Defining Recruitment Skills
What skills should recruiters look for in candidates? How can they improve their recruitment processes? The job market has changed dramatically over the last decade. Companies now rely heavily on recruiting new employees instead of hiring full time staff. This means that companies are looking for skilled professionals who can adapt to changing situations. Learn more: https://blog.hirenest.com/defining-recruitment-skills-in-2022/
Tumblr media
Recruitment skills are important because they allow employers to identify potential hires. They also play a vital role in helping them build relationships with prospective employees. In addition, these skills are essential for successful career development.
A recent study found that people who were able to successfully navigate social media networks had higher levels of self-esteem than those who did not. Social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter provide users with a way to connect with others online. These connections often lead to friendships and business opportunities. People who are adept at using these sites tend to feel better about themselves and their lives.
There are many ways to find out if someone is lying. One method is to ask him/her to tell you something personal about himself/herself. If he/she does so without hesitation, it could mean that he/she is telling the truth. Another method is to observe his/her behavior. For example, if he/she is nervous, fidgety, or avoids eye contact, this may indicate deception. You can find out more in our article: https://blog.hirenest.com/defining-recruitment-skills-in-2022/
What are recruitment skills?
Recruitment skills include being able to identify potential candidates who might fit into your organization; understanding what motivates people to work at your company; knowing how to communicate your mission and values clearly; and having the ability to build relationships with others.
The first step in recruiting someone new is to understand why they want to join your team. This will help you determine if they are a good match for your organization. If you think they would be a great fit, ask them some questions about their background and experience. Then, invite them to apply online.
Tumblr media
In order to recruit top talent, companies must pay attention to the details of the job description. They should take the time to write out all of the responsibilities and requirements of the role so that applicants know exactly what it takes to succeed. Be sure to highlight any unique qualities that set your company apart from competitors. For example, if you offer flexible hours, mention this in the job posting. Also, don't forget to describe the culture of your workplace. Is it casual or formal? Do employees dress casually or smartly? Does everyone eat lunch together? These details may seem like small things, but they can really influence whether someone wants to work for your company.
Types of recruiting techniques
Recruiting is one of the most important parts of any business plan. It takes time and effort to find the right people who will work for you. The best way to do this is by using online platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, and so forth. These sites allow you to reach out to potential employees and let them know what it is you’re looking for.
There are two types of recruiting techniques: passive and active. Passive recruiting involves finding candidates through job boards and social media. Active recruiting requires you to actively seek out qualified candidates. This may involve sending emails directly to individuals or companies, attending career fairs, networking events, and speaking at conferences.
The Best Soft Skills for Recruiting
The best soft skills recruiters possess are empathy, humility, curiosity, and creativity. These traits help them understand what it's like to work at a company they're recruiting for, which helps them empathize with candidates and find ways to connect with them. They also know that hiring managers want to see someone who's humble enough to admit mistakes and eager enough to learn from them. A great recruiter will always ask thoughtful questions during interviews. This allows them to better understand the candidate's strengths and weaknesses so they can build a plan to address those issues before making any offers. It also gives them insight into whether the person has the ability to adapt and grow within a new role. The best soft skills for recruiting include being able to listen carefully, empathise with candidates, and build rapport quickly. These are all essential qualities that help you connect with people and find out what makes them tick.
The Best Hard Skills for Recruiting
The most important hard skill recruiters possess is technical expertise. Candidates should expect to spend some time working through coding challenges and solving problems during job interviews. If you don't have experience doing this kind of thing, then you'll probably struggle to impress potential employers.
Technical skills aren't the only things that matter though. Employers will want to see that you're able to communicate clearly and concisely. They'll look at your ability to work well under pressure and show empathy towards others.
Conclusion
In order to recruit top talent, organizations need to understand what skills are needed by candidates. They also need to know where those skills lie within the organization. This requires recruiting professionals to identify the skills required by each position and then match them with the right people. It also requires managers to make sure that employees are being trained to develop new skills as they move up the career ladder.
The first step in this process is to define the job requirements. Once you do so, you should consider whether the skill set matches any existing training programs at your company. If not, it may be necessary to create a custom program tailored to meet the needs of the position.
For example, if you want to hire someone who has experience working with Microsoft Excel, you could ask potential applicants to submit a sample spreadsheet. Or, you might offer a test to see if they can perform basic calculations. for the megumi and the world's most inconvenient custody battle, i just head canon geto and gojo screaming at each other in front of kfc (AGAIN) and the conversation goes something like:
Geto: I HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE I HAVE TWINS AT HOME ILL BE A BETTER PARENTAL FIGURE THAN U!
gojo: THATS MY BABY I CHANGED HIS DIAPERS! HE CAME OUTTA MY WOMB! GIVE HIM BACK!
megumi and the kfc workers are so so done someone get these gay men couple therapy pls
i have so normal feelings for ideas i totally dont think about them every single day.
The funny thing is that Megumi actually have no awareness of Gojo at all during the custody battle due to the intricacies of the binding vow (there's a clause where Megumi has to kill himself if Gojo intervenes at all during the span of the agreement. Geto wanted the clause to be that Megumi has to kill his sister, but Megumi threatened to kill Geto and then himself if he made that the clause. Geto doesn't actually want to make Megumi kill himself, it's just a dead man's switch to keep Gojo from swooping in and ending the entire thing prematurely. There's nothing Geto can do to actually stop Gojo, but he can deter Gojo with the consequences of a binding vow which even Gojo cannot break, and he knows Gojo won't actually risk his son, so he'll let the entire thing run it's course naturally). So it's just:
Megumi: *very grumpily going ice skating with Geto's twins because he's under binding vow to play nice and cooperate with the cult members during the terms of the vow*
Geto and Gojo, squatting behind a vendor's cart: *having the world's quietest and most hostile divorcee bitch fight*

Slaughterhouse trials are a fun torture device to throw characters into, okay?
S9!Toga's attacks and recruitments would be quite something. She could replace your child. Your roommate. The person you fear most. You might find yourself facing down duplicates of any of the other Nine members, powers included. Or, you could survive being stabbed by some unimportant crook, to find hours later that a Nine member has been walking around, framing you, wearing your face...

They're actually pretty normal about it like 95% of the time. Horny about it the other 5. Numbers are a bit skewed on this one though because they're doing it for work reasons with other people watching a lot of the time.

⁇ : For a letter my muse sends anonymously.
A small parcel wrapped in brown butchers paper and tied with white twine is anonymously delivered to Reno, left on the front stoop of his apartment.
Tearing through the initial layer gives way to a rich, glossy ornamental box of dark sanguine hardwood. Well-oiled hinges make nary a sound when gingerly opened, containing little more than what looked like a carefully folded kind of parchment or gauze fabric. The colors were vividly intense for such a frail canvas… perhaps a silk painting of some sort?
Included is a piece of basic printer paper with a typed message.
Tumblr media
There's a distinct heart-shaped pattern on the material in Reno's hands, what should be familiar iconography, along with what appears to be a large chunk of human hair.
Safe to say whatever Reno's got between his hot little hands is probably human skin, the abstract colored patterns that of distinctive tattoos when the entirety of the cured flesh is spread out against a flat surface.

I think there should be way more dark Whitebeard content because like. This is a crew that actively targets young and vulnerable captains, who are injured or trying to protect their own crews, and then holds them prisoner until they agree to join the Whitebeards. And when they do agree, their entire crew is absorbed into the Whitebeard fleet too! So trying to leave means abandoning everyone else.
There is no way Ace was the first person they used that "recruitment" method on and I think it could be really interesting to explore the pirates who may call Whitebeard pops and wear his jolly roger, but only out of self preservation and a desperate attempt to stay close to their real crew, even when they've been scattered among the divisions.
And now I lowkey want to write an AU where big brother Luffy does not react well when he finds out what happened to Ace and the Spade pirates.

Best 6 Employee Retention Strategies for Long-term Success
Tumblr media
One of your top priorities as a business owner or manager is to build a team of talented and dedicated individuals through employee retention strategies who will contribute to the long-term success of your organization. This team of individuals could be found by diversity recruiting and passive candidate sourcing. However, hiring the right employees is only the first step. Continuing these valuable team members is equally important, as high employee turnover can have a harmful impact on productivity, spirit, and the overall success of your business.
In this article, I will explore the importance of employee retention, the costs associated with turnover, common challenges faced by employers, and most importantly, proven strategies to boost employee engagement and retention for the long shipment.
Importance of Employee Retention
Employee retention is the process of retaining valuable employees within an organization for an extended period. It goes beyond simply mastering the art of onboarding; it emphasizes raising a positive work environment that encourages loyalty, satisfaction, and commitment. Investing in employee retention is crucial for several reasons. First and foremost, it saves your organization from the costly consequences of high turnover rates. Additionally, employee engagement and retention promote continuity and stability, which are essential for long-term success. Moreover, solid employee retention strategies can enhance your employer brand and position your company as an employer of choice, attracting top talent.
Employee Turnover Costs
Employee turnover can cost a company a lot of money. When people leave their jobs, it is not just a matter of saying goodbye to them. It also means the company has to spend money on finding and training new employees. While new employees are learning, work might slow down a bit. Plus, when someone leaves, they take with them all the knowledge they have about how things work at the company.
Candidate sourcing strategies are quite different than employee retention strategies. In candidate sourcing strategies you have only source a candidate but in employee retention strategies you must have to follow strategies to retain the employee to do work on peak. This can make it harder for the team to work well together, and it might make everyone feel less happy. If a lot of people leave at the same time, the people who stay might have to work harder, which can make them feel tired and less productive. So, understanding how much it costs when people leave can help us see why it is really important to make sure people want to stay in their jobs.
Challenges in Employee Retention
While employee retention is undoubtedly important, it is not without its challenges. One of the most common challenges is competition from other employers. In today’s job market, skilled employees have numerous opportunities, and if they are not satisfied with their current employer, they will likely seek employment elsewhere. Another challenge is poor management and leadership.
Employees who do not feel valued or supported by their supervisors are more likely to leave. Lack of growth and development opportunities is also a significant challenge as employees want to continuously learn and advance in their careers. Finally, work-life balance is a growing concern for many employees who seek flexibility and a healthy integration of their personal and professional lives. We can do passive candidate sourcing with the help of candidate sourcing tools but it is a challenge to retain employees.
Keys to Satisfy Employees
Before we dive into the detailed employee retention strategies, it’s crucial to grasp the fundamental elements that contribute to their happiness. While what makes each person happy may vary, several common factors tend to connect with most individuals. These include cultivating a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring fair salaries and attractive benefits packages, providing opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
By prioritizing these aspects, we can create an environment that not only develops employee satisfaction but also grows a sense of loyalty and commitment. When employees feel valued, respected, and fulfilled in their roles, they are more likely to remain with the company for the long term, contributing to its success and growth.
Employee Retention Strategies:
1. Building a Positive Company Culture
Creating a positive work environment is crucial for employee engagement and retention. It’s about fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and respected. To achieve this, begin by clearly defining your company’s mission, vision, and values. Make sure these are communicated effectively to all employees and are reflected in daily operations.
Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members. Provide opportunities for growth and development, and recognize employees for their contributions. Additionally, promoting work-life balance and inclusivity is important for ensuring that everyone feels supported and appreciated. When employees feel connected to the company’s values and goals, and when they feel respected and valued, they are more likely to stay with the organization for the long term, contributing to its success and growth.
2. Offering Competitive Compensation and Benefits
Having competitive compensation and benefits is important if you want to attract and keep the best people on your team. It is all about making sure you pay your employees fairly compared to other companies in your industry and area. You can do this by researching to see what other companies are offering and making sure your salary and benefits are on balance with theirs.
It is also a good idea to think about giving your employees some extra benefits, like flexible work hours, the option to work from home, or programs to help them stay healthy which is one of the best employee retention strategies. Make sure you regularly check to see if your pay and benefits are still competitive and adjust them if needed. When employees feel like they’re being paid fairly and appreciated for their hard work, they’re more likely to stick around
3. Providing Opportunities to employees
Employees want chances to learn, get better at what they do, and move up in their careers. So, it is super important to have employee retention strategies. These strategies do not just help employees learn new things, they also show that you are serious about helping them grow in their careers. You can do this by setting up mentorship programs, where more experienced employees help newer ones learn and grow.
Also, think about letting employees try out different jobs or tasks to broaden their skills. It’s also a good idea to sponsor employees to go to conferences or workshops where they can learn new things. Make sure you sit down with each employee and make a plan for how they can grow in their job. And do not forget to give them feedback and coaching along the way to help them reach their goals. When you invest in your employees like this, it shows them that you care about them and want to help them succeed.
4. Recognizing and Rewarding Employee Achievements
Recognizing and rewarding employees is a big deal when it comes to keeping them happy and sticking around. So, it’s important to have a solid program in place that lets employees know you appreciate them. This can be as simple as saying “Great job!” or giving them a shout-out in front of the team which is one of the best employee retention strategies.
But it can also mean giving them something tangible, like a bonus or a gift card, to show your appreciation for their hard work. It’s a good idea to keep an eye on how well your recognition program is working and update it regularly to make sure it is still doing employee retention strategies. When you recognize and reward your employees, it creates a culture where everyone feels appreciated and valued. And when employees feel like their efforts are noticed and appreciated, they are more likely to stick around and keep doing great work for your company.
5. Creating a Work-Life Balance
Tumblr media
Work-life balance has become increasingly important in today’s fast-paced work environment. Ensure that your employees have the flexibility and support they need to balance their personal and professional lives. Offer flexible work hours, remote work options, and giving vacation and leave policies. Employee engagement and retention take breaks and prioritize self-care. Lead by example and create a culture that values work-life balance. When employees feel that their personal lives are respected and valued, they are more likely to stay with your organization for the long term which is one of the good employee retention strategies.
6. Implementing Effective Communication Channels
Open and effective communication is vital for employee engagement and retention. Establish clear communication channels that facilitate regular feedback, dialogue, and information sharing. Encourage an open-door policy where employees feel comfortable expressing their concerns or providing suggestions. Provide transparent updates on company news, changes, and goals. Using technology to streamline communication processes and ensure that all employees have access to the information they need. By providing a culture of communication and clarity, you build employee engagement, and retention, leading to higher employee retention rates due to employee retention strategies.
Benefits of Employee Retention Strategies
Implementing employee retention strategies is not a one-time effort; it requires ongoing evaluation and measurement. Regularly assess the effectiveness of your retention strategies by tracking key metrics such as employee turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and exit interview feedback. Analyze the data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential red flags. Use this information to refine and adjust your employee retention strategies as needed. Additionally, seek feedback from your employees through regular pulse surveys or focus groups. Their input is invaluable in understanding what is working and what needs improvement.
Conclusion:
Employee retention is a critical aspect of building a thriving organization. By implementing employee retention strategies, you can create a positive work environment, promote employee satisfaction, and decrease turnover rates. Building a positive company culture, offering competitive compensation and benefits, providing opportunities for growth and development, recognizing and rewarding employee achievements, creating a work-life balance, and implementing effective communication channels are all key elements of successful employee retention strategies. Remember, investing in your employees is an investment in the long-term success of your organization.

Colonel!König x Reader
Colonel!König, who knew he wanted to marry you the moment he saw you come back from your first mission, covered head to toe in blood and dirt, yet as beautiful as ever.
Colonel!König, who makes enough money to spoil you with anything you'd ever want, and that's how he managed to win you over.
Colonel!König, who knew just how inappropriate your relationship was, yet all his morals went out the window for you.
Colonel!König, who always looked out for you in the battlefield despite knowing just how capable you are. There's a reason you were recruited for KorTac, anyway.
Colonel!König, who used his experience in the battlefield to teach you new techniques that could save your life when he wasn't on missions with you. He couldn't risk losing you.
Colonel!König, who took advantage of his rank for the first time ever to spend more time with you. Whether it was asking you to assist him with reports or inventory, he'd always have you by his side.
Colonel!König, who was teased about his little crush on you by Horangi, earning him a dirty look through the mask.
Colonel!König, who painfully had to hide his crush on you in fear of rumors going around and damaging your career.
Colonel!König, who allowed you to work hard for your promotion and didn't have anything to do with it, simply to show just how capable you are.
Colonel!König, who took you out for dinner and shopping after your promotion was announced, hiding it under the excuse that it's what a good colonel should for his soldiers.
Colonel!König, who seemed very polite the entire time of your day together despite the turmoil in his head.
Colonel!König, who practiced in the mirror how to start and keep a conversation with you despite communication being one of his strengths.
Colonel!König, who held in his laughter once your confused face looked up at him, not recognizing him without the mask and eyeblack.
Colonel!König, who had the best day of his life with you, buying you anything you even glanced at despite your protests.
Colonel!König, who was brave enough to put his hand on the inside of your thigh when he was driving you back to base.
Colonel!König, who was growing painfully hard when you made his hand cup your crotch.
Colonel!König, who had two of his massive fingers inside your dripping cunt, his cock already out as you jerked him off with expertise, happy that the ride back to base was long and lonely.
Colonel!König, who had to resist the urge to cum when your tongue was swirling circles on the tip of his dick as you jerked him off, bent over in the passengers seat.
Colonel!König, who insisted on taking you to a nice hotel for your first time together, wanting to make a special memory of what he hoped were more to come.
Colonel!König, who ate you out and fingered you for minutes before fucking you, making sure you came at least three times before he finally pulled his dick out, laying it down on your stomach so you could see how deep he was going to be inside you.
Colonel!König, who bit the inside of his cheek to resist the urge to laugh at your horrified face once you looked down at his length.
"That's it, mein Engel." He praised, rubbing the tip of his cock on the entrance of your folds, mixing your own arousal with his own. He looked at you for consent before he started slowly going inside you, stopping whenever he saw your discomfort only to be reassured that he could keep going.
"More..." You moaned out, and he didn't have to be asked twice. He was delicate and careful with you, your much smaller frame making him feel as if he was handling fine china, and in a way, he was. The bare hands that could murder enemy soldiers were now delicately rubbing and pulling on your nipples as he moved inside and out slowly, making sure your cunt would get used to the stretch of his fat cock.
"Such a good girl." He praised, one of his hands going down to gently rub your hardened clit as he started moving faster, your squelching cunt surprisingly taking him like a champ as his heavy balls slapped against your ass.
"Your tight pussy keeps sucking me in... can barely move." He confessed through gritted teeth, his eyes slightly narrowed as he struggled to move faster, fighting off the urge to cum until he dragged another orgasm out of you. His fingers rubbed your clit faster, groaning and panting once he felt your pussy tighten up, back arching as you welcomed your fifth orgasm of the day, yet there was more to come.
"Scheiße... let me cum in you, please, schatz...?" He didn't even know how he resisted the urge to cum for so long, yet as soon as you nodded your head, he started moving faster and faster inside you, basking in the way your tight hole was sucking him in before he pushed himself balls-deep, releasing his load all the way inside your fertile womb as your cunt milked him dry.
