🖤🙏🏾I am realizing that healing comes from within. When you look within, you find yourself and not the world, so really you’re forgiving yourself, the world has nothing and ain’t never had nothing to do with it, i’m in the middle of figuring this all out.
Moving out and living on my own brought out emotions that subconsciously I didn’t know I had and so I found myself hindered by unresolved issues from the past, but what does today have to do with yesterday’s pain? So I’ve really been diving deep into the concept of healing and in result I bought the book “The Power of Now” and it’s filled with enlightening advice that makes you look at your own emotions differently and how you can actually be the thing that hinders you from finding true inner peace and happiness ☮️ Its definitely a great read.
And is there a final destination for ones healing journey? I think the destination would be coming to peace with what is and what was,
maybe we don’t move on, we move forward 🤔 🤯 ✨
