Rage
It infuriates me.
It infuriates me to open up to people I consider trustworthy, only to be hurt, judged, and given directives.
It infuriates me when people can't handle the boundaries I set when I decide not to be a puppet of their disguised cruelty and ill intentions masked as "life advice."
It infuriates me that, to protect their egos and maintain the facade of being good people, they throw back gaslighting and hurtful words at me.
It infuriates me (perhaps to continue trusting in the goodness of the world) to bear the guilt of "oversharing," when all I sought was comfort in what I believed was a safe circle. It infuriates me, that subsequent burden that eats away at me.
It infuriates me how people are incapable of keeping secrets and respecting feelings.
It infuriates me to be pigeonholed: the foolish one, the vulnerable one, the ignorant one, the pitiful one.
It infuriates me how tightly people cling to unforgiveness.
It infuriates me to encounter people lacking empathy who strive to sound brilliant, articulate, and knowledgeable about their subject of study: me.
It infuriates me how narrow-minded people can be.
It infuriates me how hypocritical some can be, boasting about being confrontational in private but acting diplomatically in public, without even daring to take risks when circumstances demand it, or speaking honestly when truth is necessary.
It infuriates me when people can't put themselves in someone else's shoes.
The self-inflated image of perfection infuriates me.
Shielded egos infuriate me.
Malice infuriates me.
Tasteless, hurtful jokes infuriate me.
It infuriates me that if you're not compliant with all of this and don't smile like an idiot, you're automatically labeled as crazy.
It infuriates me.

they say anger
is a mans trait
but what is more
feminine than rage?
it hides behind
a polite smile,
a clenched jaw,
blood stained teeth
cut by the unsaid
words.
you turned war machines,
into goddesses of love and fertility
you took our history
and have rewritten it
as your own
while our grandmothers
carried revolutions on their backs
a slow,
steady
burning fire,
the same flame you
burned the innocent alive
you have taken our rage
and labeled us
emotional
blaming the blood
between our thighs.
so I ask again -
what is more femenine
than rage?

Cats (Pt. II)
You told me with your eyes I lack creativity You told me with your tongue my writing is shit Well guess what? You are shit I will just stick to #ragepoetry from here on out Will that indeed make you happy? Like I give a damn what a house cat thinks anyways Now shut up and let me focus on Big Bird He is trying to teach me the letter 'F' for 'Firetruck' or 'Fuck off'

i don't know what you want from me, what i give you is generally quality don't turn from me as though i've failed a task now, i have so many questions i want to ask. you've abandoned me here like trash when you used to hold me close to you like your secret stash. the way you left has made my thoughts just churn, pondering the reasons you'd let these bridges burn. i hate you for making me feel i've done something wrong or that you might have hated me all along. those are just a few words i wanted off my chest i'm leaving them somewhere you won't see them; i thought it best.

dear math,
i hate you.
i can never make sense out of your words numbers. i don't really want to know why x equals to 2 or why y=2sinx means that the line goes funky. i just need to know that 1 + 1 = 2. and get a decent grade in the class, okay?
i just hate you because sometimes i feel stupid trying to make sense out of it.
                           mathematically frustrated, michelle.
p.s. same for you, chemistry. i don't think i'll ever need to know the triangle H value to live life or some shit.

A touch of rage poetry. Cool things are supposed to happen :)
I love the way you smile...
You dress... to impress...
EVERYONE in the office -
notices your hiked up skirt
Perfectly placed breasts...
(or rather implants)
I love your high heel shoes
caked on rough and deep
red lips... puckered like
a floundering fish...
I love how your every word
Lingers forever before.......
you can finally get to the freaking point already... You can't even make a decent cup of coffee, let alone answer the phone before the 10th ring... Your high pitched voice crawls through my skin and makes the hair on my legs grow... I know I smile at you and pretend all is okay, but I day dream about yanking your hair extensions and driving your plastic face into my computer screen, while I scream.... VICTORY IS MINE..... IT IS MINE....
Did I mention... You can't EVEN MAKE COFFEE????
