In the winter months, we find ourselves hibernating and it’s easy to get the blues. We long for the warmth, adventure and happiness found in the Spring. However, these qualities can be found within each of us. Briefly sit in meditation, with a double terminated Citrine in your palm, and remember the last joyful experience you had. When you lived in that very moment. Allow it to fill your chest and spread from limb to limb. Once filled, again, move the joyous energy through your hand and into the stone. When sufficiently charged with your energy, slowly bring back your awareness to your sacred space. Now, when you have the winter blues, take out your Citrine and draw that energy back into yourself. 🌞 Citrine has a strong positive energy, lifting depression and allowing you to pursue your desires with success.
