Are you stiff, tight and not flexible? Try & Save this DAILY STRETCHING Routine👇🏼⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ◼ Exc 1: Downward Facing Dog ⁣ ◼ Exc 2: Forward Fold⁣ ◼ Exc 3. Little Thunderbolt⁣ ◼ Exc 4. Camel Pose⁣ ◼ Exc 5. Half & Full Bridge⁣ ◼ Exc 6: 6. Childs pose⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Try to do each pose for about 15 to 30 seconds! Yoga teacher Jessica demos a great flow into a 'crow pose', her flows are always graceful but are typically something that can be regressed as well for this of us that might not be at this level yet. Performing her flows to your ability will be great for stretching, mobility, stability, and strength. For those of us that aren't Yogi's the flows can be great warm ups and cool downs to your lifting, give it a try.⠀ ⠀ Demo By: @musicaltheatreyogi⠀ ・・・⠀ 💦#DipYourYogiToes 💦⠀ -⠀ Hey Crow-Flow people! For today's offering you guessed it! We have CROW POSE.⠀ -⠀ -⠀ So crow-flow is sped up x1.75. I flow to Warrior i then into Warrior ii (the flipping of the palms is to help stabilise & relax the shoulders!) I then move to a wide legged forward fold with shoulder stretch. 💡You can use a strap in your hands here if your shoulders are tight!⠀ -⠀ From here I then take Malasana and that's where I move to Crow Pose! Note that I firstly do the knee wrapping variation- this is slightly easier than the second one I do which is Full Crane Pose (knees on triceps straightening arms)⠀ -⠀ ❗️Do NOT stress if you can't yet do Crow!! It's NOT a problem! Just the action of working your way into it will help your body slowly get there but here are some tips to aid you:⠀ -⠀ 💡Squeeze arms with knees & direct elbows backwards⠀ 💡Tilt forwards projecting upper back (really puff the upper back out!)⠀ 💡Focus on keeping the fronts of the shoulders STRONG as they are what will keep you from face planting! 😉⠀ -⠀ Also remember to do YOU!
