A random thought, if the Beyblade Burst peeps were in a Corpse Party style situation, who from that series would they most be like. Some weird Corpse Party AU starring my OC's

I literally got bored and did all of this with wheeldecide.com, with varying results of either 'this is fitting' or 'oh no this is fitting'.

(L-R): Jessica (Ayumi Shinozaki), Tameron Ryne (Yoshiki Kishinuma), Maxwell Ink (Satoshi Mochida), Fiona/Fuchsia Robot (Yuka Mochida), Blue Belle (Naomi Nakashimi) Changes: ~Jessica is gothic and is the one that suggests the ritual, easily convincing Tameron to help her with it (because he's a simp). ~Tameron is a bit flirty towards Jessica, and overall nice and calm. He's known as the detective prince in their school! ~Maxwell has a father-daughter relationship with Fiona. Which yes, implies he made Fuchsia Robot in this AU. ~Also because Fiona's a robot, she gets possessed more easily than the others. ~Blue Belle is the redesigned Prim Rose. Being prim and proper, and nervous (especially after Sally dies!). And also like.. the only other animal aside from the Sonic OC's.

Kensuke Kurosaki - Lost (de-AU'd, so he's a goat that gets killed.) Tohko Kirisaki - Flake Woman (Yes, this is Ice Woman, but redesigned. And also now a DWN!) Emi Urabe - Golden the Hedgehog Mitsuki Yamamoto - Cyprien (also a freshmen, and an android in this AU. she gently put down enkah's crush, but he didn't take that well.. especially after getting pulled into the haunted school.) Masato Fukuroi - Baritone (de-AU'd, basically a wolf who takes his student council president role seriously. way too seriously at times, which gets him 'bullied' by Flake Woman and Golden.) Kai Shimada - Copy (yeah remember that Copy Robot design for Fully Charged? that's him.) Tomohiro Ohkawa - Milo Ryousuke Katayama - Veradae

Kibiki's Group: Naho Saenoki - Cocoa (who''s also humanized) Kou Kibiki - Archer (humanized) Shougo Taguchi - Pory-Guy (Doesn't talk much, and only points out the basement before... killing himself before he succumbs to the darkening.)

Ghosts: Yoshie Shinozaki - Brione (that old Sonic OC that looks like a Brionne) Sachiko Shinozaki - Sine the Deer

Others: Kokuhaku Akaboji - Ferrum Fruitbat (not a Sonic OC, but intead a major antagonist in Aria's Fruit Farm) Hinoe Shinozaki - Maize (She.. only gets mentioned. In her life, she was Mary, who was Jessica's younger sister before her life was tragically cut short.)

Demons (only listing the species so people can run with it): Original Seiko - Succubus (Do I need to state what this is inspired by? Honestly offended that she was turned into a Succubus.) Original Mayu + Morishige - Futakuchi-Onna (Morishige is the main spirit, whilst Mayu is the mouth on the back of his head. He cannot hear where she is coming from, and he also will never believe she's lying to him. Poor guy thinks Mayu isn't affected by the school's influence..) Original Yui - (She's a Teaching based one, with the wings of an barn owl. She is actively trying to help these characters break free from the cycle.) Original Kizami - Oni (He looks hot, not gonna lie. But man, now he's gonna kill more people now that he was made immortal.) Original Naho - Kuko (She's also malevolent, and was the one that trapped everyone in the cycle. But like.. was she really the maker of the cycle?)

???: Arianna the Lonely Roller - (The young maker of the universe. She's trying to stop the cycle, but someone took the book from her. Now she's fighting to get it back, and is trying her best to hurry.)

I'm gonna talk about the corpse party au I have in my mind like it's 2015 and the corpse party fandom is as big as I remember it being lol. I envision it being like a fangame, but who knows if it ever would become one! I'm debating whether I should just write it as a fanfic or try my hand at making it a visual novel instead..but, what I do know is it takes place in an alternate universe where everything is quite different.

So years ago, Musashigawa Girls' High School's drama club was going to do a joint performance with Musashigawa Girls' Middle School's drama club. It was going to be quite the performance and it seemed like every member was talking about it, except for one. Mika Naruse, the drama club's most popular member with many lead roles to her name, found herself..bored. Bored out of her mind. She couldn't quite place why, but it was there. No one had been cast as which character yet but Mika already knew she was going to land the lead role once again. It's just how things went. Some girls in the club whispered that it's because Mika is notoriously popular, or it's because she's the favorite, but it's not like she could help that! Things have just always been this way..as Mika Naruse was lost in thought with this sudden boredom weighing on her mind, she noticed her closest (and only) friend Rio Kazane approach her. She wanted to talk about the auditions. This was their usual routine after all, with each and every performance of theirs. They always talk about the character they tried out for and if they think they'll land the role (as if there was any real challenge). This time, the play was supposed to be a suspense/mystery sort of thing, with some scary mansion inhabiting a group of odd and intimidating people that indulge in sacrificial practices. Mika had thought about trying out for the role of one of the detectives, but then thought that would be lame so she went for the role of the Lady instead. Mika had played a few sweet-talking 'lady-like' characters before, so she could do this with ease. Rio had gone with the 'bodyguard' character apparently, who's sole purpose is to protect the Lady and be by her side. Mika thought that was dumb but at least they would be performing together again (like they always do).

Mika then rested her head on Rio's shoulder and complained about this random bored feeling she's stuck with. She can't really put together why she feels like this? It was weird. Rio glanced at her and suggested that maybe she needed something to change in her life. Rio reasoned that, for her personally in regards to acting, she can't play the same role too many times or she'll get bored and acting itself will feel stale. Perhaps Mika needed something to liven up her life.

That..made sense. Mika hadn't thought of that.

After school, when Mika and Rio completed their walk home and went into their respective houses, Mika got to work. She lunged for her computer and began browsing the internet, looking for it to offer her something to cure her boredom. Something that was exciting and new.

Somehow, this ended up with her on a corner of the internet she had never even been to before. She was on this weird blog "Naho's Nods to the Netherworld"..it was kinda creepy. What was even weirder was this charm that apparently was supposed to help you and your friends be "true friends"? Or something..the more Mika read, the more she felt curious and kind of excited? "This is it" she found herself thinking. This was exactly what she needed to cure her boredom..!

Mika decided to try this charm thingy out with Rio tomorrow, except little did she know, it wasn't just Rio she was dragging into this.

Mika Naruse - 17, class II-3 - The infamous girl who practically everyone at Musashigawa Girls' High knows, whether they want to or not. Mika's a free spirit and marches to her own drum, often doing what she wants to and when she wants to. She's charismatic and has a way of getting people to follow her lead. For as popular as she is, she considers Rio to be her only friend.

Rio Kazane - 17, class II-3 - Has a face of natural intimidation and usually scares people without meaning it, she's usually just deep in thought. She takes acting very seriously and often studies the scripts she's given hard to properly get into character. But even with as much dedication as she has, she's number two compared to Mika, who's just a natural it seems. Rio does not mind this though, and instead admires Mika, although in a different way compared to her other admirers. Mika is a very important person to her and is also her neighbor.

Hikari Kirigami - 13, class I-2 - A very earnest and reliable girl who does her best as class I-2's class rep. She's in the drama club alongside Nana, Nari, and Chihaya. As much as she enjoys acting, she worries she isn't that great at it. Hikari often panics over the small things that others might not think about.

Hodoka Manome - 13, class I-2 - Hikari's friend as well as her classmate. She's sweet and speaks very politely. She is acquainted with Nana, Nari, and Chihaya, but the only reason she knows them is through Hikari. She isn't a member of the drama club but has been to a couple of their performances to show her support for Hikari. In her spare time, she likes reading manga and playing tennis.

Since it looks like I got a few messages while I wasn't able to check for them (and Tumblr didn't show that I had gotten new messages), I'll try to answer some of the questions involved.

In the beginning of D2: Depths of Despair, when Ayumi and Satoshi are talking about black magic, there's a song playing in the background. It sounds instrumental, with just a guitar, could you please tell me the name of that song? Thank you!

If you're talking about the song I think you are, it's a track from the PC-98 Corpse Party (and doesn't really have a title). It's under the filename "cp010" in Corpse Party -Rebuilt-. Its remake shows up in Corpse Party: BloodCovered, with a vocal version that I believe is called "Requiem for a Dream", sung by Nari Amatoya.

Whenever I try to open depths of Despair, it says that the file is corrupt? Can you walk me through what the problem is?

The best I can think of is that the download got interrupted. I'm not sure what else I can say without any more information.

If you make a fifth game in the Corpse Party D2 series ...[redacted for length]

While I won't say it'll never happen, it's not likely that there will be a fifth non-remake in the CPD2 series. The Dragon Mask is still unfinished, and the games after Fatal Operation still barely get acknowledged. (I've even seen some people within the past few months that are surprised to learn that Fatal Operation exists.) We'll see what happens, but I think there's going to need to be a surge of interest in the CPD2 games before I decide to make a fifth game.
