Soo, I kinda went aside from the fandom and watching DetCo for months and switched my attention to the uni stuff and my own OCs, so there probably won't be much activity here aside from the reblogs for some time <:") Sorry about that

But I still wanted to show a bit of things I had in my files that I didn't get to finish or. Well. I'm honestly not sure if I ever get to finish them at all. This sketch back from autumn 2022 is one of those. I still really love this idea and how the composition turned out etc, that's why I wanted to show it to ya even if I never get to finish it <:)

I liked exploring dynamic between Gin and Shiho/Haibara, and in my animal/anthro AU I had an idea of like, Gin kinda seeing her as a pest after her betrayal of BO + like a hunt object. Not like literally seeing her as a rat, but acting and relate to her as that <D More like a metaphor I think

What do you think about the whole " Din should take off his helmet because Bo can" thing?

Personally, I don't have much problem with Din not taking his helmet off. We all know that Din is a person who honors his Creed and he places it above all else (except for Grogu, man would break his Creed again if that means he can save his son :'). He was the one that said he would go to the mines to redeem himself so he can walk the Way again. The Armorer only offered a solution, he was the one that made the decision. So I respect his choice, and making him take off his helmet out of nowhere seems very disrespectful to me. Tho ofc as a fan, I also have my own headcanon which is that people in the same Clan can remove their helmets in front of each other. So Paz can let Ragnar see his face, and Grogu, and I mean ONLY Grogu, can see Din taking his helmet off in their own private home :) That's why I only draw helmetless Din when he's with Grogu (the very old post where Din, Boba and Fennec wearing their helmets like a top hat was a joke that one doesn't count aksjdha)

CANDIES Round-Up: Weibo TV & Internet Awards

so glad to see the 31-year old xiao zhan walk his first red carpet, the first of many, i hope. despite the stress this event brought us upto the last minute— i’m sure we are all happy to get a glimpse of our dearest xiao laoshi.

now let’s look at all the clowning potential brought to us by this event. all of this is CPN. I may miss some things but if it’s interesting enough I will make a separate post about it.

The “day” started off with XZS sharing photos of ZZ and what most of us noticed is the brooch/pin he is wearing. It is GUCCI, which is on brand for him but what’s special is that it is a 🐝 , similar to the one he wore during 2020 Weibo Night. Guess who he was with that time? As per the wardrobe accounts, it’s not a pin but is something embroidered on his tie. But it really says alot that BXGs have one braincell and we collectively thought of the same event.

Also look at the time on his watch. Is he doing some Kadian again? I see 8:50? Or maybe i’m hallucinating and that’s the lack of sleep talking. 😂

• We had some ChenWei potential aesthetic going on because of this. HAHAHAHAHA! WeiWei borrowing his husband’s clothes to wear at an event. There is a galaxy CPN to this cause that blue top is not tagged by any wardrobe account. So it might be his own — which is usual for inner wear like this. But gives us hope that it’s a shoutout to Chen Yu. LOL.

• Plus we had the same stage, or should i say their works were show next to each other in one of the videos shown @ the event. Awwww. 🤍

• If you add all the photos that XZS posted tonight, it is 28. Love Bo ( Yibo ) in kadian. His first photoset also had the 3rd and 8th photo with a “reflection” effect to it. 3 for Zan and 8 for Bo.

• My favorite clowning tho involves ZZ’s necklace. You know i’m obsessed ( derogatory ) with the accessories they wear and what could it possibly mean. especially if there are similarities. Now this one appears to have the same details as WYB’s in last year’s Weibo Night which they both attended. It’s not the same, GG’s is a Gucci Heart Necklace. but that tiny detail and similarity makes me happy ☺️

The theme in ZZ’s GUCCI jewelry is filled with hearts, and it’s a coincidence that when you look at the logo, it can be the number 8. Bo. Yibo. Let me repeat, the heart shape. That’s Yibo’s favorite. Heart with a mole. Snow Heart. GG’s heart drawing last 2020. I can go on and on, it’s a recurring symbol that we CPN.

• If you wanna clown some more, if you look at his Alexander McQueen outfit, it spells out W. Is it for Mister Wang? 🤡🤡🤡

The second part of this post is about what you probably have been seeing bxgs share on weibo— GG who was sat next to Chen Feiyu / Arthur Chen. I won’t go into detail about all the rumors from a long time ago, but there were talk of CFY dissing WYB. If this is true and to what extent, we don’t know. What was documented tho is for a time WYB’s solo fans were mad at CFY, but the older fans stopped the online attacks because CFY has strong connections ( his parents ) in the industry. At the time, WYB was not as prominent as he is now so he can’t really protect himself. The CPN is ZZ is knows this and does not like CFY because of what he did to WYB. Or maybe he just doesn’t like nepotism babies like I do. LOL.

Now look at XZ’s face when CFY sits next to him and judge for yourself:

XZ is usually mister polite but this is not his usual reaction at awards ( or any event ) like this. Even if we don’t know about the whole WYB and CFY incident before, I will be wondering what’s going on. I mean, he didn’t even acknowledge him. XZ will usually give a bow/ nod to people even if he doesn’t know them. I saw fan cams of him greeting other people in this area so I know that the gracious XZ is still there. This is pretty sus and I understand why BXGs picked up on it. When we got photos of the seating arrangement, people were already talking about him being next to CFY and the implications of it. We all didn’t expect for an interaction like this to happen. The Chongqing Pepper really came out. If you watched his dramas, you will recognize this face that he is making and when he uses it.

On the flipside, I also don’t advise any talk about XZ having a grudge on CFY. As I said, this person has strong connections. I don’t want to imply that XZ has beef with a person with just this video alone. If anything, just take it as a double standard. Lol. with WYB, he is all smiley and scooting closer. With others, he has his bitch face on and he is moving away. 😂😂😂

A deja vu moment we also had was this one. ZZ with his award and all alone. I truly hope one day he can be at an event with WYB and he can laugh freely. I know that both their fame now forces them to be extra cautious of what they do. Be careful of who they interact with and all that. I think I’m not the only one who wants to see him laughing and genuinely enjoying an event. The nice thing tho is GG was spotted outside the venue with his team, he was chilling and texting. Who are you texting? The love of your life? Awwwww. This is a nice change from his 2020 stolen photo where he was texting and looked super stressed.

Now things are getting real and I hope folx are chill with changing a characters race (I’m thinking tentative yes after all the HP/Black!Hermione discourse?)

Anyway, this is my rendition of Veronica. I love Felicia Day and I love Veronica’s character. My reasoning for changing her race was 1) I didn’t feel it detracted from her story, 2) I’m ultimately hoping to create a comic for you tumblr and so 3) I wanted a more diverse set of characters.

I will have lots of People of Color and non-binary Folks as original characters, but I felt like Fallout could do more. I think she should still have the same voice tho 😙 it’s just so iconic. I also think some character history with her magic Black Girl hair would be really fun; a variety of hairstyles could be something that her BOS family passed into her. The only thing I really like about BOS is that they don’t discriminate based on race (just ghouls and super mutants and enclave remnants and -)

Body references for these images comes from Google searches of Sonequa Martin-Green, in character as Michael Burnham (Star Trek: Disco) and as her charming self. I adore Martin-Green as Burnham, but I’d love to see her be a more bubbly personality like Veronica.

honestly ive had this in my head for so long. like. okay, its obvious at first glance that lance is NOT cis, like theres just no way. personally, i dont think its afab trans way, but i feel like hes definitely on the enby spectrum.

anyways i think he looks cute

i feel like hed still keep his name and the pronouns “he/him” to avoid confusing his guildmates and stuff, but wouldnt care if someone referred to him as she or they. like. you could call this dude by a totally different name and hed still respond. (unless ur bo and you continuously call him “lars” instead of lance)

anymways bo and lance transmasc and transfem duo of the YEAR actually. and theyre in LOVE. and they KISS. (ik i listed bo as a trans man previously, but thats bcz i assign him the microlable of boyflux/guyflux, which is the fluctuation of agender, enby, and man. its easier to just call him a trans guy to avoid confusion, but he does fall under the enby spec)

i dont actually hc lance as transfem, but i think its cute to draw him this way. hed make such a pretty girl. bro looks like a chick with short hair already anyway. hes so babygirl

i do, however, hc that lance has worn and will still wear dresses and skirts. i think hes very open abt wearing whatever he wants to.

camilla would support him big time, but also overwhelm him with all the “girl things” that he now has to do

as much as id like to say isaac is a supporter of trans rights, i just know he’s been openly transphobic and homophobic up until like a year ago or smth. and its bcz thats when word got around that lance was not only pan, but also nonbinary. isaac had to change his entire WORLD VIEW just to avoid being sent to human resources and having to deal with not only camilla, but also many other guild supervisors. with that being said, should lance start presenting feminine, hed get the grossest stares from isaac.

In regards of Riddle's mother and what you said in your reply. What if she does have a palace? It could take place shortly after Riddle's own OB (that you said could take place between book 5 and 6). Maybe the PT decided that they should try to see Riddle's mom in the metaverse. Thinking that she will simply have a shadow (though they have a feeling she has more than that).

And they're right. She couldn't be found in the metaverse, for she has her own palace. What is it like? Maybe a twisted version of the Queen of Hearts' palace? Which form has been a disturbing mix between the beautiful palace with a twisted hospital. Here Riddle have to fight himself to wholly accept the truth about his mother's thought and 'affection' to him all these years. While Ren and the other's PT members (would be great tho, if they already have Akechi here) have to see the sadness and prison that is Riddle's own life. For even with Ren's help and friendship all these years, it could only soothe so much of Riddle's pain, that he has to endure and live with from the moment he taste that sweet, sweet strawberry tart.

:0c I wrote this at the pool so... Imagine just me jumping in there, swimming, then coming to write a bit and repeat :v

Well I did have some ideas for it, but I always find it interesting to explore new themes for it

But first... We would have to put in place the rooster. If we want to have Aketchi on the team, we have to take account of the fact that Riddle's supposed ob would be in between chap 5-6, therefore in early February. Most likely we can close in the dates in between Sae's palace and this ob if we say Riddle's ob was during VDC camp.

That means that Ren would basically start his 2nd year during Riddle's end of the 1st and finish it while Riddle had his 2nd year. (man... Japanese-European systems are hard to pin-point :v)

For Riddle's bonus for the team, one thing he had would be to force the targets into prolonging the deadline, hence the palaces periods get longer, the confessions/change of hearts are going later and later until Sae's palace falls in February, along the VDC, hence the ob happens during that infilrtation period.

I just imagine Trey being a main tipping point for the ob, so I just see after the PTs get the news about it, they would just bang at Trey's door with guns and everything. Like sure cake man.. You have exactly 15 seconds if Haru is in a good mood. :3

As for Mrs rosehearts palace, Aketchi might be the one to draw a conclusion that maybe they should look into Riddle's home life a bit. Cue, trying his mom's name.

Riddle's absolutely horrified to find out his mother, of all people, had a palace. And quite an extreme one.

I would take that theme of the queen of hearts palace, but make it more morbid. Like a group of towers that immiate the feel of a palace, all representing different things such as money, fame, knowledge, etc.

And the main gig of this palace would be that it was a maze. The more you get lost from the main towers, the more morbid it looks, with more vicious shadows. The treasure would be at the top of the tallest tower and manifests as a flag, symbolising just who runs the place.

And a few notable cognitions would be trey and Che'nya. Seen as some bulglars, while her cognition of Riddle would be a perfect little doll prince, the difference being that he had a crack on his face from. Where roses grew out. That crack was representing Riddle leaving for NRC and being out of his mother's full influence.

This of course would alter a bit Riddle's ability of prolonging the deadline, therefore this palace, just like Shido's, will have much shorter deadline.

Also Ren would have a lot of influence there, as he was Riddle's first official friend and even more than just best friend at how close they grew. So during this palace period, Riddle as a confidant will grow a lot, but even so, his original persona(as in the last post I mentioned that for the metaverse to act as a bridge, Ren and Riddle are both wildcards, which imprints tied together via metaverse) does evolve into it's 2nd form only when he faces his mother's shadow and steals the treasure.

Another thing would be that after the overBlot, Trey and the others at NRC will try to mend things, only to notice that Riddle hanged out and talked a lot with other people, whom he apparently befriended since some time. Welp... Another jab in the pride I guess.

Also a thing that I forgot to talk about would be Riddle's own confidants and how they influence each other. Ryuji would teach him to loosen up a bit, Ann will help with fashion skills, Yusuke probably with art influence end expressing oneself, Makoto with standing up for something, Futaba mostly tech and some geek things and Haru might teach him gardening. Not sure about Aketchi or Kasumi(as we follow the royal version) tho. Unlike Ren's, Riddle's confidants take different tarot cards. For example, if Ryuji is the Chariot confidant for Ren, then for Riddle he is the Tower. :v

Although Riddle as Ren's confidant is marked by the 'Reflection' card, which is vice-versa, marking the fact that both are wildcards and also both had history together previous to the main adventure.

I became very enamored with Mandalorian culture after finally getting towards watching season 2 of Mando, and I’m actually kinda shocked as to how much it is reminiscent of the whole Kenpachi lineage in Bleach (Much less severe tho).

Mandalorians aren’t a species, they’re a creed, so anyone can be a Mandalorian. Their lifestyle revolves around combat, I just got more info abt this stuff the other day and I’m actively looking more stuff up. Admittedly as I grew up watching the clone wars animated series, I wasn’t too interested in the arcs that dealt with Mandalorians (mainly Pre Vizsla & Death Watch. Thought they were cool & all but I was still in grade school and wanted to see cool lightsaber fights).

But now that I’m older and much more interested in the lore of SW, I’m fascinated by them; I’m also going to rewatch all Mandalorian centric episodes because there was a lot that was put into both clone wars & rebels (for research, and because I still need to watch Rebels, this might give me my reason).

I’m still thinking on solid designs for Unohana and little Yachiru, I have an idea of Kenny’s armor and what he looks like.

My whole idea is that both Kenpachi & Unohana have been longtime Mandalorians, have followed the creed for years; found one another through the creed. They follow a branch of Mandalorian belief that allows them to remove their helmets (compared to Din Djarin, who was raised in The Children of the Watch, who refuse to remove their helmets to any other living being unless necessary). Bo Katan even Tells Din that The Watch is an old Mandalorian belief system, bordering on cultists. Zaraki & Unohana adhere to a more lenient form of Mandalorian lifestyle in that sense.

Of course, Unohana found Zaraki (not as a child, though, he’s an adult when they meet.) and she offered to show him the ways of the Mandalorian creed; he accepted. They grow an incredibly strong bond both on and off the battlefield, wandering the galaxy together. Eventually they fall in love, and declare themselves a clan of two (Mandalorians refer to family units as “clans”).

Then, they find a lost little girl, that being Yachiru. Knowing what this entails, they both accept that the child is their responsibility, and must take it to more of her own kind or raise her until she may choose her path. So then, they become a clan of three.

I’m still trying to determine what faction they both belonged to & some other AU related things but, uh yeah, I could cry rn at how perfectly this fits.

I’m probably going to stick to the short hair for him because it just makes it easier. With Unohana I plan to give her a typical pulled back braid; she doesn’t really have a need to wear it in the front, and also it would restrict her head movement if she wore her front braid and her helmet. Much more convenient.

More head studies for Kenny

Started planning his helmet design. I gotta give his helmet horns, that’s just a given. Not sure if I want to add any sort of designs, and I’m also unsure of what color both of their armor sets should be, I have to look up if the colors have any connotation.

I’m also gonna change what Yachiru is wearing, I just wanted to do something full body for Zaraki & I gave Yachiru the typical robe since it’s easy and drawing kids is a bit of a challenge for me (they just end up looking like small adults lmaoo).

More Hoenn with Lisia! Gonna be honest, I have some, uh...mixed feelings on Lisia, or rather what she represents. Look, don't get me wrong, I love her design, even if it was a bit Much to draw! But she's a remake-exclusive character who has no real impact on the story, so no nostalgia and no recurring encounter with her or memorable battles, not to mention she is tied to a feature I never really used in the original RSE and definitely not in ORAS because of the incorporation of the 3DS camera. Whose bright idea was it to make it so you couldn't mute the 3DS camera?! Artificial camera sounds are one of the banes of my auditory experiences, so if I want my digital camera quiet I should be allowed to do so!! (okay, I know why you can't, it's Japanese law or whatever supposedly to prevent creepshots [trust me tho, if someone wants to creepshot they will find a way], but why couldn't NoA fix that so that we could turn it off?! it's LITERALLY PAINFUL TO MY BRAIN) Still! No ill will to the character herself because of these reasons, just...don't really have any strong feelings of like or dislike toward her as a result of her not really making much of an impact on me.

I LOVE how much their mask tails are blowing in the wind here. Thats been a thing with Lawson+Brown i just think it really fits the moodyness here. Thats EXACTLY what i want to be happening in fraught moment. And they might have introed here Don having a this shoulder strap for his staff. i like it lot, seems. pracitcal? sturdy? and they gave it nice movement here.

anyway, me when i attack the guy who put us in his rat colosseum and cause him to fall into his Rat Colosseum. except like. we just busted out of the rat colosseum so i feel like we should be able. to also get him out of it....

the history of my ocs isnt interesting to anyone but me but i love sitting and lookin at my kids, thinking of what they were n what they mightve been

completely killing off bo bc my bestest friend said he looked like a mix of markiplier and jackseptieye when i was trying to redesign him. mincy if ur reading this ilu for that, it actually really made kai n katsuos story more tight n better lol

katsuo has not fucking changed tbh. kai got a missing leg in the bo divorce tho

feel kinda bad for rikku, their hair changes everytime bc i forget how its meant to be augh, also have really ignored growing them and their lil friend group. kon is the same age creation wise, and they both just. didnt feel like People? oh ones angry one wants to fly the end. so i made kon autistic lol have a part of me and go research cats my love

GODS even the fact that like. half of them started out as neopets…. that number is growing less the more i make but i am holding my kids in the palm of my hand

this doesnt even include like. the fact all my ocs n stories i started making super young, so the natural growth of “oh it just makes senses if ur trans/gay, congrats u are now” “i hate love triangles why did i do this, yall poly now”

even just general character relationships which have grown like jett/cecelia and vin+viktor…. or realising how connected everyone should be with knowing each other (thus MORE relationships, viktor+saros, jason+alistar, listen throwing in a bunch of ppl into a band was the best idea of my life)

really fucking doubt ill ever make a coherent story with anyone. its super easy to pick out even just duos to write about (kendra n emery are always spinning in my brain, kats n kais breakout, coral n saros first meeting, gods dont get me started with kishi) but nothing is actually fleshed out, just basic scenes and ideas of what the start and end is. i still love my lil kids tho, rly need to draw them more often.

i guess (😭) they're making their list in terms of B.O draw or popularity among the general public and if they thought about tom in terms of BO with spider-man and uncharted i guess he is above florence somehow..

BUT in terms of acting florence is absolutely above him by far and that's not even debatable

was florence not also on that list of biggest box office pulls tho so no matter how you slice it she should be above him because of her acting ability
