Hey Bold Queens, Today I am partnering with @SpaScienes & @Target showing you my quick 5-minute makeup routine using the #Echo Makeup Brush. I used this time to reconnect with myself and my mental health. Which I achieved by doing my makeup while dancing, I find this very therapeutic. My self-care routine continued throughout the day, after doing my makeup giving me a pep in my step. I felt bold and unstoppable.  I was on cloud nine and had to find a way to whine down, so I meditated, pray and wrote inside my journal in the afternoon time.
