Hello Everyone!

Happy Sunday!!

I'm the other mod for this blog who normally hangs out on Twitter. The normal mod has a very bad migraine and can't look at screens right now!

We're both using today to mostly recharge and get ready for another week of fighting for our show!!

You've all done such amazing things in just the one week that Lockwood has been officially cancelled. We've had tons of articles written about the show, trended on twitter every day, and the show is starting to show up in the Trending category on Netflix in the US. And that's not even mentioning how amazingly the petitions are doing!! We should hit 16,000 today!

So, a quick update! The watch party continues tomorrow with episodes 7 and 8! And here is the coming week's hashtags with a graphic courtesy of the absolutely amazing @thisgameissonintendo

This week we're going to start focusing on different streaming services on different days!

Please know that the showrunners and Agents Stroud are with us in spirit. Remember that they can't really be loud due to the fact there's legal stuff. But they have been retweeting a few things and using our daily hashtags where they can!

Even in the immediate aftermath of historic cold as far south as Florida and Monterrey, sub-freezing temperatures across the Deep South, and sub-zero-Fahrenheit blizzards sweeping across most of North America for a week or longer around Solstice/Christmas 2022, this cruelty and disregard for dignity/life continues unabated. Especially brutal treatment of the homeless in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California amidst rapid population growth and notorious widespread gentrification, as Oregon state institutions expand use of hostile architecture, Washington destroys shelter of hundreds of people in Spokane, and “sweeps” continue in the Bay Area despite historic deadly rain-storms.

“7-Eleven stores in Texas, California, New York use classical music to shoo homeless...” (14 January 2023). “Neighbors say store uses loud opera music to push away homeless” (13 January 2023).

Oregon’s so-called “aggressive landscaping” tactic. In December 2022, Oregon installed hundreds of hostile architecture boulders to prevent the re-establishment of camps at Delta Park, which had long been the site of homeless shelter in Portand.  “Boulders return to prevent homeless camps along WA highway” (12 January 2023).

Spokane destroying the shelter of hundreds of people while disability rights advocates attempt to slow the pace of the destruction. “Court date today for Spokane County effort to clear homeless camp” (13 January 2023): “Spokane County filed the lawsuit in October in hopes of clearing the camp. [...] However, in December, a federal judge granted a temporary emergency restraining order, which has put any plans of clearing the homeless camp on hold. [...] [The judge] granted the restraining order requested by Jewels Helping Hands, residents of the camp and Disability Rights Washington.”

"Power in Numbers 7."

Currently on view at Nucleus Portland in Portland, Oregon is the 7th iteration of the massive group exhibition, "Power in Numbers."

Together with Gallery Nucleus LA, Nucleus Portand are excited to present "Power In Numbers 7."  The first Powers in Numbers Group Show began in 2006 and featured hundreds of artwork in the format of 5" x 7" postcards. For this 7th show, Nucleus Portland is showcasing incredible work by hundreds of artists from all over the world.

Hm... We know that GS apparently has ghosts... Lots of ghosts! Maybe Three Portlands is from three different clusters! I'm not saying one of them is GS but still!

All I know's that Portands isn't directly connected to any one reality. My foundation's guess was that each cluster got their own so far, but if there's already my deadbeat uncle showin' his face over in GS, they might 's well have gotten the Portlands in a mix somehow.
