I wonder if those old men would fear that you dumping them for a younger better looking man 🧐🧐
Like I don’t see HIM as marriage material or a serious partner at all… would he take that personally pftttt
-💙
I feel like it'd depend on the guy honestly. Like if they're rich or overly confident then I'd say, No not really. But any other old guy than yes!! I think it's the same psychology as girls being scared of being dumped for a younger girl.
Again depends on the guy. Some older guys would probably be happy with a "friends w/benefits" arrangement lol. But since this is a yandere blog and since yandere wishes are my specialty. I'd have to say he wouldn't care at first. Or rather he thinks he doesn't care until the actual threat of you leaving arises. Then his more possessive side comes out. Sure he'd never actually settle down or stop being a massive jerk/perv but he is more vocal about you only belonging to him and intends to keep you at his side by any means necessary.
Okay, but all of this has me pondering something else…
does being with you (the younger women) amplify their fear of death?
You remind him so much of his youth. Remind him of pleasant times he'll never get back. You're a constant reminder of just how old he really is. And in all honestly he's petrified of you.
Why do you resemble a cherry-pink coffin?
A glittery tombstone/gravestone?
But that also means that he wants to keep you around. His pride won't let him lose you to some 'younger guy'. He needs you, you're simultaneously his fountain of youth and his grim reaper. Maybe in hindsight, he's become addicted to how young you make him feel.
Just some food for thought

constantly seesawing between “shadow’s the ultimate life form, logically speaking he wouldn’t have any physical weaknesses” and “to hell with that, give him fucked up knees and achy joints”
unmatched healing/regenerative abilities, sure, but the more damage he takes and has to heal/regenerate, the more impact it has on the associated joints and all that. it isn't noticeable the first few times, but they never quite heal/come back right, and over time that all really starts to add up
the older he gets, the more regularly he has to wear knee braces or compression gloves under his regular ones—and the air shoes, which already look like they're meant to be supportive, become even more of an obvious mobility aid

Can I please ask the first five questions for both K'pheli and Mehka?
-cracks knuckles- okay give me a sec
Where were they during the Calamity?
Mehka and K'pheli both were underground, in Gelmorra; they were 18 and 14 at the time, and while Mehka was technically old enough to leave (being an adult), she'd stayed underground to help K'leytai look after K'pheli, who was especially ill during that era due to Dalamud -- and its aether and disruption to the surrounding area -- making him more sick than normal.
How did they acquire their Echo?
As a god, K'pheli does not actually have the Echo; however, he has similar abilities and so it's assumed that he has the Echo, and it's assumed that he had it from a young age due to the fact that he was just. . . Like That as a child sometimes.
Mehka, on the other hand, didn't have her Echo manifest until she was nineteen -- she wouldn't realize it until later, but it was a vision of early Gelmorra (the first Gelmorra) from the point of view of one of K'pheli's previous incarnations (that is, one of the Shattered God's vessels before he was born as Sae'pheli'ehva).
Does their Echo function like it does in the MSQ? Or is there a twist to it?
Mehka's Echo works similarly to canon -- she can understand others regardless of language, seeing past events/viewing someone's thoughts via the visions, etc. However, her Echo gives Mehka the ability to know various ways that a future battle or event may unfold (essentially, dungeon wipes for Mehka would simply be a possible future that she'd have seen beforehand).
As stated, K'pheli does not actually have the Echo. However, he does have abilities that are functionally the Echo -- he knows past (or future) events due to having access to divine knowledge (he knows the plot of the game, Higher Plane knowledge and all); he does not actually translate words in other languages into his own first language, like the Echo does for Echo users, but due to the aforementioned divine knowledge he nonetheless knows what others are saying. Lastly, his divine knowledge may let him know anything from a broad strokes understanding of events or a person's history to a very detailed, intimate understanding of someone or something's existence. (It's a fun time.)
Do they have a canon mount or minion? What's its name(s)?
Mehka has her company chocobo, simply named Choco. Additionally, she has a unicorn mount, which she's named "Lionnet". (It's more that Haurchefant suggested the name, and Mehka went with it.)
K'pheli, meanwhile, has his company chocobo Tonkotsu, whomst he loves very dearly. Additionally, on the First he has his Amaro, named Carissimi (meaning "beloved" in Allagan aka Latin).
Where are they from? What was their childhood like?
As stated above, Mehka and K'pheli are both from Gelmorra! Their childhoods, while overall good, was still very influenced by K'pheli's chronic illness and constant sickness. Mehka was influenced more in the sense of seeing her cousin sick all the time, with nothing that she or K'leytai (K'pheli's older sister) could really do to help; this has led to her wanting to help people as much as she can, because she hated the feeling of helplessness and not being able to do anything to help K'pheli.
K'pheli, on the other hand, was the one to be constantly sick. As one can imagine, growing up chronically ill can be traumatizing -- K'pheli unfortunately also had the lingering memories of past vessels' lives, manifesting in frequent nightmares when he was younger (though these nightmares lessened as he got older, and stopped -- for the most part -- when he was fourteen). The Calamity's disturbance in Eorzea's aether made him incredibly ill during that time, from about the year of the calamity to the year afterwards, though thankfully his health improved afterwards.

It’s been months since he’s settled into life at Wayne Manor. It’s hilarious that they don’t think he knows about their obvious nightlife (and that’s coming from someone whose hero name was just their last name spelled differently) but they don’t know anything about his own past as a vigilante. To be fair, a dimensionally displaced Ghost King wasn’t really on the board for reasonable guesses. Danny Fenton blinked innocently at Duke, blue eyes watery and oh-so-trusting of his adopted older brother when Duke claimed that his bruising came from getting caught in Ivy’s attack on the busses today.
(“Oh my god he’s so trusting and pure what the hell?” He heard Steph whisper to Dick, who nodded emphatically.)
“Oh man, you should get some rest. You guys are seriously unlucky, you know? Do you need to go to the hospital?” Danny asked Duke, his core trilling as he allowed himself to fuss over a member of his ‘fraid.
“Nah, man. I’m good. I think I’ll take a nap and sleep it off.”
“Okay. Oh, here!” Danny fumbled for his bag, grabbing his prescribed pain meds- for his chronic pain, but they don’t actually do anything for him since his ectoplasm burns away most of it- and handed it to Duke. “Take one, and only one. Those bruises look nasty.”
And then Danny gave him the puppy dog eyes and Duke folded, because Danny knew that he wasn’t supposed to hand his meds out but these situations were kind of the reason he claimed chronic pain to being with (even if it was true and his hands shook with aftershocks).
“Thanks, Danny. I feel like death warmed over.”
Danny laughed, the opportunity to mess with the family sparking in his head. “Yeah, I’ve died before. Wouldn’t recommend it.”
With that, Danny threw Duke an easy going smile and walked towards his room, bag on his back.
From his peripherals, Danny watched Jason drop his bowl of snacks, Dick’s pale face, and the concerned and shocked look of everyone else. Except Damian, who just kind of scowled thoughtfully. Tim looked like he was going to rip Danny apart like an interesting puzzle, Cass sat up straight (and he made sure every micro expression he caught on others stayed unconcerned on his own body), and Duke froze.
He snickered- well out of regular earshot- as whispers and whispered shouts rung out after he left the room.
He can’t wait to drop the “I know you’re vigilantes” bomb on them. It’ll be hilarious.
