🌑✍🏽️Shadow work involves getting in touch with the parts of yourself that you've repressed — or what many might refer to as their "dark side." ... It's called "shadow work," and involves "diving into the unconscious material that shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors," according to therapist Akua Boateng, Ph.D. 💫 I have created an extremely effective tool to assist with your shadow healing. 📕Shadow work has four stages that you must work through in order to heal whatever aspect or situation that you are addressing: 1st Stage- Denial 2nd Stage- Projection 3rd Stage- Integration 4th Stage- Transmutation 💫This guide asks a series of 4 or 5 questions at each stage. The questions are designed to be an aid in uncovering the point of origin for the trauma you are working through. Once the trauma has been identified you can work on moving forward in your healing process💫💫💫 ⭐These questions can be answered on your own, or you may use divination tools to assist- either way is fine, as you are the source of the divination/answers to begin with.
