turn away from) your sins, confess that Jesus died for you, you have the assurance of Eternity with Him! Say this prayer; Lord Jesus I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross for me, rose on the 3rd day & sit at the right hand of God the father, from this day forward I will follow you, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Savior! "The second most important commandment is this: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’ There is no other commandment more important than these two.” Mk 12:31 (GNT)

"Jesus was once asked the question “who is my neighbour?” Jesus’ reply was the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37). At the end of the story Jesus asked a question: “Which of these three do you think was a neighbour to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” To which Jesus told him (and by implication us) “Go and do likewise.” How can we show and do mercy, which is an act of loving my neighbour in the midst of COVID-19?"

We have an opportunity to show the love of Jesus to non-believers. We have an opportunity to love and help them in His name and for His glory. PRAYER: Lord, help me to be Your eyes to see a need, Your heart to love and Your hands and feet to help, in Jesus' name, Amen.

My Realization & Conviction

I found myself checking my phone 📱 entirely too much last month: in the middle of conversation, right before bed... 😳 yikes! It’s exiting to spend time with phone but my watching betrays weakness... I had a lot to learn in the realm of my spiritual life.

The Holy Spirit convicted me, gently revealing that I was allowing it to consume my thoughts 💭 , leaving little room for important 🔖things and have a healthy quality time 🕣 with my new born 👶.

What a relief to have a God who readily forgives and also readily helps us to walk in his ways when we surrender to him. I’m glad to say that March is off to a much better start!

But the fruit 🍇 of the spirit is... self control (Galatians 5:22,23) 📖
