Happy Birthday in heaven to our little man, we love you to the moon and back and back again. I remember when we saw you for the first time, Josh knew you needed to be a part of our family. Hey there little man, another year has come and gone and you would have been turning 8 years old today. I looked at the date these photos were taken and it makes me so sad that your body was dealing with cancer. You were such a strong little man and despite your circumstance you look so pleased to be outside in the fresh air, it was one of your favorite places to be. Just thought I would give everyone an update on Niku. He was diagnosed with Lymphosarcoma. He sleeps all day right now, and depends on us mostly for food. His tumors are shrinking though and it’s likely he’s fighting allergies right now too. Our vet has high hopes that he will be around for a while yet. Heres hoping we will see some glimpses of his old self soon. We miss it and so do the girls.
