Post about art-theft, AI and tracing of my render:

Unfortunately, one of my renders I made a year ago, was traced, copied, edited by AI by "brothers in arms" store and now sold as a merch aimed towards CoD fandom. They are currently sending this out to various cosplayers asking them to promote it.

As someone who is affected by this, I have to speak up about it.

I found out about it by accident when I saw promoted post on my insta feed. When I started talking about it in my stories, this store sent me a private message saying they had been working on this design for weeks and had never heard of me so they definitely didn't steal anything, and offered me free stuff. When I disagreed with them and sent them files comparing our works, they stopped replying to me, so I continued talking about it again on my insta. Only when my followers started leaving comments under their post saying this is wrong, they decided to continue discussion on the next day.

2. They mentioned that they could have been inspired by some pictures they found on the internet and showed me their "first sketch" of design… which was made by AI.

3. During the conversation, they mentioned that their artist could have based his work on a picture he found on the Internet, but he defended himself by saying that they might not have known it was mine. But even if they didn't know about me, even if they found some fanart on the Internet - it doesn't mean you can copy something detail by detail and sell it as your own. What is most important here, their offer to solve the problem was to give me credits in their design. IF they worked hard on it, why would they want to give me credits? My offer was to remove it.

4. Why do I mention that it could have been done by AI? because many lines are unfinished and a lot of details don't make sense.

5. Below is a comparison of my render that I published on March 18, 2023 with their first sketch they showed me, which apparently they drew themselves:

I am saying this so that the CoD community, which is very large, will be aware of this, because there are many people who have already bought it and after my insta story, they felt bad and said they want return it because they don't want to support art theft.

It's not just about me anymore - it could have happened to anyone who creates fanart and share it on the Internet just for fun. One day someone may use it for their own profit without us being aware of it. It doesn't matter if it's a 3D render or a drawing. All artists in this (or any other) fandom do not deserve to experience such thing, and we need to speak out about it to prevent it from happening in the future.

Reposting fanart is, as this example shows, dangerous and hurtful, so please respect artists and don’t do this. Especially on pinterest.

Their only proposal and offer to give me credits for the work they traced is something I will never agree to.

#that being said do not repost my renders on pinterest #because you see what it does #it doesn't “help me with popularity” as one reposter explained to me once #but it gives me more work and stress #.....so now whenever I have free time I will report every reposted render I find on pinterest

That one Bologna drive

part 2 to That one Christmas flight (strongly recommend reading that one first! made me so happy you guys liked this one, so let's continue!)

summary: They were suppose to not look for each other. So of course they didn't.

warnings: crushing hard, swear words I guess, typos probably

PS: y'all gonna hate me

Lando really wanted to keep his promise not to search for her online. He enjoyed the mystery and the option to keep this little encounter as a nice "why if". Until he didn't.

With the only information he had being her first name and the fact she was a student at Bologna university his private burner account was truly burning up. He must have seen every account of the current Bologna alumni. It was strange being on the other side of these pseudo stalker fan games. There were moments where he deactivated his account, to stop him from doomscrolling. And then there were nights when he did nothing but that.

He was fed up with the emptiness and shallow lifestyle that followed him. His friends were surprised, when he started to carry classical literature books with him. Since he hated those looks, decision to really keep all of this to himself had been made. It felt like a pose sometimes - he did not have to prove anything to anyone, he was fine as he was. But a strange feeling of wanting something more is hard to navigate when the life around you seems dead set in the current ways.

Weeks passed by with his eyes fixed on one moment in particular. The Imola Grand Prix. It felt like a cruel joke when he realized this circuit was a mere hour away from Bologna.

Lando was not sure if he was supposed to be proud or scared when finally found her account. At this point, it was hard to find a better expert on the social life of that university town. But it would be a massive lie, if he said he did not sprint up from his chair when he saw her in one of her friends insta story. Tagged.

He nearly DM'd her about 20 times. But, this was not the way it was supposed to feel. No. It seemed like a way better plan to ride up to Bologna and hang out at what seemed to be her favorite cafe / bar in the centre. If it was meant to be, he would run into her and it could all be called a second lucky accident.

He had an average start of the season. Maybe Imola would bring him luck one way or the other.

His plan was to ride up there the evening after his first practice - then the team debrief dragged until late hours. He hit the wall on the second day - his team made sure he went through all and every medical check up, no matter how much he protested. Then there was this and than that and suddenly he realized the only possible evening would be the Sunday one. He requested the latest flight him team would allow.

Finishing fourth felt like a joke, even though it was his best finish this season. Missing the podium by a mere second was a cruel of a metaphor.

Once he managed to run through all his duties, exhausted as truly was, he hit the road.

Within a half an hour, he was in what seemed her most favorite cafe, sitting on a bar stool, ordering a glass of white wine.

She was nowhere to be found. His heart jumped when her friends came in and sat outside, lighting their cigarettes. Lando waited. He had to laugh at himself, pathetic as he was right now. By his luck lately, she was probably in her bedroom sleeping, or worse - on a date with some Italian fuck boy. Going up to her friends and asking was absolutely not an option - he wanted to surprise her, not scare her and creep her out.

He left the bar after one hour for a stroll around. He walked around the lively square filled with young people sitting on the ground and having the time of their life, the one he saw hundreds of times on his screen. Who knew, maybe she'd be around somewhere. Jealousy swept over him, envying those who were fortunate enough to keep her company right now at this very moment. After one hour he was back for a second glass. But this time he heard his name being called loudly immediately as he stepped inside. All of his tired muscles tensed up in disbelief. And to continue with the theme of pure luck - it was an ordinary fan. The surprised guy with a Mercedes t-shirt insisted on a photo and signature. Lando smiled, signed and went back to his car.

He probably needed this closure.

Y/N was a person who prided herself on her principles. So when she and the mystery boy from that Christmas flight agreed upon not looking each other up, she kept herself away from doing so. Exam season and university life got in the way, providing a great distraction.

Only when she went on a date with what seemed to be a lovely French physics student, she allowed herself to think back to her encounter with Lando. That's when her internal facade fell apart. She spent the whole date imagining Lando would appear. He'd sit at a different table, right in her view, and then once her date would go on the toilet, they'd run away like little kids would do. They'd sit in a local park and laugh while sharing a bottle of wine. She knew he was somehow famous. He heart crushed at the thought that she was probably overshadowed by girls way prettier than her.

And then, on a random afternoon during a first study session the weather allowed her and her friends to spend outside, in one of the university gardens, one simple conversation she accidentaly overheard from the people sitting nearby, caused her to loose the last chance of keeping the meeting with Lando intact.

"Yeah, Lando Norris. Way hotter than Leclerc, I must say."

"I still don't understand why you love formula 1."

"They just know how to sell the story."

Surely, they were not talking about Lando. "Sure, there must be thousands of well known people called Lando," Y/N replied to her own question.

She took this as a sign, gave up on her principles and went full ballistic on her research. Downforce, penalties, the teams history, qualifying, chequered flag.

Since she was so deep in, keeping her obsession to herself as she had no idea with whom she could possibly share this, she might as well ask her mom for tickets money. The idea that she knew that he was just an hour away and she would miss that was simply not on the table.

Formula 1 race in an event meant for groups of friends to share their passion. So sitting there on the stand alone felt a little bittersweet. She made sure to push down any thoughts about seeing him up close again, let alone talking to him. It was something that half of the people present would try to do. And risking having him look through her, or worse - not remembering her - was not something she wished to live through.

But she cheered for him, she really did. Anytime he passed around her stand she got up, she watched him on the screen during interviews and when it became clear, he would have his best result of the season so far here at Imola, she celebrated with all those around her. Feeling proud that he was doing good. There was an electrifying energy in the air which could not compare to the times she watched races in her room on her laptop. If he had been standing near to her, she knew he would say something to beat himself up for missing a podium. And if she was standing next to him, she would tell him that he is an idiot and should also celebrate.

He looked a bit off during the interviews. Probably the crash few days ago. Y/N stayed sitting there just a bit longer than an average fan would.

Probably to avoid traffic...

Oh, boy. Well, I was on a plane when I saw this, but now I'm finally at my hotel and have time to answer.

So right off the bat, I'm having a little trouble discerning the "tone" here, of both the comment and Georgia's response. I honestly can't tell if what the commenter is saying is meant positively or negatively (it kind of comes across as a backhanded compliment, or at least one that was worded badly?). But because I can't tell how the comment was meant, it also makes it difficult to tell how Georgia took it. Did she respond out of genuine annoyance, or was she not annoyed but just saw an opportunity to give a sarcastic/funny response? I have no idea, but I'd love to know what everyone else thinks.

All that said...there is certainly a lot going on with Georgia's response. We already knew that Michael had a stealth/private account on Instagram, so does this mean he's created another one? I noticed as well that Georgia cropped out the avatar of the person who left this comment, but did leave in the avatar of another commenter whose comment she posted in a story after this one (which has since been deleted). So it seems strange that she cropped one, but not the other, for some reason.

Then there's the undertones (overtones? Today is the day for tone issues, apparently...) to Georgia's response. What struck me first is that she read this comment and associated it with Michael, suggesting (on some level) that Michael is jealous of her for being married to David. This could, of course, simply be playful jealousy--which would speak to what a lot of fans seem to be embracing, that idea of Michael, David, Georgia, and AL as one big, happy, Brady Bunch of polyamory--but I have a feeling that is not actually their dynamic in reality.

This brings to my mind comments I've read from @cloud-based-and-rainpilled and others about how poly arrangements can go so far south because they quickly become about ownership and possessiveness. As I've talked about previously on my blog, Michael does not seem to be a big fan of sharing (thinking of how he got jealous/possessive toward Chris Hemsworth when he and David were on Graham Norton in 2019). So if there is jealousy on Michael's part, I can't help wondering if it's because Georgia gets to be with David in the public way that Michael wishes he could be.

(Also I would really like to know what the hell the rationale was for Georgia using "Nessun Dorma" as the song in this Insta story. So many questions...)

Whatever the case may be, the implications are definitely implicating, in some way and on some level. I would love for my followers to weigh in to see if anyone else has made sense of this, though. Thanks for writing in! x

If you saw our posts from last week you know there was speculation that the Aussie was dating long time friend of Mclaren engineer adamjames22. Well it appears the rumours are true - Danny Ric is dating mattieryan ! The pair have been soft launching on their private Insta's, but have accidentaly outed themselves via some clumsy posts on Instagram by Ricciardo and James. These photos were sent to us by a source close to the pair. We don't have much info on them as a couple, or on Mattie in general but we'll let you know as and when they do. What are your thoughts?? xoxo

"What really happens at Rammstein Afterpartys"

Kayla Shyx, german web video producer and amateur actress, posted her announced video about Rammstein Afterparty & Till. The video is around 37 minutes long so I won't translate everything word for word but put down here the summary of her experience -> her video (no english subtitles as of now)

kayla went to rammstein concert in june 2022

she wanted to post the story on her insta but her former management told her to stay quiet, she got no support from anyone

her story is coming out only now bc she was scared, not allowed to talk about it and had personal problems, now it feels more safe since there's many media reports about it

kayla summarizes shelbys story and row0 etc.

her own experience: she went to the concert with an 18 y/o girl, was in firezone, got asked by alena if they wanna go to the afterparty

kayla gave alena her insta to talk about place and time, alena seemed extremely nice and trustworthy and said it's a normal fun party to meet the band so they went there

alena asked if they're HUGE rammstein fans and when kayla said "yeah i like their music" alena was like "ok 😬"

known actors were at the afterparty, kayla got into queue and wanted to do the covid test + passport control to enter but alena led them to a staircase where other girls were waiting (she and her friend giggled that they're part of the hot girls group)

big security guys came in and the girls had to stand in a row, a security man stood behind kayla and they were led to walk through the afterparty to a another room

kayla says they were shaking and still shocked about how unclear and bad the communication was (it's said repeatedly that it's a normal party, when asked if it's about sex alena and co. say no, they're not told where they're going and why) and how much she felt like a sex object there

many of them said they weren't allowed or didn't dare talk about it

kaylas former manager said it's "normal" and that everyone in the circles of rammstein and the industry knows about these things

she points out it doesn't appear to be rammstein but specifically till (as far as she knows)

she had former experiences with men in power positions in this industry (music, entertainment) touching her and other girls

she says that scandals about men in power positions like Weinstein and Epstein coming out is nothing new and that people shouldn't act surprised, it happens again and again that men in power positions use them to abuse girls as they're having a whole system around them allowing to do so "and till lindemann is one of them."

"So you're not single?" The interviewer clarified.

"No, I'm not. I do have a girlfriend." Jack looked down at his hands for a moment before looking back up.

"How long?"

"Uh, almost a year now." Jack answered, smiling as he glanced over to you. You were sat off camera next to Urban.

"Do you think you're in love?"

"Are your friends supportive of your relationship?" They asked, Jack looking over at the two of you.

"Yeah. Urban just likes to act like he's not." Jack answered laughing.

author’s note: i have to clarify that I LOVE JENSE! he is one of my fav ex drivers and he is behaving badly in the story solely for the plot! as for benji, i love him as well and remains a sweetheart everywhere!

“Have you seen that guy around the neighbourhood?”

“Who?”

“Chelsea’s guy, friend, boyfriend, I don’t know what he is to her.”

“Ah, you mean Jenson. Not really. I mean, I did just move in a few months ago and so far whenever I see her she’s alone. I don’t know if he’s ever sneaked in or anything.”

I have never seen a guy this jealous before. I don’t know if Jenson has noticed the way Chelsea looks at him every time he talks to the camera or their co-workers. She must admire him very much. And yet it seems like all she is to him is a girl to mess around with.

"Why do you care this much Chilwell? Huh? Already smitten?" Mase is trying so hard to force the feelings outside as if he isn't gonna be the first person I talk to about Chelsea.

"Again, not a pervert. I just want to make her feel more welcome to England again." Must be difficult travelling the world every other weekend. Plus, getting to know her better, wouldn't hurt, right?

Well, it would hurt me if Jenson ever saw me close to her again.

"You're so sweet it almost breaks my heart. But in all seriousness, I will praise you in Chelsea's eyes. She seemed to be really fond of you. Barely even looked at me during the tour."

"You are so sneaky. How did you manage to get the tour with her? And its wasn't my first Grand Prix you know. I have visited Silverstone before."

"Yeah but she doesn't need to know, right? Plus, Lando and the rest of the drivers really love her, given she is our age, so they want her to leave behind a sort of 'legacy' in the f1 commentating world."

"They clearly love her, especially Jenson. Did you even see the way he was grabbing her? Mate, I would have punched him right there and then if I had the guts to." Remembering that moment, makes my blood boil. What an absolute dick he is. Groping her in front of so many people and co-workers.

"Easy there loverboy. Plus, you've got a reputation to maintain too. And yes I saw, it was truly horrible. I understand to do such things privately but Jesus not in front of so many strangers and coworkers. That was borderline weird."

"So you don't know if they are dating or not?"

"Nope, sorry. But why don't you stalk her insta a bit? It's public and I am sure you will find something juicy in there."

Should I? That does sound kinda creepy. On the other hand though, she would've given me her insta right? Better now than never, I guess. And I am not gonna like, stalk her. Maybe give her an innocent follow. I can't look through her profile like a pervert.

“Don’t waste this opportunity buddy. She’s a good girl and people like her don’t come around very often.” He usually doesn’t say things like that without a reason hiding behind it. Why is he saying all those things?

I lay my head on the pillow and think of how things will be after I come back in action. I can’t wait to play football again and feel alive. It’s been quite the time and I need this trill again.

A trail of kisses is being left on my body as Jenson scans me one last time. He looks so vulnerable yet so pleased. I can’t read him like an open book anymore and I fear that once I leave for England permanently, it will get worse. “I love you too Jenson. So much.” My response has a cold hint to it, which Jenson spots immediately.

“What do you mean ‘but’?”

“There’s clearly something else you want to add here. Come on, tell me.”

“Why don’t you trust me, Jenson?”

“Of course I do. Why are you talking nonsense?”

“Didn’t seem like it today. You were so scared of me being around Mason and Ben, constantly touching me when you’ve clearly said that public display of affection isn’t really your thing. Not to mention how you were holding onto my ass during an interview. What is going on, this isn’t you?”

“All those footballers want is to get in your pants, just so you can spare them a good word or two once you start commenting on the games”

I get out of bed and collect all my clothes, wear everything I was before hand and walk out of the room before Jenson can react. I don’t even manage to make it to the elevator when he comes running towards me with just his pants on. He tries to hold my waist but I slap his hand away from me. How dare he?

“I’m not some kind of slut, that will open her legs to a man just to please him, if that’s what you’re trying to say. And before we got together I had feeling for you and I remember very fondly of you praising my work and professionalism with the drivers and team principals.”

“I’m so sorry baby. I didn’t mean it like that. It’s not you who I don’t trust. It’s them.”

“And yet you said it Jenson. What you were trying to say doesn’t matter anymore. The damage is done. Goodnight.” I walk into the elevator and watch his saddened expression pierce my heart as the doors shut.

I take out my phone and the first thing I see brings a smile to my face.

I think partly because it challenges the fckng fatphobia my family has raised me with, acting like anyone who doesn't "fit" into their clothes anymore is fat and that's bad. Which *i* think is fckng stupid. I'm personally more at ease with my body. While being skinny (always was) ... ever since puberty or hitting my 20s I'm not a stick figure. I have some curves and while that's really nice if you feel comfortable in a woman's body - i've been struggling with gender and my little tummy fat, my thighs, my ass and always felt too feminine. I know I have a nice body (I feel strange about saying that) but in my eyes it's a lot of femme sexy not masc sexy. If it makes sense. But to get to the point 😂 I think your series has helped me too with reevaluating my depiction of whats masc and what's femme. And also how curves on men are hot and good and beautiful.

I'm obviouely not 100% there and probably won't ever be. But it helped a tiny bit! So pleaaaaaase never stop!! It's so good!

sorry i’m only just answering this too i kept thinking about what i wanted to say bc i never expected these stories to cause these kinds of thoughts. but it’s so cool!!

there is something so interesting about the way androgyny is so connected to thinness. and curves with femininity. like i saw an insta reel and this girl was doing butch outfit inso but she was a bigger, curvy woman and it kinda blew my mind like id never seen it before! they looked great!!

like masculinity and femininity is performance but i totally get the frustration of like having to counteract your ‘base’ in order to perform the way you feel most comfortable. if that makes sense. like i so often want a t-shirt to fit me like it would a skinny skater boy but i also think i look pretty hot naked haha and i know that’s me with my traditionally ‘feminine’ body shape. so i feel like i get what ur saying? sorry if i’m way off

its just really interesting that you’ve sent me this tho. when thinking about like, how everyone interprets art differently. like, i honestly just started writing them bc i find bigger people really attractive. i wasn’t really trying to say anything about fat phobia but i totally see how it’s all connected. like i just think bellies are hot and i find peoples chests hot, like, boobs or pecs, whatever, its just a really nice, beautiful area. so i kinda wanted to just get that attraction out in writing because im trying to be less embarrassed about what turns me on. maybe that's why i write eddie so goofy, thats me still being a little embarrassed but also just maybe makes it all more accessible to people. idk.

but yeah i guess it’s just nice to talk about different body types, especially with such a traditional american male character like steve. i’ve just never found like a six pack very attractive, personally. i find strength and curves and softness and bigness really nice so idk i hope i’m giving a little more representation to that.

We need a fc for Freddie ASAP, cause I feel like that will resolve so many questions about him. He for sure knows he is below her standards, so he’s trying to ruin her self esteem to get her to fuck/date him.

My mom’s friend once commented on the couple we saw on the street.

Little back story She was so fucking pretty, really put an effort into her appearance, laughing and joking.. She seemed like a really funny, someone cool you’d want to be around. He looked like he just rolled out of bed, didn’t even bother to brush his hair, clothes rumpled, grumpy, mean to her… She was so out of his league, but he had the audacity to check out other girls, IN FRONT OF HER.

Soo, of course we had to comment on it. And she said it’s probably low self esteem, lack of confidence, and that he made her believe he was better than her, and that she should be gratefull he’s even given her a chance.

I think that’s what Freddie is trying to do.

Can’t wait to learn what really happened in Monaco.

I wish her father makes an appearance, fucking destroys Holly and Lauren. Like bankrupt Holly’s agency, take over, renegotiates deal with Lando’s team. I had high hopes for Lauren, but not anymore. At first she seemed like someone who could be an ally If not a friend, but now she’s just an employee doing her job. So when times come, she’ll be treated as such.

I’m kinda afraid of what’s gonna happen in a meeting with Zak. I don’t really care about him IRL, but it’s seems like he won’t be a positive character in this.

Girlie is getting attacked from all sides, and I don’t like it. Really loved Logan detail. It does seem like people always try to connect WAGs to different drivers. Sometimes it is true, they seem to date from the same pool. LOL. But not this time, baby Logie can be a friend.

Next week, I hope we get at least some resolution, couse there are so many unanswered questions.

Btw, Lando did post much more last year, and in real time. But during summer brake, he and his friends got robbed. His friend talked about it on her tiktok. After that he started protecting his privacy better. Posting photo dumps only after he leaves the place, he even stopped posting on his .jpg account for a while.

Yeah guys do do that, I think nowadays they call it “negging”. It’s actually pathetic behaviour. We will see if you agree that’s what Freddie up to…

Lauren is doing her job, Sophie is doing her job, Zak is doing his job, even Holly is just doing her job. I think the problem when you’ve got so many people whose job it is to manage how another person behaves, you do get in these situations whenever you step out of line. Because at the end of the day these people can’t stop doing their jobs to take care of you. They may like you or even care about you in some abstract way but your well-being isn’t their priority. So it sucks to be in that position but from their side it also sucks, it’s like herding cats.

I do remember Lando’s friend Jennie talking about how they got robbed in Ibiza but somehow I didn’t connect that to why he stopped posting so much.

Also tbf when I compare him to Max I remember how much content I was able to get from Kelly’s insta, whereas Lando doesn’t have a gf. I remember Luisa used to share content of him and Kika has Pierre a lot on her insta. So yeah him being single is really not convenient 😂

But yeah I did not appreciate how between Kelly, his jet tracker, his redline streams, and the fact that he makes documentaries about his life, Max Private Man Verstappen actually has a lot of content out there lol

After these two busy nights with him, it was already time to go back home, and you were the first one to leave.

‘Bye…’ you told him before leaving the hotel, and all you got was a small glance from him, he didn’t even talk to you after this night, and was still shirtless.

He's been acting odd since this morning, luckily though, he still made breakfast for both of you before you woke up.

After this awkward moment, you close the door behind you and head to the car.

Now that you were in the car with your driver, you took the opportunity to do what you feared the most, checking your socials. You go on Insta and the first thing you see is the 11k more followers you won, then, under your last post, the comments:

It really wasn’t as bad as you thought, you believed that they’d have insulted you, or that Jungkook’s fan had hated on you, but it’s like everyone was involved in the story, and in a good way.

So you decide then to go on Twitter, and you see unsurprisingly that ‘FREAKY’ was trending along with your names, and when you clicked on it, pictures and videos of you two having sex showed up with other tweets:

…you didn’t know how to feel about this, indeed, you won lots of followers ‘thanks’ to him, but you just couldn’t not feel bad about this.

Once you arrived at the airport, you saw hundreds of fans waiting for you, all excited and screaming loudly. So you get out of the car, the bodyguards join you and you pass by. On the way, you hear comments about you and Jungkook, especially by the paparazzis, but you just waved and smiled at your fans, then head to your private jet, and once you laid down, you immediately closed your eyes to sleep.

3 hours passed by and the plane finally landed right after you woke up, you were sure your manager called you at least once during the flight, but you’ll only check your phone once you arrive home.

‘Home sweet home…’ you say as you enter and unlock your phone, but instead of seeing missed calls from your manager, two unknown people sent you texts.

The first one sent:

He answered by saying that he had a list with the names and phone numbers of the candidates, so you simply renamed him ‘Suhyeok’, you’d remember who he is by reading the messages anyway.

Then the second person sent:

He answered almost instantly after you sent ‘Hi?’, but somehow, though you also answered quickly ‘Who are you?’, he didn’t answer.

Though it kinda scared you, you carried on with your night, cooked dinner, and went to sleep. Still without an answer to your message.

A WEEK LATER

It’s Monday, and time to go back to work, and this afternoon from 2 pm to 6 pm you will train on the field for the next mixed competition, which occurs in three months.

You thought the other athletes would talk behind your back, point at you or even laugh, but no, most of them just ignored you. And knowing that you are the most famous female athlete, this situation was abnormal, but oh well… with time, everything will go back to normal, you think.

Only one person came to talk to you this afternoon, and it was Suhyeok. He was actually nice and the only one that approached you the whole day, so you felt good about him. Moreover, you discovered that you two had a lot in common, and you wished you could’ve talk more, but it was the end of the day already.

To be honest, you were kinda mad that Jungkook didn’t talk to you a single time, not even a hello, nor just a nod… but he was bullshit anyways, ‘what was I thinking…’ you tell yourself.

He was acting nice when it came to sex, but when sex wasn’t here, you were just a slut to him, right? You sigh in arrogance and head to the lockers, when suddenly someone pulls you apart, and you recognize this face, it’s Jungkook.

‘Who was this?’

He asks.

‘Who was who?’

‘This man, he was talking to you just now.’

‘Oh, well he is new here, and he actually had the balls to talk to me, unlike someone else here.’

You answered, clearly indicating that he was this ‘someone else’.

‘Well, if you answered me maybe?’

He said sarcastically.

‘Answered you? When did you even talk to me. You didn’t even say bye when I left.’

‘Are you joking? I literally texted you a week ago, but you never fucking answered. "Who are you?" then when I tell you it’s me, Jungkook, you completely ignore me. I even asked you if you were okay, but apparently it’s none of my business.’

He said before poking his cheek with his tongue.

‘So it was you?! And sorry but you never answered! I was waiting for your response, but nothing. Had to wait a whole week, just to see you again, hoping that maybe our relationship had changed, but you’re still as annoying as before, I see.’

‘Fuck you.’

He finally said.

‘And fuck you too!’

You snap back at him before going to the lockers, enraged.

So he really didn’t change? You tried to think of the best, but it seems that life pulled you back to earth, he really still hated you, and as much as you hate him now.

Jungkook stood there in silence, ‘what did I do again? Is it my fault?’ he thinks. He can’t believe you've already started talking to someone new when you just started to talk to each other. But he doesn’t want to overthink again, he sighs, then goes to his locker quietly.

He really wanted to be alone, but the first person he saw in the men’s locker, was Suhyeok, this complete stranger to Jungkook that you were talking to.

‘You alright?’

Suhyeok asks.

‘Yes… why? You know her?’

‘Know who?’

‘Y/n.’

‘Oh, yes I’ve talked to her a bit, she’s great honestly, what about you, do you know her?’

Suhyeok returns the question.

‘Of course I do.’

Jungkook answers before rolling his eyes.

Suhyeok frowns at this answer, if Jungkook seemed so confident about knowing her… then why would he wait in front of her lockers to argue?

You finally arrived home after taking a few pics with your fans, and you immediately receive a message:

What? Did he really send the message and you ignored him? You can’t believe it, now you felt bad, he really thought you ignored him…

You start writing an apology, but he’s faster, he already sent another text:

So it was just a misunderstanding? How sad, you think, his phone just didn’t send the text when Jungkook wanted to, he must have some serious problems with his connection…

He seemed genuinely sorry, for once, you wanted to accept immediately his apology but you didn’t want to seem too nice, you tried to keep your cool, yk?

Well anyway, now you’ll be able to communicate with him. And that’s what you did. But surprisingly, Jungkook isn’t the only one to text you. 2:09 am, you receive ‘Is everything okay?’.

So, I saw/got a whole bunch of DMs over this Insta story this morning, but didn't have a chance to talk about it until now.

My first thought was that this was almost certainly in response to the negative reviews and backlash coming out for The Way in the wake of episode 3. The two biggest culprits in terms of media outlets seem to be the Daily Mail (Fail) and the Telegraph, and while I won't link to them here because I don't want to give either site any traffic, both reviews can easily be found via a Google search. Adding to those were a stream of vicious comments, both in the comments sections on the respective websites and on social media, largely from what seem to be right-wing/leaning accounts and public figures.

Knowing that, it made me think that Michael had to have been aware of what the potential reaction to the show could be. We know he was, actually, because he's talked about it in several interviews over the past few weeks, such as this one. And I think with Michael being who he is, he would be entirely amused at knowing he has pissed off exactly the right people. So while I could certainly see him in private having a reaction like the one in AL's story--more than understandably so, given how nasty some of the reviews and comments were--that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good reaction to have publicly. And I think Michael knows that, too.

What also adds to the disconnect for me is that a few hours later, an article that Michael had written as a rebuttal came out in the New Statesman:

What Michael wrote is a brilliant repudiation of remarks made by a Tory MP--a piece that is intelligent, snarky, direct yet unfailingly eloquent. It wasn't just Michael defending his show, but using it (and Nye) to make a point, to make clear what he believes in, and to stand for the truth. And in much the same way that Michael's acting and oratory skills elevate any piece of work he performs, his writing conveyed that same depth, and it came across as effortless as everything else he does.

Which again left me with that feeling of disconnect when looking at Michael's article side-by-side with Anna's Insta story. It's not even that I disagree with her in this instance, as I do think the reviews were unduly harsh and devolved entirely too quickly into personal attacks in the comments. It's that when it comes to acting/directing, criticisms are part of the job, and whether she intended it or not, an Insta story like AL's conveys a sense of unprofessionalism. And when you put it next to Michael's writing, it looks more like a teenager throwing a fit instead of an adult giving a fierce clapback, which again probably was her intention.

Also keep in mind that everything I just wrote is predicated on the idea that someone seeing this story knows what AL is talking about. But I have to wonder how readily apparent it was, because it's so vague that it would probably be difficult for most people to suss out what she is referencing. So it's confusing to me that she is seemingly charging to Michael's defense...but without actually saying his name or the name of the show. Again, it feels like there is a disconnect/sharp contrast between Anna vague-blogging and how specific and incisive Michael was in that article, and it seems like they're not even close to being on the same page.

Those are my thoughts on Anna's Insta story from this morning. It's definitely a fair bit of whiplash, especially given the drastically different tone of her last few recent posts. But I'm interested as always to hear from my followers with your take, regardless of whether you agree or disagree. Thank you for writing in! x

Not much is known about the friend, Mattie Ryan, all her social media profiles are on private. A source close to the Mclaren garage tells us that Ricciardo may have a close friendship with the mysterious Brit. Will post any updates when we get them!! xoxo
