How The 21 Day Plogging Challenge Transformed Me?

I began plogging this July with my friends and have experienced some deep changes in the way I think now. Before this, I had a very egoistic mindset, I began to write blogs and wanted to share how I felt.

"Hi there, so it’s been a long time since I have written something as I was consumed in many thoughts and needed to get my head clear. In the process, I joined a movement called Fridays For Future whose purpose is to spread climate change awareness to save the future for upcoming generations. So each Sunday I met some amazing people at some popular locations in my city and tried to clean and spread awareness at the same time by informing people how harmful PLASTIC can be to the environment and why it’s “our duty” to keep “our city” clean. Here is when I first heard about PLOGGING. Made of the Swedish words plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog) simply means picking up litter while jogging. This whole thing inspired me on a different level. Hence I took the 21-day challenge of plogging."
