May I suggest Sophia Tatum sin e she has no resources. Shes from I'm not okay with this, Riverdale, The Brides as well as other various other shows/movies. Please and thank you. ♡
Oh, wow, she's incredibly beautiful! I'll definitely take a look at her projects and see if I've got the muse to gif any of them. Thanks for the suggestion!

Drake-s (Drake-takes, get it?)
As a Drake apologist, I can honestly say that this episode made me incredibly uncomfortable.
But let's put this under a cut, shall we? Read on if you dare...
Realistically, the way I see it, there were only two things Drake actually did that were notably "wrong" during this episode:
After Betty rebuffed her, starting to go after Barchie- which, when you think about it from an emotional perspective, makes sense. She would have been anxious about speaking her mind, disappointed about Betty's reaction, and most likely feeling frustrated after seeing somebody who she clearly cares a lot about, with another person she doesn't think is compatible with her. So when I think about, while not amazing, these actions can easily be justified.
That throwaway line after Drake said goodnight to Betty, the one along the lines of "who were you imagining while singing, TBK or Archie" was just... not it. It was very much out of line, and made me feel uncomfortable as a viewer. All I can really think of as a defence, is this: Looking at her as a person, I think that she was fed up with Veronica trying to push her away from somebody she liked and angry with the rejection, so decided to throw this line in to stir the pot. Still definitely not ok.
With that said, she also did a few things right:
Expressing her feelings to Betty in an open and honest way- including politely asking about whether her relationship with Archie was exclusive. Despite not getting the answers she wanted, she communicated effectively (for the most part), so good on her! I choose to believe she didn't have any nefarious intentions going into this, most likely legitimately misreading the situation and trying to make a move on someone she thought could reciprocate.
Continuing to listen to and respect both Betty and Veronica after everything that occurred. I will go into my opinions on Veronica this episode in a seperate post (but in summary, I thought she was out of line).
Drawing back after she was rebuffed (referring to Betty as "Agent Cooper", not overstepping her boundaries or trying to make another move on her).
This brings me to the whole 'hybristophilia' situation. I never want to shame or judge anybody for what they find attractive, but man I found the description of these interests uncomfortable to listen to. Serial killers? Frankly, I wish they kept the attraction Drake felt for Betty to something a little sweeter and more innocent, what I like to call a "life crush".
*For context, a 'life crush' is the name I give to an attraction where somebody doesn't particularly have interest in being in a relationship with the person, but still finds them physically, characteristically and emotionally attractive.
So yeah, I'm disappointed on that front.
Lastly, what role do I think Agent Drake will play in the future of Riverdale? RAS said in an interview that "we haven't seen the last of Agent Drake". This quote gives me the impression that either a) they are baiting us yet again, or b) she will be in future episodes, most likely framed as a villain.
I personally would love to see her back (because Sophia Tatum is beautiful, and an amazingly talented actress), but if she does return, I need her character to be done properly! I need some positive LGBTQ+ representation, with Drake portrayed as a fully fleshed out character. Or if not her, I'd like some of the other queer people on the show to be a little less two dimensional.
Furthermore, as much as I hate to say it, it seems my dear Jillian Drake has been trashed by the Riverdale writers, much like many of the other queer characters on the show. I just hope that some day, one of my fictional crushes might be done right- in the mean time, I'm off to go and headcannon her character as the woman I fell in love with *sigh*.
Feel free to send me any of your thoughts!
xoxo
