a while back you said something akin to “inkblade college au.. (head full of thoughts)” !! would you be so kind as to open your head and share them? i am begging you on my knees…. spare inkbkade college au.. pls…

dear anon you dont have any idea of the floodgates im about to open but!!! im imagining two main routes for this college au. bear with me with this long answer!!

the ‘met-again at college’ au:

In this version of the events, the Rat Grinders probably broke off to do their own individual thing after finishing junior year and their redemption quests.

Oisin would probably distance himself away from Elmville but still pursue wizarding school elsewhere. Probably at the Bastion City University.

This time, he does it correctly with no cheating.

Though if he was being honestly, still having access to the full benefits from the school of conjuration was probably an unfair advantage.

So he always pushed himself to do harder, to excel beyond expectations. He’s a chronic over-worker and just wants to do things right for once.

Oisin never gets into another adventuring party again and instead studies to be some type of wizard scientist, developing new spells and technology probably.

Adaine, by this time, is already a world-renowned adventurer and top divination wizard of their age, in her own right.

She’s already established somewhat of a mark to history at the young age of 24? 25? probably younger, honestly.

Oisin hears about her from time to time— they do occupy the same wizarding circles and its kind of hard to avoid mention of the Elven Oracle.

But she was a famous figure now, literally beyond reach from a lowly college student like himself.

Imagine his surprise when he sees her walk into his class one day, but not as a student, no.

Adaine was a guest speaker and was about to discuss to them the very interesting topic of the Cosmology of Extraplanar Realms and Studies of Divinities

Oisin blanked out most of it.

Too starstruck from seeing Adaine again and oh… his chest was hurting again, phantom-pains from the shatterstar that never really left his mind.

Or is it?

Before he knew it, the session has ended. He thinks it ended too soon but the topic was actually discussed for two hours.

But his professor has an announcement to make? He stayed back to hear it out.

“Miss Abernant will be conducting research in the university for some time, and she has graciously granted the Wizard Department the opportunity for a student to take up an internship role for the duration of her team’s stay. Interested students may submit a form to me and the decision will be passed to Miss Abernant’s team after careful deliberation. That is all, thank you.”

Oisin has spaced out again, reeling from the thought that their paths would probably cross even more now that she’ll be at BCU indefinitely.

“Mr. Hakinvar? Oisin Hakinvar?” his professor called for him, and he addresses her, snapping out of his thoughts.

“Ms. Abernant, this is the top student of the Wizarding course, Oisin Hakinvar. I would speak highly into considering him for the role…”

Oisin has drowned out the noise again, because Adaine was staring at him, a twinge of familiarity setting in on her features. And of annoyance.

“Oh, I know of him.” she says tersely, “Top student, you say? No unfair advantages to speak of?”

Oisin’s brow twitched at that, answering the question himself, “None at all. I’ll make sure to send in my form for the internship role.”

Because he was prideful more than anything, and the subtle mocking comment made at him was baseless.

Adaine doesn’t know him, not the way that he is right now. Not after he’s pushed himself over and over to prove that he is worthy to be here.

“Very well! I’m sure Miss Abernant will be pleased to review your form.”

“Trust me, I am very good on both paper and practical application.”

Adaine shouldn’t even care for him at all, but she was curious. After Oisin and his adventuring party disappeared off Elmville, she always wondered what they were up to. Maybe more evil plots? Maybe they died somewhere off Spyre? Who knows.

Now she does, and the kindling of curiosity was highly-flammable, the worst of all motivators she could have.

And yet.

“I’ll be the judge of that.” she says to him, like a challenge. Oisin was set on meeting her to it.

This AU is definitely tagged as “Enemies-to-Lovers”, constant bickering and challenging looks, academic rivalry too because thats always nice. Maybe a bit of mystery because I do love the allure of putting them in a dark academia setting.

the ‘they got close during senior year and went to college together’ au:

This one is definitely sweeter and idyllic.

If you’ve ever heard of Sabrina Carpenter’s new song “Please, please, please” this is the general theme; its what Adaine would feel like.

Because in this AU, Adaine finally gives Oisin the chance to date her during college.

They’re always together anyway; with both being wizards pursuing academe, their schools of study interact in much more ways than anticipated.

Lots of cute dates in between classes too!!

Going to the newest cafe to try out their menu.

Amusement park dates!! Museum dates!!!

Bastion City is filled with things to do.

And even when they don’t, just studying together was already a date.

Oisin would always have some part of his body in contact with her.

Maybe his tail wrapped around her calf under the table, his free hand on her knee when they read together side by side, or just letting her lean on to him if she gets too tired to sit upright.

Adaine, on the other hand, was a little more paranoid of their relationship.

Was she just lying in wait for Oisin to fuck up? Hopefully not, but the chances are never zero. And she hates thinking of that, because at some level, she does trust and love Oisin, wholeheartedly.

But the past has always been haunting her in some way or another.

And it’s hard to relax when danger has been everything you knew your whole life.

But Oisin was soft with her, caring and understanding, frankly a little possessive and obsessive, but it was just the healthy amount that makes her want to drag him to bed every night and assure him that she is all his.

And Oisin proves to her that he is all hers.

Just imagine. Domestic Inkblade. never thought i would live to see the day that both words are in the same sentence.

Lots of late night cuddles, of assurances, of future plans togethers.

Unending conversations of “i love you” said in the most unconventional ways.

AND OF COURSE this is college. you cant expect me to think of college au without having Adaine live up to her “Party Wizard” title!!!

Adaine definitely lets loose at parties. She has her friends with her, a loving boyfriend, and her life has never been better.

But god she has the worst alcohol tolerance known to mankind.

Oisin is definitely watching over her, excusing himself from drinking too much just incase Adaine goes wild again.

And oh she does.

Thank god Oisin is there to [i will not elaborate what happens here, but god is it in my head; just guess].

And then she wakes up with a raging headache and Oisin is more than happy to care for her (making her hangover food, massaging her sore spots).

Like I said, domestic. Fluff and comfort and so much healing. LIKE SOOO MUCH. this is the answer to the “we could’ve had it all” tag because in this AU, they have it all.

Good for them… good for them!!

》 mother was a zombie, father was human

zombie-human relations/relationships were banned until the summer before the events of z1, therefore they met illegally. when they were eventually caught, y/n was already 3yo, and their mom was imprisoned + died, and their dad ran away. y/n was taken in by eliza's family and hidden as no one outside of their parent's friends knew about them.

》》 being of mixed species, y/n has some abnormalities

instead of fully green hair, there's just some obscure streaks, moreso towards the front of their head.

y/n can only partially "zombie out," but only when their z-band is removed and they aren't in control of their emotions

additionally, y/n has visible (although fairly faint) eyebags and y/n's skintone stays normal -- although they turn extra pale when their blood pressure is low (dehydrated, losing blood, lacking nutrients, etc)

@unusual-ly (here) and another user(will credit if i find the post) had really great takes on this theory and i agree 100% that this makes sense + that people just called them zombies and whatnot, and i will absolutely reference this if i get the chance

§} eliza's dad, zed's mom, and y/n's mom, among multiple other zombies, died to an illness that spread throughout z-town. because of humans neglecting zombies and restricting their access to medical treatment, the zombies were extremely vulnerable -- especially when imprisoned, like how y/n's mom was

§} zed,, i fixed him

he's proud to be a zombie. i never liked how he kept trying to change himself to be likeable and more human, so when i write his character, he'll be more like eliza in the fact that he's fighting for humans to accept zombies for who they are, not for zombies to be more like humans.

§} bonzo is ~a year older than eliza and zed but got held back a year

i just believe he wouldve been

§} z-bands

over time, z-band tech evolves and zombies look more "human," looking less pale than they did originally, and their eyebags slowly fading

z-bands were created by humans who had relatives or loved ones who became zombies ((i got this idea from a tumblr post i saw somewhere,, if yOU KNOW WHO IT WAS PLEASE TELL ME I WANT TO CREDIT THEM

☆ werewolves ☆

|| y/n meets wyatt ~a week before zed asks addison to the prawn in the forest while getting froyo

wyatt's working undercover at seabrook power

"what do you recommend?" "huh? oh definitely vanilla. it's a little basic, i guess, but i love it" "vanilla, please" ... "you work at seabrook power? you seem kinda young for that" "haha yeah it's uh, a summer internship" "that's cool :)" and then they got froyo together almost daily when he'd get off work

wyatt tells them that he's just moved to seabrook and is going to shs, even though he really wasn't he decided on convincing willa to let him go undercover there later

|| the "great alpha" is y/n, but they aren't a werewolf

the prophecy never specified that they would be a werewolf - only that whoever it was dressed like one in the prophecy's image, specifically

wyatt knows about the prophecy n everything, so he tries to get closer to y/n. when it's apparent y/n has no idea what/where the moonstone is or could be, he convinces willa to just go to the town as students and do their own research (like in the movie)

i changed it from addison to y/n for "y/n needs to be interesting" purposes and also because addison's character is so bad in the fact they made her the most stereotypical main character ever. she feels like an "i throw my hair into a messy bun and look at my blue orbs" fanfic sterotype main character sometimes im SORRY I HATE IT

|| the werewolves' ages are never really mentioned or confirmed so i'm going with them having the average human lifespan + age development, if that makes sense

i'll explain what i consider to be their ages later shdhfj

|| wynter is a year-ish younger than willa + wyatt and they treat her like a little sister

because i said so and also it makes sense

|| willa and wyatt only share a dad, wyatt's mom left the pack when their dad chose willa's mom

i just needed to give them parents okay? idk

|| the markings on their faces have meanings

willa's 3 stripes(?) indicate that she's the current alpha,

wyatt's 2 stripes indicate he's whatever the alpha's second-in-command is

everyone else has the 3 leaves signifying that they're "of the forest"

the geometric star type thing on their arms represents the "yellow sun" (i dont have a meaning for it yet)

elders get some other marking, i just dk what (it simply makes sense that they would)

"the winner writes the history books" -- zombies were caged in as the "monsters," so humans were told a slightly different story to keep them away from the "dangerous mutants on the other side"

i don't like how she (specifically with the wolves) (almost) only cared more about them because she thought they were cool and because she could've been a werewolf. i think it should be a bit deeper than that, and that she should actively fight for integration (for both zombies and wolves) so she will be doing so when i write her :)

> Bree transferred from Northshore to Seabrook

for two reasons: one) continuity in regards to the way bree + addison met and the characters' ages, and two) because i like the idea of her begging her parents to move so she could join the seabrook cheer team (it was her dream)

> Bucky doesn't suck

at the end of z1, bucky actually had character development and he deserves to stick to it. the writers completely disregarded it in the following movies and i dont like that so im changing it. @unusual-ly worded this really well here and had some awesome headcanons that i'll be referencing/using here. i also really liked @ourveryowncheerrockstar's headcanons for him so i'll be referencing some of them, too!!

i'd also like to think that bucky decided to rename them because 1) he thinks it's cool and makes him look cooler (its like his own branded entourage), and 2) he really likes those names and always has (he absolutely gave dolls these names as a kid)

instead of just pale/pastel pink and blue, they get to choose from a variety of pastel colors

○ zombies get the rest

whatever the humans decide they dont like or want, in terms of fabrics, objects, etcetc, gets thrown into the junkyard behind seabrook power, and the zombies repurpose/upcycle/etc

○ similar rule in terms of food

there's more froyo flavors, but they're pretty standard: mint, chocolate, etc

less healthy foods go to zombies, and sometimes scraps/leftovers/expired foods

After they “solve” the crisis, it’s too long I honestly lost all the hype bc I thought it ended. It was just waaaaay too long.

Firefly’s 3 deaths?? Hello? I wanted to see that not Sunday’s 3 acts.

They never explain why the Order is bad and the Harmony is good. I didn’t understand until the last part where it was like “oh they’re trying to mind control people.” like you’re telling me this NOW??

Im sorry but I don’t find Robin to be as likable as hoyo presents her as. She’s a sweet angel but they shove it in your throats so much it feels fake. She just got the short end of the stick when it comes to writing :( i would have loved her ngl I wished she got the same level of writing as her brother :((

Too many twists like it’s exhausting atp. Gallagher being evil would’ve been interesting ngl. Like what of Sunday and Gallagher and Sparkle teamed up???? Idk just a thought. Also “dormancy” is disappointing. IM SORRY I LIKE EVIL GALLAGHER

Maybe unpopular opinion but too much Acheron. I feel like Firefly should’ve had a bigger focus like we forget abt her in the later half.

And the domain things. God they are so unnecessarily long. The one with with the Trailblazer and Firefly was just so so tedious.

The Trailblazer taking the Harmony’s side feels forced like bro why??? Theres sm exposition and no explanation. They just go “Bc freedom!!” And…??? What else??? Robin just went “This is wrong” and we hopped on board. Now Robin is justifiable bc she did her research, being her idealist self, and shes a side character so I’m okay with her not having the full spotlight.

Why did Elio send Firefly/SAM to Penacony anyways?

Jade just went “oh Aventurine lets cook some shit up in thr next update” and left

again, pls elaborate on why the Order is bad I got one example

Also I feel like Aventurine was like a footnote im def biased towards my baby boy but :(

Im sorry the main cast is just unlikeable imo they don’t justify their actions and just ride on the ideal of freedom and nothing else. They use the same argument of “bc people deserve to live and choose” and its tiring hearing them say that 10 times they just lacked depth.

Also shaoqi who writes for hi3 wrote this and hi3 is very visual novel esque and it works in hi3 bc its very story driven but it just doesn’t in hsr.

Now the good things

I love the consistent characterization. Sunday acted just as I predicted during the quest so yay

I really like Sunday as a character. ALSO WHY DID HE FALL AT THE END I GOT SCARA PTSD

I like how even though Gallagher is on our side he’s pretty morally gray (he’s a history fictionalogists i hate those shits if you can’t tell I would follow the erudition so they piss me off sm)

The idea of the story is amazing though like in general

In conclusion, I think they tried to do everything and forgot about domains being the bane of players’ existence and making stuff make sense. The execution just leaves me feeling overwhelmed and unsatisfied at the same time. Ngl I think 2.1 just built up way too much hype.

man i am EXHAUSTED for satoru rn. every single day for him is like a living hell jesus. i mean it CANNOT feel good for him to live this way, obv he's an addict but i guess i always err on the side that it's not really addicts faults?? esp when you know what goes on biochemically when it comes to addictions, they are literally almost impossible to fight, and in a lot of cases, canonically for s&c gojo too, addicts didn't WANT to be come miserable n codependent on substances. a lot of times, it's just bad place/time or someone coercing or influencing them to begin. and then they're fucked for life. the fact he's managed to become a self sufficient professor and maintain surgerical prowess while fighting an addiction is incredible, but he neeeeeds to get clean. like, there's nothing more important rn than for him to just. literally put himself in rehab, in therapy, etc. idk. im word vomiting here but i just really hope he gets genuine professional help. ive always found it interesting how doctors are at times the most careless of their own health

I guess I'm in a similar place as you where, as happy as I am for it, it does make me a little sad that it feels like there's such little fan interest in lengthy meta and discussion on Ai herself outside of some really banal, surface level stuff. To a degree, I get that with other characters having so much more time on the page and having ongoing arcs to speculate about, but Ai is sooooooooo fascinating to me and it really drives me insane how often I see people make zero effort to engage with her arc beyond her utilitarian function in the story. It also really bums me out how often I see her get reduced to just a stepping stone in the arcs of other characters — even though the manga is literally shaking you right now and begging you to understand and empathize with her more than ever, I straight up see people cheering and crowing about Ruby 'surpassing' her or 'becoming the true Ai' as if this is a good thing and they are not completely fucking missing the point lmao.

I totally agree with the concept that in a pokemon based our life au cove and mc would catch each other pokemon but here's my thought. Not sobble or wishi-washi but what about a young cove telling mc his favorite flower is the white poppies like in the original game. And young mc remembers and goes out of their way to catch him a white flower flabèbè. And little MC tells cove, "I know moving somewhere can be scary but now you have another friend for when I can't be with you." And cove treat the flabébé with like the up most care will very rarely have it actually battle but is always in his party (with exp. share ofc). He can never bring himself to evolve the pokemon even if mc reassures him that they wouldn't mind. (Imagine battling cove wiping out the rest of his team only to face off against a lol 100 flabébé. RIP ur team). And when one day cove asks you to marry he sends his flabébé to get bring you to him on poppy hill. Instead of proposing with the the flower himself he has his pokemon hold the ring. And he says something cheesy like, "You were my first friend and you gave me my second friend. You've always looked out for us and we both love you." But yeah come would move heaven and earth for that pokemon just because mc went through all that effort and we know he's the most sentimental man on earth.

Side note- I could totally see like a 13 year old Lizze ironically gifting cove a Sobble for his birthday. Like just a pokeball in a box with a note that says, "A cry baby lizard for my sister's cry baby boyfriend". But secretly she hopes they get along and that he likes it but Liz can never resist being a little mean.

Hi there! Thanks for asking! (FYI this ask is going to have spoilers for Twin Peaks and the Twin Peaks movie Fire Walk with Me, I highly reccomend them if you haven't seen them. This also has mentions of abuse, CSA and trauma) (also Im not a zeus-anti or whatever the fuck, I find him interesting so like. pls don't send that discourse to me ghhg that shit genuinely tires me out lol) My idea about it was mostly about the cycles of abuse (with Bob/that neighbor or family member > Leland, and Leland/Bob > Laura and also with Kronos > Zeus, Zeus > Apollo) The scene in Fire Walk with Me I'm depicting is the "wash your hands" one where Leland interrogates Laura about her "dirty hands" (ie: her purity and also that she is hiding things from him) which Laura takes very hard (for obvious reasons lol and also cause she is scared she isn't a good person and is "impure" cause of the abuse she suffered through and how she copes with it). In Twin Peaks: the Missing Links, there is a parallel deleted dinner scene where Leland and Laura were very affectionate with each other and also later in the final cut of the movie itself there is a scene where Leland affectionately kisses Laura's head. This complicates their relationship so much esp when you know that Leland is Bob and all this time he has been sexually abusing Laura since she was 12. Cause in the movie Laura keeps dealing with the knowledge that her father is Bob until the end where she accepts it once and for all and it tears her apart on the last day of her life. The knowledge of it is too much for her to bear. Going aside from that Leland keeps jumping unpredictably between a imposing patriarchal figure and an affectionate father (who ultimately still wants the attention on him)- you can also see this in the main show of Twin Peaks with how he behaves and grieves Laura and also how he attempts to murder Jacoby, murders Jacques (lol not complaining about that asshole's death at all minus how it messed up the investigation), and murders Maddy. Personally I think as a thematic device Bob represents the cycles of trauma and abuse since Bob also abused Leland when he was a child before possessing him and that was his intention with Laura too but she managed to hold out and break that cycle. This connects in with Zeus and Apollo cause their relationship is similar in that Zeus is a very imposing patriarchal figure who often wields his power against his kids while also fluctuating between that and being incredibly affectionate to them. While he deems Apollo (and Athena) as his favorite children, he also keeps a very tight leash on them and his and Apollo's relationship is incredibly volatile with a power struggle between them (but ultimately Zeus has the power in the relationship). You can see that with the Cyclopes, the attempted coup, and also smaller interactions where Apollo both follows his father's orders to the T but also lashes out and diverts from it in subtle ways. Apollo himself is also both a victim and perpetrator of SA/abuse similarly to Laura (tho Zeus never raped Apollo- let's just get that clear) and struggles with seeing sex and the body as a commodity, guilt for lashing out and feeling powerless in his situation (this is most apparent with his relationship with fate and his duty as an enforcer of fate- but it should be noted that this duty is directly tied to enacting Zeus's will). I think the reason Zeus does this is cause A) he was raised with barely any parentage and a father who wanted to murder him and he does love Apollo and wants stability and B) he doesn't want to lose his power as king and he needs to divide and conquer his control over his kids cause he doesn't want the cycle of sons overthrowing their fathers to happen to him. You can love your child and still be a bad parent to them. And Zeus very much is a bad parent with how he plays favorites, puts incredible amounts of pressure on his children/scapegoats the other ones and also punishes them harshly. Even if he means well and is affectionate sometimes it doesn't change that fact

Which takes me to the cycle of abuse with Kronos and Zeus- I think that ultimately Greek mythology is focused on cycles, and how they echo through generations and even in the gods vs the mortals. Which is why the bg of the piece shows the myth of Kronos eating his kids and Zeus defeating him. The flowers btw are foxgloves and begonias- foxgloves represent secrecy/illusion immortality and insincerity. Begonias represent caution and warnings of misfortune. Foxglove are also poisonous flowers (they contain digitalis poison)

INTERACTION.

mutuals only. I don't follow minor muns because I am in my mid twenties. if I follow you it means I want to write, so come kick my ass if I have yet to send anything to you. I am open to starter calls (from however long back), inbox memes (from however long back + at random), and plotting (just hit me up for my discord or over IMs whichever you prefer!). I write with crossover characters (though I may be selective) and original muses (lets make them canon now bby). basic etiquette applies. mun doesn't equal muse. I will always have my own portrayal for my characters and no I don't take influence from other writers - it's just very common for multiple people to take points from the character and series to adapt into portrayal and writing.

ACTIVITY.

I work a full time job and have a lot of adult responsibilities to attend to, so my activity can be sporadic. I try check dash as often as I can. my timezone is also GMT+8 so I am usually more active when people aren't online. I can take a hot second to get back to people ooc just because I am both nervous or my social battery is drained from rl.

MUSES.

I am prone to add a lot of muses. and I do often forget to write up their bios. as I go along building them I usually try and add information to their pages. I write my canon muses here and my original muse on a separate single blog (on that note: don't feel pressured to follow that blog because you follow me here. I am p happy just plodding along on that blog and vibing in my area if ocs aren't your thing) please do specify musein comments for starter calls or when you send things to my inbox. not specifying = I give you floch by default as punishment.

PLOTTING AND THREADS.

I try not to drop any threads and will respond to them all even if it's been awhile. never feel pressured to respond back if it has been too long, but I will try my best to always write back. I have no cap for threads, and I am so happy to leave anything if we lose the vibe for it! it will always be etched into my character's canon even if the thread isn't complete. I wing a lot of threads to see what my character does, but I am also open to plotting scenarios and bonds! I struggle to put my thoughts down so bear with me on that, or I just ramble and scream random things.

SHIPPING.

I am always very receptive to the idea of shipping. that doesn't specifically mean romantic either, because there's so many different kinds of bonds. romantic shipping I do enjoy if our characters mix - I also like the entire build, which means it's not always just soft and fluff, because we as humans we be build different. and often it's not about saying I love you, but showing it in characters own unique ways. I won't ship anything romantic with vets and 104th etc. don't force ship.even if our muses are interested in each other in canon I prefer to build towards that (this won't apply so much to characters who are married in canon). that being said please feel free to reach out! I am super friendly and happy to see if our muses end up vibing. shipping with ocs is the same. if our muses are vibing that way then absolutely open to discussing! I don't consider flirting forced shipping, or someone having a one-sided crush. as long as the mun themselves aren't trying to force something with that, then I actually have a lot of fun with that kind of dynamic!

DARK THEMES & NSFW.

the series is full of dark themes ranging from war, violence, gore, death, abuse, mental health, etc. and they won't be ignored. I do my best to tag the heavier content. things I won't touch are incest, noncon, etc. you know the drill. NSFW content is written given all my current muses are of age (if I add minor characters, this definitely does not apply to them) and found on my sideblog listed in my pinned post.

They are so cool looking

I gotta admit, he looks very cool. Even tho some prople say he looks like James Charles (Which I STRONGLY disagree) I love his design. I personally like his clothes, the man has drip. Heck, I literally painted a white blazer for a cosplay but now I just wear it when I'm not in cosplay anymore. I also like his facial structure since it gave me a challenge to draw him before but now I've gone used too it. (I can go on and on)

Everyone but me is wrong about them

Ok, so this is just a little joke (I do believe in other people's headcanons about him) but I would make this joke of "As a Nick Nack Kinnie, he would defiantly do that" if there's something that I think he would do.

Wasted Potential

Ik hes in the prequel but he could have more potential in the first game too (Since his model was already made). I think that Nick could've been in the tea party with Mortimer and Riley at the end instead of Kathy. (IDK but stillll)

If they were real I would be afraid of them

Ok, maybe a little startled but still- I mean, he's a puppet that wants a human as his host. But I headcanon that when you say that he's your favorite, he'll stop, cry and just be nicer to you. (Since he doesn't want to harm a fan)

They are deeper then they seem

for some reason I feel like there's something more about Nick that we don't know. The fact that he might have the urge not hunt for Owen and his urge to do it is strange but maybe there's more context in the game when its realesed.

So one time I tried to look how far the fandom has got. So every fandom has R34 art so I decided to type it in on google and OH I REGRET MY DECISION. I found a Nick Nack one- (IDK if that counts tho but still)

Didn't get enough screen time

This applies for the first game. like- we only see him in the shadows and that's it.

Well kinda, I don't own any handbags but I wanna put him in a back pack instead with him poking out of it. If i had a Nick Nack puppet i would put him in there, let him poke out of it and go out with him like that for aesthetic purposes (And probably comfort reasons as well).

I don't mean his Midnight show ver. I meant his model that was supposed to be in the first game. What happened to his eyes? Where his is little beard thingy? (I headcanon that the eyes are supposed to be a mechanism that was added in later. like Puppet contact lenses I guess. it was later added because it wasn't in the blue prints so it was just a last minute idea Owen came up with)

Well, yes i have many that I could recommend. I didn’t hesitate to list them all so here you go. It’s not necessarily a list of recommendations bc I mainly listen to them for taking in different perspectives but I barley if ever agree with them. It depends on what your looking for I guess. i did comment the ones that I found the most interesting/ entertaining (yes I have a lot of time bc I’m stuck in quarantine rn🤧😷)

Who is Larry Stylinson- Pop Unmuted (seems like it’s not available anymore now but this was always my absolute fave so if anyone finds a way to still listen to it pls share! This is the academic kind of take I was talking about, Ralph, you would like it, I’m sure)

Larry Stylinson: When fandom goes too far - Name 3 Songs (they work in the media themselves, discussing boundaries and toxic fandom, discussing gay stereotypes, tend to be against the idea of it but break it down and also have their weak, sus moments in it, very very good!)

One direction Babygate - Lizard People (my fave, they aren’t in fandom at all, they spill some tea about Briana, it’s a pod about conspiracy theories, they have a lot of fun, no bad feelings, one of them fully believes it, most entertaining episode ever, I don’t take it seriously but I loved it!! listened to it so many times already just bc I’m so entertained by these two!)

The Larridox Part 1 - What I will say (more of an anti, mod is a gaylor, they are convinced of gryles and Taylor’s gay relationships, it’s an interesting take but not necessarily my cup of tea, they have some very good older episodes about the industry and closeting with someone who’s experienced it themselves)

Larry - Bait: queerbaiting podcast (they aren’t in fandom, they don’t like shipping people in general but were having a blast talking about Larry, very fun but also kinda superficial)

Larry Stylinson (Episode #7) - Callsheet! (Not in fandom, breaking it down, keeping it real, it’s fun and light, they joke around the whole time, it’s like talking about Larry with your besties in school, I found it very endearing, nice to listen to if you have to clean up your room)

Shit larries say Podcast (not a recommendation at all but I find it too fascinating to not mention it here, you gotta have some nerves for this one, an anti conspiracist, she hates larries/ Larry, has great knowledge about the workings behind conspiracy theories tho, seems a little narrow minded to me, it can be entertaining but it’s an eye roll to me for the most part, you might get frustrated)

Other ones that aren’t that good but still kinda fun:

1. Red Herrings with Sh*t larries say - I met you in LJ, 2. Larry Deep Dive - Not to be a bitch but, 3. Larry - Big Bitch Engergy, 4. Looking back at Babygate - 2 Girls 1D, 5. Larry Stylinson : We’ll just wait it out - You know what I’ve been wondering —> some of them have more than one episode! Almost all of them just discuss Larry and the timeline.

Ralph, Im not sure that you would like most of them bc personally I just really enjoy listening to different perspectives. The first one is a true gem so I’m really frustrated that it’s not available anymore. it was until a few weeks ago. The second one is very good imo although they are really biased and lean more into the anti side of fandom but I recommend it! I’d be very interested to hear what you think about that one. And you really have to listen to the bbg episode by lizard people in case you wanna have a great time. All of them are available on either Spotify or apple podcast (apart from the first one, someone send me an audio of that episode, I need it! 🙄😪I still had to mention it here just in case). The reply all episode was also on my list, originally. I haven’t listen to it in a while. I only remember that they had larries as their guests and that I was a little irritated by them. But their approach to it by having someone invited who got confused by fans as Eleanor’s brother was very interesting to me. That’s it. Sorry this is way too long. I’m just a podcast kind of person.

I've found the Pop Unmuted episode and listened to it. What a moment in time to have captured - April 2016 was such a key moment of transition. The idea that fans believed that Louis' wasn't Freddie's father had gone mainstream and suddenly everything was being talked about much wider, but in a way that ended up making these conversations much more difficult to have.

Thanks so much for the recommendation. I really enjoyed it and thought it was really interesting, although I do get very annoyed when people suggest Larrie ideas that I see as completely unsubstantial alongside ones that I think are important. (The bears are interesting enough! There's no need to shoehorn the September 28 nonsense in!)

I'm really looking forward to some of these - I'll probably stay away from the hard antis. I listen to Cam from What I Will Say quite regularly, but find her take on Larry infuriating. I do want at least some curiosity.

I've just started listening to the Lizard People episode and that seems super fun as well (and recorded around the same time).
