How did changing from omnivore to vegan change your mood? Do you notice a difference in mood eating hclf with starches vs hclf raw vegan?
Yes, I noticed a change in my mood when I got on the HCLF vegan wagon.
When I was omnivore, some days I didn't get enough carbs, becaus I didn't know carbs were paramount for humans. A lack of carbs causes the brain to be in survival mode. I was sad for no reason some nights.
When I learnt to eat enough carbs from fruit, starches and sugar, this is when I got clarity and mental strength.
Now let's talk about raw vegan vs starchy vegan. In my raw vegan (frugivore days with enough calories), I have great clarity and energy. On RawTill4 days (with starch for dinner), I notice that I have a slightly numbed mind, which is comfortable and useful when life circumstances get hard.

I’m an account for #intuitiveeating ✨ (𝑎𝑛𝑧𝑒𝑖𝑔𝑒 / 𝑡𝑎𝑔𝑠) I feel like there is so much confusing, contradicting information about diet and nutrition out there and in the last years, I went through everything. 🙄 From a strictly clean diet to #rawtill4 vegan, high carb low fat, raw food and experimenting with mono fasting and finally I got to where I am now.⁣ ⁣ I believe that there is no perfect nutrient ratio that can be applied to every human being. I think everybody needs something different and the only way to find out to works best for you is by eating intuitively.⁣ ⁣ That’s why I don’t follow any programs like #intermittentfasting strictly but do it intuitively when it feels right. What is “right” for me is what makes me feel my best. I like to feel light, so I eat food that digests easily (fermented/sprouted foods and fruits/veggies in abundance and grains/legumes/healthy fats in moderate quantities).⁣ ⁣ I don’t eat strictly vegan either. I prefer the plant-based option when it’s available but when I travel I sometimes eat fish. Intuitive eating does not require discipline because it’s the most natural way to eat. I intuitively avoid foods that make me feel crappy (refined sugar / wheat flour & super oily foods) and intuitively choose what makes me feel awesome 💥 (healthy food). ⁣ ⁣ What is your biggest diet/food struggle? Hello my friend! What do you think about eating/drinking green veg foods and juices? It is obvious you love fruits, as do I. What experience do you have with eating vegetables? And what juicer/blender is best for smoothies and juicing in your opinion? All the best to you.
Greens are an optional condiment.
Look how anemic most greens lovers are IRL.
CARBS are the important important thing to get in each meal. Sucrose being the most important carb.

Day 13:
Down 0.4lbs
So full transparency... due to a medical issue (non covid-19 and master cleanse related) I’m going to have to end my master cleanse journey. In order to take antibiotics for 7 days.
However this doesn’t mean my weight loss journey is over, nor this blog. I’m going to continue to post on here and during these 7 days I’m going to introduce a “raw til four” lifestyle. That being said, I will still be posting my daily progress and what I eat in a day.
Once I get healthy again I think I’m going to do a 10 day smoothies cleanse. Instead of the master cleanse. But we’ll after the next 7 days.

is there any difference in terms of results when I eat all raw fruit VS rt4 ?
A frugivore diet can make you lose way faster, BUT it is difficult to follow and expensive. RawTill4 is a safer bet for long-term leanness, as the dinner starches cost less and satiate people more.
