Today, we’ll explore some of the most common kinds of massage and the differences between them. Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue rub down offers attention to painful trouble spots at the frame. So it’s world mental health day. Last year I made a very long post about this and how important it is and how hard the battles are and how scary but rewarding asking for help is. This year I don’t quite have the mental capacity and stability to make a post like that again. Writing out this quote from The West Wing drained just about all my energy. I’m in a hole again, it’s very deeper, and the walls are very steep, and it’s never been this bad before. But I know I’m not alone down there and I have people who know the way out. If you’re down in the hole then I’m down in the hole with you. And we’re going to find a way out.

Sorta recently, I came out to my mom and told her that I think I had undiagnosed depression in middle school. (I think it’s called “clinical depression”?) And she responded by telling me that I was loved and never to think that I wasn’t inportant. But I never really thought that way.
I’ve read about the symptoms and my “possible depression” in middle school was more like the numb type rather than sad. Actually I wasn’t sad. I literally blocked out all emotion because I didn’t want to feel sad. That included happiness. My emotions were numb. And for the early part of my life that’s how I coped with emotions. By just blocking them out and distracting myself.
The only emotions I really felt were frustration, anger, maybe a little dispare (because I was bullied a lot and it greatly effected my grades and mental health) but thankfully I was never suicidal. I think that was something my mom was worried about when I told her. I love my mom. She’s the best

honestly, know the household you living in and the shat I've heard about your parents, it is a super realistic decision to come to, about putting off your transitioning. people allways talk about the 'beautiful, closet breaking' aspects of coming out, where its from an emotional stand point and everyone appluads and happily every after. but in this worl it can be inportant to be a realist, and that doesnt make you any less trans, it just makes you socialy aware of who you are surrounded by (1

Since I feel like this isn’t talked about enough I just want to emphasize that mental illness can make something that is seen as a “fairly simple” task, incredibly challenging. So it is inportant to be proud of yourself for completing these tasks especially on your bad days !!!!!
Like since I have social anxiety:
1. Meeting someone new and having a good conversation with them that I don’t dissect for hours afterwards is a victory.
2. Running an errand when all I want to do that day is sit inside and not be around anyone is triumphant.
3. Literally just doing anything or going anywhere that makes me anxious is bravery !!!
It is so important to not beat yourself up for struggling to do little things because your mental health is bad !!! But when you do these things remember to remind yourself of how strong you are !!!!

No emergency is too large or too small we can handle them all and give out great spiritual advice as we go along. If you are a certain religion please state that fact in the beginning because a large portion of our personalized care program deals with opening up spiritually.

I work at the county prison as a peer support worker during the long winter months and council the troubled adult inmates and get them to participate in all sorts of fun activities that range from artistic therapy that has a purpose usually or even spirit work .ike for example I do free tarot readings for youth offenders who are repeat offenders and I try to change their attitude, its nice to volunteer there doing that sort of thing. You need to open up totally to this process, trust this process and just let lose because you're going to end up having wome fun and forgetting about your problems for a bit.
But then we do focus on the main issue at hand of course it's not all escapism, but I believe in the art of distracting the mind from hurt and painful situations.
And please do not hesitate to text at very odd hours we are totally dedicated to saving lives and we are here for you. We have so much new cbt and bshavior therapy work books to share with any one in need of a bit of freedom from their emotional trauma and/or illnesses . We are highly skilled trained professionals that gave dealt with the worst possible cases of schizophrenia in patients and really bothered bipolar people so dont worry, your problems will be simple to figure out. We just need to do the Mental Health.org programme and get you well again!

I was in a similar situation to the last anon, once. Except I ignored all the signs of burnout, exhaustion, until I hit rock bottom and could no longer function. Leaving would have been a smarter choice for me than trying to tough it out until I broke down. I am now pursuing a degree in public health but the unsupportive faculty members' words, who told me that this is just 'par for the course', still affect me. In spite of this, I am still grateful for my journey through medicine.
I’m really sorry to hear that; it’s a shame that out of all the things that could connect us, the thing bringing us closer right now is burnout.
Your story is sadly not uncommon; we are trained to push ourselves so hard and interpret any diffculty as weakness, so it can be really hard for us to see the bigger picture. When we become overwhelmed, it’s often a long process with many factors; personal problems, bullying, healthcare problems, work conditions or all sorts of other things can play into it. It’s easy to feel that it’s our fault. That we are just bad at coping. That we are stupid. Unworthy. The only one feeling this way. I'm so sorry you suffered for so long; I hope there comes a time when you can look back in peace, as well as looking forward in hope. You are stronger than you realise, and I know a lot of my followers will read your story and look up to you. I hope you feel proud of what you have overcome.
But we are not alone. And the problem is not us. It’s not our fault. A very brave friend of mine recently shared their experiences as a doctor with mental health problems in a public forum. They did this so that others know they are not alone. That someone else can say “me too” when you confide you are struggling, can mean everything. I am in awe of each and every one of us who ahares their stories, and I want to thank you for writing in to add yours. This is why I write, why I rant and rage and why my ask box is akways open.
I’m really glad to hear you’ve found a life for yourself in public health. It’s an inportant and rewarding field, and it goes to show that there are many places we can find happiness. I hope you are in a much better place and feel supported, valued and loved like you deserve to be. I wish you all the best.
