Meet the Parents: Part I - Parents
Ever since they admitted their feelings for each other, Sam and Gluntz couldn’t have been happier. For the remainder of the summer, the two of them hung out whenever and wherever they felt; the beach, the carnival, the park, you name it. But then came the fateful day when Guy popped the question to Michellee and the two were set to get engaged. Since Guy had brought them all out to Stovepipe Junction (specifically for Michellee to meet his family), this gave Gluntz an idea.
Although it was kind of hard to think when Sam was lovingly gnawing her earlobe.
He came over to hang out on her day off. The two of them started watching television, but soon became wrapped up in each other. Sam rested his hands on Gluntz’s hips. She even took one of his hands and placed it… well, lower.
“Whoa! Hold on a sec, Gluntz”, Sam said, quickly removing his hand. “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.”
Gluntz shook her head. “Yeah. You’re right. What was I thinking? Sorry, I was just-you know-so ‘in the moment’ with you, I almost forgot about…my idea.”
“Idea?”, Sam asked as he wriggled himself from underneath Gluntz.
“I was considering…before we take any big leaps, well, any really big leaps in our relationship, I was thinking, maybe, you should meet my parents.”
“Oh! I think that’d be nice!”
“You think so? I’m glad you do!”
“Yeah. I wanna meet the people responsible for this beauteous bright spot I’m dating”, he said, punctuating his phrase by placing his palm on her cheek. “They’re nice, are they?”
“Once they get to know you, that’s for sure. I’d recommend just being yourself. They’ll love you for that.”
“But I can’t be one hundred percent myself. They’d think I was a total wacko.”
“Imagine how they felt raising me! You and I? We’re two peas in a pod. Being yourself will be perfect! Mom and Dad will love you! I know it!”
Sam shrugged and smiled. “Alright. If you say so.”
“Yes!”, his girlfriend exclaimed. “I love you!” And she kisses him again.
——
Gluntz drove Sam to a two-story house in Lower Yipville. It was made of whitewashed brick with the window borders, gutters and door painted cerulean. A bed of blue and white flowers grew in front of the porch. A silver sedan was parked in the driveway.
“This is your folks place?”, asked Sam.
“Yessir!” She turns off the engine and bolts from the car. “Well, come on!”
Looking at the house again, Sam tentatively got out. Now he was starting to feel nervous. What kind of people raised Gluntz? They probably only liked her personality because they’re her parents, but drove away any boy she brought home; will he be any different?
“Everything ok, Sam?”
He snapped out of his train of thought. “Oh, um, yeah. Just one thing I wanna ask. Are your parents…you know…those kinds of parents?”
“What do you mean?”
“Like…they chase away every boy you bring home.”
“Oh, that. Well, actually, there’s one thing.”
But whatever that one thing was, Sam didn’t get to hear. A teal-furred Knox woman came running down the front steps, shrieking in happiness. “Gluntz! My little boobaloo’s home!” She throws her arms around her and hugs her tightly, lifting her a foot off the ground.
“Hi, Mom.”
“What’ve you been up to?”
“Oh, work’s been a blast! And I made some new friends!”
Her mother looks at Sam. “Is he one of them?”
Gluntz looks back and chuckles. “Well, yes and no. We started off as friends. Now we’re dating.”
“And you just mean ‘dating’, right? You’re not…?”
“Oh, no! No! We’re not there yet! Mom, this is my boyfriend Sam.”
The older woman looked at Sam again. This time she had a look of apprehension on her face. Sam tried to remain confident by smiling proudly.
“I see. Why don’t you two come inside?”
Gluntz motions for Sam to come over and he skips merrily to her.
“Hello, miss! I am Sam, Sam-I-Am! It’s an honor to meet my girlfriend’s parents!” He holds his hand out.
The woman shakes it tentatively. “A pleasure. My name’s Lianna, Gluntz’s mom.”
“Lianna? That’s a pretty name!”
She blushes. “Thank you. Let’s head in.”
Lianna led them inside the house. Like the outside, the predominant colors were white and blue; the furniture and carpeting was blue and the walls were white. Only the personal belongings and trinkets on the shelves added some extra flare. Gluntz’s parents had multiple pictures of her through the ages. Sam smiled seeing Gluntz through different stages in her life.
Just then, someone started coming downstairs. It was a Knox man with salmon-colored fur; he was muscular and wore a grey shirt that clung to his chest.
“Hi, Daddy!”, Gluntz shouts, waving to him as he comes closer.
“Hunny-bunny!” He picked his daughter up as he hugged her. He had a deep, gravelly voice, sounding like someone who’d seen a lot of action. “Work treating you alright?”
“Just peachy!”
Her father looks behind her. “Who’s your friend?”
Sam waves chipperly.
“Dad, that’s my boyfriend Sam.”
Gluntz and her father separate as the latter approaches the shorter man. Sam only slightly dropped his smile. He says a soft “Hi, sir.”
His girlfriend’s father continued to size him up. Sam extended his hand and greeted with his name.
“Gerald”, he said at last. “Is Gluntz correct that you two are dating?”
“Yes.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Dad. Come on”, Gluntz butted in.
Gerald didn’t back off. Sam was starting to really become nervous; he was teetering on the edge of cracking.
“That’s enough, Dad!” This time, she got him to back off. Gerald stepped away towards his wife. “Just please don’t be so weird with Sam.”
“Oh, it’s fine, Gluntz. I’m all about being weird.”
——
They all sat around the table, eating dinner.
Lianna cooked a pot roast with steamed vegetables. A simple dish; she didn’t want to blow Sam away too much.
Nevertheless, Sam said, “This is a lovely dinner, Lianna!”
“Thank you.”
More awkward silence ensued. Gluntz sipped her drink slowly, waiting for someone to spark up a conversation. So far the only sounds being made were of forks tapping against porcelain.
“So…”, Sam began. “What are your professions? Your money making skills?” He punctuated his question with a grin.
“If you insist”, said Gerald. “I’m an ex-BADGUYS agent.”
“Me too”, Lianna added. “Now we run a garment shop in town.”
Then her husband added, “Business is especially booming in the colder half of the year. It’s how we can afford good Christmases.”
“Wow!”, Sam exclaimed. “Is that why you became one of the BADGUYS, Gluntz?”
“Yeah”, she admitted. “Mom and Dad insisted and I really enjoy the job. After all, you and Guy-Am-I gave me a really exciting first mission.”
Lianna dropped her fork. Gerald was sipping water until he started choking on it. He coughed out, “What?!”
“Yeah, what?”, Lianna questioned.
“Oops”, their daughter says. “I’ve said too much, haven’t I?”
Sam didn’t answer. He made a thousand year stare at the cabinet holding the antique dishes.
Holding her boyfriend’s hand under the table, Gluntz summarized the tale of Mr. Jenkins. By the end of it, Gerald looked like a blood vessel was gonna burst in his head and Lianna looked like she wanted to guzzle toilet cleaner.
“How could you let a criminal in our house?!”, her father asked in tranquil fury, as in talking through gritted teeth. Sam tried standing up, but Gluntz held him in place.
“Daddy, please. He did his time, he went to court. In fact, I had to remind him that his actions had consequences; this isn’t some plucky cartoon where the law is non-existent unless the plot demands it.”
“But…he’s a jailbird too!”
“I know. But that’s behind us now. Please forgive him.” She holds his hand above the table this time. “I love him.”
——
Gluntz tried comforting Sam later that evening. They shared her bed in her old room. She never bothered to take down her posters of Jessie Spangle when she moved out. Plus, she had a Jessie Spangle comforter on her bed with the opening lyrics to Viva Knox Vegas printed on too.
“Please don’t be mad at me, Sam. I’m sorry.”
He didn’t respond, unless you count sniffling as a response.
Gluntz leaned down and kissed his cheek. “You know what? Even if my parents don’t like you, as long as I do, that’s all we need: each other.” She kissed him again, this time on the corner of his mouth. “I love you so much.” Unless he said so, she avoided kissing him on the lips entirely. Instead, she relaxed with her arm resting on his chest. “I just figured…at least until you found your mom, you could at least have my parents to fall back on. We’re, or at least I’m, here for you, Sam. Me. Guy. Michellee. E.B. All of us. We care for you. I love you.”
“I love you too, Gluntz”, Sam said at last. He turned his head to kiss her.
Then there was a knock on the door. The two of them back away. In came Lianna.
“Hi, you two. Everything okay in here?”
“Yes, Mother”, Gluntz answered impatiently.
“Also, I’ll admit I couldn’t help but overhear. Sorry, Sam.”
He looks at her.
“I had no idea. I…I’m so sorry about your mom. Can’t imagine what you feel, but I’m sorry for my skepticism.”
“Thanks”, he said plainly.
“Now what about Dad?”, Gluntz asked. “I think he should apologize too.”
“Oh, of course. I’ll just go and get him.”
A minute later, Lianna returned with her husband.
“I’m really sorry, Sam. Even if I didn’t know your story, it was wrong of me to antagonize you”, Gerald apologized.
Sam didn’t say anything except nod his head. Gluntz wrapped her hand around his shoulder.
Then Lianna and Gerald enter the room, with the former taking the spot next to Sam and the latter still standing. “And if you don’t find your mom, just know that you also have a home here. Right, Gerry?”
“Of course.” He holds up his fist in front of Sam for him to dap it. He did so.
Lianna hugs Sam as if he were her own child.
Then they left.
“Well that wasn’t so bad”, Sam commented.
“Thank goodness we didn’t have any misunderstandings that lead into escalating chaos”, Gluntz jokes. “Guess you’re in the circle now.”
“I think so.”

Briefcase Buddies Prompt #26
Swap AU
-
Sam is a jobless drifter from a big family who isn't sure about his place in the world and dreads that the possibility of him having to get a stable, but boring, paint watcher job seems close to becoming a reality.
Guy is an ex-inventor who has fallen on hard times and has stolen a Chikeraffe from the Glurfsburg Zoo.
After they swap briefcases by accident, Sam is determined to to help Guy on his trip, much to the dismay of Guy, who just wants to be left alone and eat his Green Eggs and Ham in peace without Sam making gagging noises. Bonding ensues.
Also featuring: BADGUY Michellee who just can't seem to catch our boys because she is paranoid about EB, who is tagging along on the journey for a school project. And pencil pusher Gluntz and Bean counter Mcwinkle on the worst. Business trip. Ever.

Ok, this is GEAH related but it’s not briefcases buddies this time! I made designs for Gluntz and Michellee for that Enchanted Au I made because I thought it was really funny for some reason. So Gluntz is in the role of Prince Edward of Andalasia and Michellee as Nancy Tremaine (Robert’s girlfriend)! Also a redraw of the scene where Edward and Giselle lock eyes on the back of the horse with Gluntz,Sam, and Mr. Jenkins (who is very confused by this paring) 😂.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Like with Sam and Guy I wanted to keep their basic colors more or less the same, I did however make Michellee’s outfit a bit more desaturate since I think it would help make her look more “real world”? Idk, it makes sense to me. Gluntz was going to get a normal sword but I wanted to make it more goofy/dumb and that’s why there is a glove on it (got that idea from Flapjack). Anyway I hope you all enjoyed these things 😂.

Reunited Dynasty
Previously…
Now back in the car, after telling Melanie that she, Terry and Jack were welcome to visit everyone else if they so pleased, Sam had just ignited the engine and his head was resting on the steering wheel, looking to the side at his two special girls. Molly was snoozing in Gluntz’s arms, exhausted from the long day.
This very thought was running through Sam’s mind after seeing Mel’s wedding photo. In fact, to be honest, it sat in the back of his mind since he found out he was gonna be a dad: Should Gluntz and I tie the knot? As he said back in Madame Vaneau’s house during circle time, “At least Guy and Michellee got married before having Junior”, that’s when he figured he was at least ninety-five percent sure he should go for it.
However, that remaining five percent was quite the vocal minority. But he had to realize that the only thing truly holding him back from popping the question was himself.
Then again, you never know until you try…
“What’re you thinking about, Sam?”, Gluntz asked, interrupting his train of thought.
“Huh? Just about…how much I love you. And how much I love being a dad.” He smiled. “Come on, let’s go home.”
And he backed out of the driveway, with Melanie waving goodbye from the front porch.
——
A week later, when Jack returned from Da-Dake, Melanie was going to bring him and Terry to the Weebie-Am-I house to officially meet everyone else.
Sam had driven himself, Gluntz, Molly, Pam and Grinch to the house. There they all made small talk with each other. Guy Jr. waved to Molly from his mother’s arms. Molly, in the meantime, was too little to know what waving was. She just looked on with curiosity.
When Pam called Melanie a while back, she mostly asked standard questions like “How’s life?” and “Everything’s alright?”; they hadn’t really talked since their forceful parting all those years ago. But one thing for certain: Pam was going to be surprised to find out that her stepdaughter is married and a mother. So far, Sam and Gluntz had been tight-lipped on the fact.
E.B. helped Guy make cookies in the kitchen for their guests. Thankfully, they were the soft, gooey kind and not the overly crispy ones. And they may or may not have left some for everybody else.
Just like a few weeks ago when she was waiting for Molly to be born, Pam anxiously drummed her fingers on the arm of the couch and tapped her foot. Grinch sat beside her with his arm draped over her shoulder.
“Everything all right?”, he asked.
“Mm-hm”, Pam mumbled and nodded. She took his hand that was around her shoulder into her own, rubbing his knuckles with her thumb. “It’s just…talking on the phone is one thing. Actually seeing my stepdaughter in person is another.”
“But you are still excited to see her, right?”
“Oh, of course! It’s been so long.” Pam remembered the last time she saw Melanie, and to say they parted on bad terms would be an understatement. She tried to explain why things were the way they were and even knowing how perceptive the little girl was, Pam had a bad feeling that the reason was lost on her. But Melanie seemed okay while talking on the phone. Maybe she let bygones be bygones. “I loved Mel like she was my own. Pretty much the same way Guy treats E.B.”
“Plus, she wouldn’t have agreed to meet the rest of us if she was still angry.”
“No, I guess not.” Pam looks behind herself, out the living room window, hoping to see a car pull up.
Over at the other side of the living room, Michellee and Gluntz were chatting with each other, their own babies cradled in their respective arms. Guy and E.B. came out of the kitchen, plates of freshly baked cookies in their hands.
Sam, however, was sitting at the dining table, away from everyone else. He wasn’t feeling depressed or wanted to be alone, nothing like that. Instead, he was examining a ring he held in his palm. He hadn’t told anyone beforehand, but he was ready to finally act on the idea that he had contemplated since Gluntz said that she was pregnant. The thing was that he kept everyone in the dark about it; he wanted them all to be surprised along with Gluntz.
“Hey, Sam!”
In his shock, he almost flung the ring in the air. “E.B.! You scared me!”
“Sorry. Was just checking on you. Wanna cookie?” She offers him one wrapped in a napkin. It was still warm.
“Okay.” He slips the ring in his pocket and takes the confection.
——
Junior was showing Molly all his toys that were strewn on the floor. He handed her a plush penguin that squeaked when squeezed. The girl laughed every time the sound emanated from within the toy.
Gluntz squealed, “Awwww!”, her eyes glistening.
Pam leaned her head to the side watching her granddaughter have fun. It seemed everyone in fact was more interested in watching the children than the TV.
A slamming of car doors got their attention.
Guy walked to the door and looked through the peephole. “It’s them!”, he said.
He opened the door and in walked Melanie, with Terry in her arms, her husband Jack and his father McWinkle.
“Hello there”, Guy greeted.
“Melanie!”, Sam exclaimed, charging to the door. He hugs his sister with gusto. “So happy you could meet everyone!”
“Me too, Sam”, she answers. Then she looks at the others, waves and says, “Hello!”
——
With the majority of the house, reintroductions were made with McWinkle, who was looking pretty good with a few years of retirement under his belt.
And then everyone met his son and grandson.
Jack bore a strong resemblance to his father, although the major differences between them was that Jack was much thinner, not as tall and had indigo fur instead of blue. Terry had lilac fur, a trait he picked up from his paternal grandmother, and brown hair, which he got from his mother, and this time was dressed in a tawny sweater and jeans.
Pam was entranced. Now she finds out her stepdaughter is married and has a child too? Wonders never seem to end with the I-Am’s.
While all the hubbub was going on with the others, Pam had a little talk with Melanie.
“Hi, Mel”, the spy said, almost saying ‘Mellie’ instead.
“Pam”, her stepdaughter replied with a small nod.
“Is…everything alright?”
“It’s going pretty good.”
“That’s nice.”
They really didn’t want this conversation to be so sterile. Little did the other know, Pam and Melanie were actually thrilled to see each other again, but more than twenty years of separation needed an easy transition to a happy reunion. The memory of Melanie being taken away and Pam being unable to do anything about it lingered in both of their minds.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t stop them”, Pam finally said at last. “You were my little girl, you know that? I just wish the court could’ve let me keep you. Please forgive me.” Her voice was cracking from all those pent up tears. Guess some wounds never truly heal.
But to her surprise, Melanie smiled. “That’s all I ever wanted to hear.” She hugs her stepmother the way a child would. “I really missed you, Mommy.”
I’m not gonna cry. I’m not gonna cry, Pam tried to tell herself. But her heart overruled her mind and she sobbed out loud. “You don’t know how much I missed when you called me that!”
Melanie turned her head and called out, “Sam! Come here!” He hands Terry over to E.B. and joins his mother and sister. “Get in this hug, little brother.”
Sam throws his arms around the two.
——
Pretty soon, Jack introduced himself to Pam.
“Glad to finally meet you at last, Ms. I-Am.”
She was surprised by how his voice sounded. Even though he was a grown man in his early thirties, his voice seemed to be stuck at fifteen. But Pam figured that’d be rude to acknowledge.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you too, Jack.” The two shake hands. “So you’re the one who swept my little Mellie off her feet.”
He laughs. “Yes I did”, he says proudly.
“How’s you two meet? Tell me everything!”
Jack pulled the footrest closer so he could sit on it. “Well, it was about three years ago. I was flying the plane that brought her home after she was studying abroad. When I saw her, I was just…smitten. Against my better judgment, I went up to her after the flight and began talking to her. Pretty soon, we dated on a regular basis and Dad liked her a lot too. But then about a year ago, she became pregnant and we tied the knot before Terry was born.”
“It’s all true. Even before Terry was born, I couldn’t imagine my life without Jack”, Melanie added in.
The two lace their fingers together, smiling.
“You’re each other’s missing half”, Pam noted. “I never thought I’d love again until I met Grinch.”
Grinch, who was in a conversation with McWinkle, turns around when his name was mentioned. “What was that, hon?”
“Nothing. Just sharing stories.”
He nods and returns to his visit.
“But I still miss your father terribly.” She slumps back on the couch. “I never really got closure with him. Never went to pay him a visit; it was just too painful.”
Both Sam and Melanie tried to console Pam, the two of them sharing a mutual feeling of grief for their late father.
“But let’s not spend too much time wallowing. I wanna see Terry.”
——
Terry, in the meantime, was being watched over by E.B. He was slightly bigger than Guy Jr. and even more so compared to Molly, so E.B. sat him on her lap. The toddler looked at her curiously.
Guy and Michellee smiled at the girl’s affinity for children. Junior, however, sassily crossed his arms watching his sister. That is until Molly distracted him by shrieking.
Melanie stepped around the duo trying to get to her own son. “Excuse me,… what’s your name again, kid?”
“E.B.”
“E.B., could I see Terry really quick? Pam wants to see him.”
“‘Course.”
Melanie returned to the couch, her baby boy in tow. “Here he is.”
She eased him into Pam’s arms. Terry looked on with his trademark curiosity. He reached out toward her.
Pam smiled. “Aren’t you so cute?”, she said in baby-talk. Who knew a hardened spy could be so loving?
“Ma ma ma”, Terry babbled. Since his own mom was sitting next to Pam, it was a bit ambiguous whom he was referring to.
“Awww…” Pam brought Terry closer to her so she could hug him.
A flash of light came from in front as Jack snapped a picture of them.
“That’s going in the album”, he says. “It’s funny. Terry usually doesn’t like meeting new people, but he seems to have warmed up to all of you pretty easily.”
“Oh, Jack’s just being hyperbolic. He only misbehaved one time.” Melanie laughed. “But it’s interesting that he’s so calm around all of you. It’s like he sees you all as family already.”
Family. That word shot around in Sam’s head like a pinball. He felt the jutting out circle of the ring in his pocket. Thankfully, no one saw it. Gluntz had joined in McWinkle and Grinch’s conversation. Guy Jr. and Molly had been brought onto the couch with E.B., Guy and Michellee sitting on opposite sides of them. He turned to look at his mom playing peekaboo with his nephew, Melanie and Jack watching with affectionate smiles.
Then Sam remembered thinking nephew. Even though Mel didn’t have the same mother as him, Pam could still be a grandmother to Terry. She was doing a good job at it so far. Maybe Molly gave her sufficient practice.
Finally, Sam stood up and cleared his throat. “Excuse me, everyone! There’s…something I have to do.” He made eye contact with Gluntz. “Something huge.”
He walks over to Gluntz and pulls her into the center of the room. Still holding her hand in his and eyes locked together, he begins to say, “Gluntz, you…” He had to pause, not to think of the right words to say, but to keep his voice level. “You are the…smartest, kindest, most headstrong, most extraordinary person I’ve ever met and I love you more than all the green eggs and ham in all the world.”
“Wow! You know he’s serious”, Guy whispered. His wife giggled.
Off to the side, Pam had a huge smile on her face. She knew exactly what was going on despite this being a surprise to them all. Grinch whispers to her, “Is he doing what I think he’s doing?”
“Oh, yes he is!” She sniffles. “They grow up so fast!” Pam had to take a deep breath, refusing to let her tears fall.
Sam drops to one knee. Gluntz puts her hand over her mouth. Molly let out a shriek behind her.
“Gluntz, will you…” He had a little trouble pulling the ring out of his pocket. Things just weren’t the same now that he was short a digit. At last he pulled it out. “Will you marry me?”
“YES! YES! I WILL!” She leaps forward and hugs him, sending him falling on his back. The sound of clapping erupted around them.
“Didn’t see that coming!”, Melanie interjected. She leapt up and yelled out, “I’m gonna have a sister! Jack, let me see the camera.”
Her husband gives it to her. Now that the newly engaged couple had gotten back up, Melanie put an arm around the two of them and snapped a picture, holding Gluntz’s hand up to show off the ring.
“I’m so happy!”, Mel added, with a tight embrace. “I’m gonna have a sister”, she repeated in a softer voice.
——
Pam couldn’t have been more thrilled. She got to see her stepdaughter face to face after so long (with no hostility), her step-son-in-law and their child, and finally, got to see her son get engaged all in one day.
Dinner that night was as rambunctious as it could get when new family members were making sure they’d be remembered. Even with all the cookies from earlier, they enjoyed plate after plate of green eggs and ham. Sam knew it’d be best to have them on this momentous occasion.
He got pats on the back from Guy, Jack, Grinch and McWinkle.
“Welcome to the club, DB”, said Guy.
“Hey, that’s my thing”, Sam laughed, remembering he called his best friend that same acronym.
E.B., Michellee, Pam and Melanie gave their congratulations to Gluntz as well.
“You gotta let me organize the bachelorette party!”, Michellee said with zeal.
“I know some great spots!”, Melanie added in.
“Perfect!”
——
After dinner, the troupe parted ways, Pam giving her stepdaughter an extended hug.
“I really missed you, Mellie. I promise I’ll never lose you again.”
“I missed you too, Mom. And don’t you worry. I won’t be going anywhere ever again. Especially not when the family’s gotten so much bigger.”

You know, this would be a fun idea, if Sam and Gluntz got partnered together and along the way started to develop feelings for each other. And they would kind of make sense, they're both quirky and chaotic (though Gluntz is more chaotic). If Netflix hadn't shut down its animation department, I'd say this could have worked for something in Season 3. I mean, Guy has Michellee, EB has Looka, and now Sam just needs someone in his life.

Shootin' at the door of heartache - Bang Bang! I am the Warrior!
So I'm basically a trash animal and love smashing my favorite shows together. I had this whacky idea of Michellee taking on the role of Zoya the Destroya from GLOW, the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. Because why the fuck not, she has the hair for it, and much sass. And I'm a slut for the 80s.
But for real, I see Michellee as a powerful woman and character in her own right. She overcame the loss of her husband and how much it controlled her life. She threw off the stifling anxiety that was spurring on her overprotective nature. I know what it's like to worry about everything, and to get stuck in your own head. So I love her for all the development she went through. You go queen!
So, potential plot? After a particularly difficult pregnancy with Guy's baby girl, Mishka, and losing her job as bean counter, Michellee is desperate to feel in control again. Her friend Gluntz introduces her to womens wrestling, and Michellee finds new strength and happiness in her own skin as she takes on the powerful persona of Zoya, Russian Warrior and Queen of the barren tundra. Your hate only makes her stronger.
Pairings: Guy x Michellee, some Michellee x Gluntz, some Sam x Guy
Hopefully I'll upload some doodles of her soon. And some fanfics ;) especially if people are interested

Not much longer for Geah season 2 and Im veeeery excited. So I wanna talk about how im feeling after the trailer.
Guy x Michelle is good and I enjoy Guy and Michelle's dynamic. Im poly and pan and im tired of people pretending that bi/pan/poly dont exist and that Guy isn't queer for being in a M/F relationship. Im happy hes happy and he has 2 hands. (Sam is holding the other one. :) )
The possible baby tho got me mad fucked up. They did the devils tango what?? WHAT?? Guy is a pathetic little meow meow he can't have sex that's illegal.
Eb having a crush is very endearing and I hope its kept endearing and cute in a very kid romance way and not made super serious. Please let it be awkward and silly like lumity or stevonnie or sprivy.
A little worried about Sams mom. Personally I dont want her to be a great person. Not evil but definitely set in her ways and maybe unintentionally harmful. I think its very on brand. Also IS SHE AWARE SAM WAS A FUCKING CRIMINAL??
If i don't see Gluntz again im gonna start maiming. You cant just get rid of my silly little jester shes everything to me.

My Sister
Sam pulled up to a quaint single story house. Gluntz sat in the passenger seat with Molly in her arms, nursing her.
“You coming in once she’s finished?”, he asked.
“Mm-hm.”
“Okay.” Sam looks straight ahead and breaths out through his mouth.
He then glances up at the front door. Inside was his sister. His half-sister. His half-sister he didn’t know or remember existed until almost a month ago. Now the day had come to meet her once again. He takes another look at his girlfriend and daughter in the passenger seat. Gluntz looks up at him and gives him a reassuring smile. Then he gets out and walks up to the door.
Even Sam was a bit thrown off by the fact that he was so thrilled to see his mom again, but with his sister, he’s getting cold feet. The major difference was that he knew and remembered his mother pretty clearly; the memories were somewhat faint, but not nonexistent. But when it came to Melanie, he couldn’t remember much at all. The most concrete thing he did recall was seeing a little girl smiling at him. He never really thought much about that because, soon after, it was just him and his mom in East Flubria.
Nervously, Sam knocks on the door.
“Just a moment”, a woman’s voice said inside.
His nerves fired all at once, giving him goosebumps.
Tens seconds later, the door opened and Sam saw, at long last, his sister.
She had the same drooping ears all Knoxes had, like his friend Guy. Her fur was pale orange and she had wavy flowing locks of chocolate brown hair. Said hair was complimented with purple highlights like she was still in her rebellious phase (since she spent most of her life in a foster home, and we all know how those can be, that was a distinct possibility). She wore a teal blouse and jeans. Altogether, she had an aura of being casual and professional at the same time.
“Hi, Sam!”, she said excitedly. She held out her hand for a handshake, not sure whether she really wanted to shake or hug her brother.
Then Sam took her hand and rapidly shook it up and down.
“Hey, Melanie!”
When he was done, Melanie held her shoulder as if it were dislocated. “Glad you could make it. I was just about to get dinner started.” Her head turned ever so slightly to Sam’s right and noticed someone sitting in the passenger seat of his car. “Who’s that?”
“Oh, that’s my girlfriend Gluntz.”
Melanie squints her eyes. She gasps. “Is that…a baby?”
Sam smiles and shrugs. “Yep”, he says with a little giggle. “We just had her.”
His sister turns a full ninety degrees, puts her hands on her temples and lets out a soft but excited scream. “I’m an aunt too?! Pam never told me that!”
“She didn’t?”
“No!”
“Hmm. I guess she wanted you to be surprised.”
——
After Gluntz finished up with Molly, Melanie led them all inside the house. Its aforementioned quaint nature also helped give it a cozy feeling. The floor was covered in polyester carpeting. A fire was going in the hearth. The couch faced the television with a coffee table right in between, the top of which was littered with a child’s drawings. The living room merged into the dining room/kitchen. Melanie wasn’t kidding when she said she was just about to get dinner started; there was a whole array of vegetables laid out on a cutting board with an uncooked soy substitute for poultry.
“My husband and I are vegans. I hope you guys don’t mind.”
“Oh, no. I don’t”, said Sam.
“Me neither”, said Gluntz.
As Melanie began to tie an apron on herself, Sam noted to her, “I didn’t know you had a husband.”
“Oh! I was getting around to that.” She walks into the living room, pulls a picture off the mantle and hands it to Sam. “That’s him right there.”
It was a wedding photo of Melanie and her husband. He and Gluntz both looked at it for a good while. On the border on the bottom were the words: ‘Congratulations, Jack and Melanie!’ Sam looked at Jack in the picture: he had indigo fur with little jowls of excess fur on the sides of his mouth and his hands were pretty big compared to Melanie’s. He also noticed that his sister was pregnant in the picture; somewhere around her second weekmester by the looks of it.
That last detail combined with the drawings strewn about on the coffee table had a smile crossing over Sam’s face. “You have a child too?”
“Mm-hm. His name’s Terry.”
Gluntz nudges Sam’s shoulder. “You hear that? You’re an uncle too!”
“I know! This is exciting! Just keeps getting better!”
Melanie smiles. She was thankful her reunion with her brother wasn’t going wrong. “Now, you guys wait on the couch while I get dinner ready. I wanna see my niece too!”
As she returned to the kitchen, Gluntz and Sam sat themselves on the couch. Molly was stirring feebly in her mother’s arms, apparently having an escalating dream. Sam smiles looking at his little girl. Gluntz, very carefully, bounced her arms.
“Hey, Gluntz. Did Jack look familiar to you?”
“How can he? I’ve never met him before.”
“No, I mean, did he remind you of someone else?”
She paused to think for a second. “Umm,…no. I’m sorry. Who does he remind you of?”
“I can’t say either. I wanna ask Mel to be sure.”
“Well, just tell me. Who does he remind you of?”
Before Sam could say anything, there was the sound of a pot hitting the ground. It was so loud that it woke the baby up. Molly began crying and screaming.
“No no no, Molly! It’s okay. Mommy’s here”, Gluntz said, trying to calm her down.
“Sorry!”, Melanie shouted. She stopped what she was doing and came rushing over. “I’m so sorry…What’s her name again?”
“Molly”, Sam answered.
“I’m sorry, Molly. Auntie Melanie’s sorry she woke you.”
Molly didn’t stop crying.
Gluntz reached into her pocket and pulled out a pacifier. She coaxes it against the baby’s lips until it slips inside. That seemed to calm her down.
“Whew”, Sam sighed.
“Again, I’m really sorry”, Melanie apologized.
“It’s okay. It was just an accident.”
“Yeah. I’ll be back.”
“Wait!”, Gluntz rang out.
“Yes?”
“What’s Jack’s last name?”
“How come you ask?”
“Sam says he reminds him of someone we know.”
“Oh, okay then. His last name’s McWinkle.”
The couple’s eyes widen at once. “I knew it!”, Sam exclaimed.
“How do you know that name?”
“His father was my partner in the BADGUYS!”, Gluntz explained.
“You’re part of the BADGUYS?”, Melanie asked, now intrigued.
“Yeah!”
“And how do you know him, Sam?”
“Well…it’s kind of a long story”, he said with a chuckle.
——
After Melanie cooked dinner and they gorged themselves on a vegan dinner that Michellee would’ve had a coronary over, it was that good, Sam told his sister the whole story first with Mr. Jenkins, then the Moo-Lacka-Moo (Gluntz even adding her tangent with the cows for good measure) and, most recently, what happened in Whoville.
“So, in short, you released an endangered animal back to its home, prevented a feud from escalating to nuclear war AND stopped three men who had a grudge against you?”
“That’s pretty much it, yeah”, Sam answered. He did, however, not mention everything about Kyler Twotymer, since he is the one who partially dismembered him, cut his mom’s leg and, worst of all, killed their father. He didn’t want to reopen painful memories and spoil the evening.
“Wow.” That was all she could say. “You guys have quite the track record there.”
“You could say that again.”
“And you, Gluntz, still helped out even though you were pregnant?”
“Yeah. Didn’t wanna miss out that season”, she answered.
“What does that mean?”
“I don’t know. She says stuff like that from time to time”, Sam replied.
“Oh. Anything else?”
“Well, Mom’s dating Grinch now”, Sam continued, “then a few days ago, Gluntz had Molly. Your papa-in-law even showed up to congratulate her. That’s when he said that his son and you had a child not too long ago.”
“Definitely caught me off-guard”, Gluntz added.
“Hmm. What are the odds?”, Melanie pondered rhetorically.
“What does Jack do by the way?” Gluntz asked, trying to keep the conversation rolling.
“Ah. He’s a pilot. In fact, I think that he just touched down in Da-Dake yesterday.”
“That’s cool.”
“What’s Terry like?”, Sam asked with intrigue.
Melanie smiled at her brother. “He’s perfect! Only a year old and drawing’s his favorite hobby.” She gets up and picks up some of the papers from the coffee table and presents them to Sam and Gluntz. Even though they were indiscernible squiggles of color, they smiled upon seeing them.
“Wow! Tell Terry I said he’s quite the artist!”, Sam interjected.
“The next Picasso!”, Gluntz added.
“Why not tell him yourself?”
The couple stopped in their tracks. “We get to see him?”
“Yeah. If you would like to.”
Sam puts a hand over his mouth and tears begin to well up in his eyes. “Heck yes, I wanna see him!”
“Alright. I’ll be back.”
As she went down the hallway, Sam leaned back in his chair in excitement. Little Molly’s face lit up from watching her father and she makes an excited coo. Gluntz holds the baby’s little hand.
“You excited to see your cousin, Molly?” Sam asked in a baby talk-like voice. “I know I am.”
“I’m back”, said Melanie. She was carrying her little boy over her shoulder. At a year old, he was a tad big compared to Molly. Terry McWinkle had lilac fur, a crop of brown hair like his mother and was wearing red footie pajamas. “Well, Sam. Here’s your nephew!”
Terry was yawning as his mother held him in front of herself. “Okay, Terry. This is your Uncle Sam. Be a good boy now.” She hands him to Sam, who was beaming with emotion.
Gluntz raised her fists under her chin and said, “Aww… Look at him! He’s adorable!”
Melanie smiles and brushes a lock of hair behind her ear to get it out of her line of sight. Then she turns her head to her niece sitting in the high chair. The baby was leaning forward, reaching her hands out.
“Umm, you guys. Check out Molly.” The couple looks at their baby girl, watching as she excitedly reaches out to her cousin. “Do you wanna say hi to Terry, sweetie?”
Gluntz picked her up and brought her closer to the boy. She noticed Sam’s eyes shimmered with mesmerization. She realized he must’ve been thrilled to see his daughter and nephew in his line of sight all at once. “Say hi, Molly.” She took the baby’s hand and waved it for her.
Terry, in the meantime, had a blank look of bewilderment on his face. He turned around to face his own mother, who got up to join the group, and started babbling, “Ma ma ma.”
Melanie had her hands resting on the chairs as the sight of happy children and her guests filled her with delight. “Excuse me, Gluntz. Could I see Molly?”
“Sure!” She hands her Molly, whose gaze shifted from her cousin to her aunt.
Melanie smiled at her niece, twiddling her fingers in front of her. Little Molly’s attention was diverted to the movement in front of her eyes and she began grabbing at Melanie’s fingers. “You’re such a cutie, Molly”, she said in a soft voice. Poking out from behind her bow tie circlet was a small tuft of white hair. Since she mostly had the looks of Gluntz, Melanie assumed the hair was a trait from Sam, but he was wearing his hat, so she couldn’t get confirmation. “I love you.”
Molly made a little laugh. Sam heard her say that and smiled. His nephew was still quiet. Perhaps this was a testament to him being very well-behaved. Terry was smiling at him now.
“There’s that smile!”, Sam exclaimed in baby-talk. “I love you too, Terry.”
“Me too!”, Gluntz added.
——
