Youve talked about some extreme movies youve watched and you say youre unaffected a lot but whats something that really messed with you up? Is there anything? What would you suggest to me as I have high tollerance too but would like to watch something heavy as a challenge :]

for what concerns suggestions i feel like it depends on what gets to you ? like it might be more psychological or it might be more body horror etc idk yk but. i really don't mean to be pretentious but. i can't think of anything that REALLY fucked w me ? like. i bring up melancholia 2011 dir lars von trier often it Did kinda get to me a bit it did give me a bit of depression for a sec it's very underrated in the sea of lars von trier movies that get the Disturbing reputation i find it more effective than ANYTHING else tbh the only other thing that maybe kinda comes close is antichrist but not as much.

martyrs 2008 is also Really something and it's def one of the better movies out of all the big deal Disturbing Movies you hear abt

if gore gets to you Do try the guinea pig series they slap

terrifier 2 has a scene that made me Flinch ! i've never flinched since. it's a good fun movie that i'd rec regardless but like. That scene. i think it's gotten pretty famous. it's not like fucks you up type BUT it's hard for me to flinch and i flinched so i thot i'd mention it xx

in the same vein. since tis the season. black christmas 1974 GOOD movie NOT traumatizing but the phone calls are a bit fucky and it Did give me can't-sleep anxiety Once really weird

Omg I just realized I never updated u on the hangout things 😭. Like ong I don’t think he likes me but idk cus we sit next to each other in class and we don’t talk like I try but it’s very awkward and shit and Like I do try to text him cus im more comfortable online and I remember I went to school early and he missed school the day b4 so I messaged him like “hey r u going to be at school 2day” cus yk like I kinda wanted to talk to him and cus I was also in the library where he usually is but uhm he ignored me and in class I saw him on IG but he was in purpose not looking at my text 😭. But oh well and then I ignored it for a few days and was like “oh he’s sick so maybe he’s just tired” and so I left it alone and like yesterday I asked him for Twice song recs cus I saw he liked them. And now im in a spot where tdy I bought him a CD to get closer to him and also to be like “Hey thanks for keeping up with my awkwardness” cus my awkwardness makes me rly shy and self conscious abt me talking but I felt brave to talk to this dude and Im kinda feeling self conscious again cus like I do want to talk to him and like he ignores me. Also I do want to talk to him when I immediately get into class but he always has his headphones in and I don’t want to disturb him and when he does take them out my teacher alr started teaching and we can’t talk and we barely do when we do hwk and it’s only to ask each other questions and I feel a bit judged. Like I remember one time when we got back a test, he looked over at my score and I think I got like 1 mark more than him and he was like “Oh u did better than me” in a very sad kinda judgy tone yk that one. And I was like “haha yea but it’s ok at least yk test aren’t worth much in this class”

sorry for the long thing Im just confused abt the situation 😭 and I kinda feel like a clown 🤡 cus I see him talk to this other girl in class smts and idk maybe they just bonded over them both being from the philippines. Idk like I don’t invite him to sit with me at lunch cus hon it’s awkward and also I feel him and my friend I sit with won’t get along and our humour is interesting and j feel he would be more uncomfortable and more awkward yk. But hon I feel bad cus I think he just sits with his brother in the library and like idk I feel bad for him cus like honestly I feel he doesn’t have many friends and this is the only class he rly talks from my observation and maybe i’m wrong cus he is a new student but it’s also almost done with them semester so like 5 months. Idk maybe i’ll talk to him more and ask him more questions and ig try to reschedule the hang out or idk maybe j should let go cus we ain’t vibing but also we have another class tgt next sem which makes it even weirder cus ong I have no one else ik abt but him 😭.

Ok so like, I’d never wanna encourage someone to pursue a one sided connection, bc that’s honestly what this is giving. He’s obviously making no efforts here, and I wish you didn’t spend your money on him already 😭 but like… I knew a guy for a year before he started giving back what I gave him, and now we’re super close, so it might work out for you in time, but it seems to me like for now, his mind is on other things than friendship. You can schedule another date with him if you like, but usually, I’d opt for returning the “silent treatment” until they start missing you 🤷‍♀️ it’s a bit manipulative but it works like a charm every time :>

Bc then even the part with him being sulky over the test like bro, you’ve got issues 😭 And not responding to your texts ? Yeah, drop him for a lil bit. Seek friendships in other people, put effort into those you will reciprocate your affection, bc chasing homeboy is just… it’s not it. Once he sees you living your life outside of him (genuinely ofc, not just for the sole purpose of getting his attention), he’ll get his head out of his phone more often. And if he doesn’t, oh well, you didn’t lose anything 🤷‍♀️ Personally, you seem like a really cool person and someone nice to talk to, and he obviously doesn’t appreciate that

alright vocaloid hmm. i dont think theres a right way to start but maybe you should get to know the "classics" first. i'd recommend checking out unhappy refrain and the monochrome disc, both albums by wowaka. his work is like a milestone in vocaloid history. but if you dont feel like listening to the entirety of the albums, go for the tracks rolling girl, world's end dancehall, unkown mother goose and uraomote lovers. outside wowaka i also think you'd enjoy karakuri pierrot, melt, deep sea girl, freely tomorrow and magnet. these are some of my favourite most well-known songs ^_^

and although series like story of evil follow a specific concept, theres no official lore when it comes to vocaloid, it'll depend solely on what story the producer wanted to tell. its sorta like... only true while the song is going? you have to think of them as instruments rather than characters yk. its honestly kinda confusing at first but you get used to it.

but please keep in mind some producers tend to touch very sensitive topics, and some are straight up nasty. avoid songs by kikuo at all costs, dude's weird (dw i included more upbeat songs, although the lyrics may not match the vibe 100% of the time, they arent super depressing i promise!!)

oh and if the voices sound too "crunchy" its bc some of these songs are old as hell and the tuning wasnt as sophisticated back then. some current voicebanks sound almost human! well i guess this does it for a start. my god this was lenghty. hope its not too confusing x_x

it's the type of vibe the two of you aim to radiate to your audience, which you successfully manage to achieve by giving advice on pretty much any topic your listeners ask about, from relationships to fashion or school

although nobara may get a little over the edge with her advice, you're always there to bring her back on track

she's a whole icon throughout the fashion community, always giving her opinion on the latest trends

so yes this entire podcast was made to spite the white haired man with a god complex

he asked you to join on the idea that you could supply his advice with examples from your relationship with him

also cause he just wanted to make gojo just that more jealous about having a girlfriend

on the podcast, he gives relationship and dating advice, as well as any topic related to them

you let your fans dictate what your next topic on the podcast will be, whether it’s how to get your first kiss right to doing the nasty safely

yes he preaches safe sex like the kind he was-

gojo bullies you and suguru before getting on set but he’s the one who listens to the podcast the MOST (like yeah bae you need it the most too <3333)

so its plain obvious that suguru have fans (like that’s just a given)

he acts so cool and snarky on mic, but yk he’s the biggest softie in private

I grinned when I got this ask. I honestly didn't think anyone would care that much about my thoughts on the songs, but if you're asking I'm more than happy to share! And if you're comfortable feel free to drop another ask or shoot me a DM with your own thoughts :)

First I'll give overall thoughts and then I'll delve into a few more specifics, as well as a tiny bit of Drarry stuff! This is going to be a lonnnggg post which I suspect very few people—if any—are really interested in reading. But if you are, then stick around! And please feel free to share what you think in the comments, DMs or ask box! <3

Overall I LOVED it. The production was amazing and very cohesive. And oh my goodness her VOICE has grown so so so much. It's hard to realize the difference when we just listen to stuff like folklore or evermore or even reputation, but her voice has developed a lot. It's a lot stronger than it used to be when she first recorded Red—and that's saying something because her voice was great then, too!!

Like with Fearless TV, it really felt like a more grown-up Taylor reflecting on her early life, and it was emotional to listen to this album now when I so vividly remember it coming out at the time. It's also so clear that Taylor had fun rerecording it. Her passion for her old music is always so wonderful to see—that she's not the least bit ashamed or shying away from her early work, because it feels like we really grew up with her, yk? And all the parts of ourselves—past and present—deserve to be celebrated.

Now for some specifics.

It was sooo fun to hear her say "who is taylor swift anyway?" in 22, and her little dialogue in WANGBT (although the "weeEE" in the chorus of WANGBT made me laugh a little lmao). And Stay Stay Stay was a lot better—don't get me wrong I liked the original too but this version was even better.

Also I LOVED Holy Ground. I loved that song before—I dedicated a fic to it in the TS/Drarry series!—but I was so satisfied with this version.

The Moment I Knew is and continues to be the melodramatic bop we all know and love. Girl at Home was good, but it was a bit of a shock. It's just so different from the original, and sonically it reminded me of 1989. Still, it was enjoyable.

Okay now the vault tracks:

Better Man and Babe?? incredible. Message in a Bottle is SUCH a bop (and I see some potential Drarry vibes 👀)

Also, I Bet You Think About Me is soooo funny and one of my favorite vault tracks. Forever Winter is so good and sad.

Run is SUCH ROA VIBES!!!! You said it perfectly so I won't add on more than to say it's like the theme song.

Nothing New—I was SO excited to see Phoebe Bridgers get a full verse!! The song itself is also just amazing. love it.

The Very First Night is also a bop. Really fun and a great vibe.

Okay. Now for the song we've been wanting for 9 years: ATW 10 minute version.

I was floored. I knew I would be. I mean she wrote a 10-minute version of my favorite song?? I was shook.

The lyrics are incredible (although I'm a little confused by the "fuck the patriarchy keychain" part, but my theory is that it's a little Picture to Burn reference bc of the "stupid old pickup truck you never let me drive" and now with Jake being like "you drive idc." That's my theory but she also released keychains with that phrase on it, so. idk.)

Okay but the REST of it. There are too many lyrics to point out, but she really holds nothing back and it's just a tour de force. I also loved her harmonizing with herself instead of the other voices that were there in the original.

The only other thing I'll say about this song is that I've added one more songfic to the plan for the TS as Drarry series ;)

first of all, thank you 💘 second of all...

ok ok ok don’t get too excited, but I finally got the juice to start working on the next part of Fanatic 🖤 most of you guys will be like ‘who cares’ but i know some of you have been waiting for this for a while! it’s been what, 2 months?? hope I’m not jinxing myself by saying this *knocks on wood* also not to hype myself too much but it’s kinda bomb 😳 maybe this is just my sick bias but I’ve really been wanting to write about...aftermath iykwim haha. reader all scared & shy & trying to avoid him but yk he’s not going to leave her alone :P

1. where was your first date?

well, youve already heard about the first date that we realized was indeed A Date with futakuchi, but my first Proper Date with him would have to be somewhere like an arcade where we can have fun but still talk?? personally movie (theater) dates aren’t good first dates bc you Have to stay silent until the movie is over?? what’s the APPEAL...

there’s a shared exhale of relief as the large stuffed pokemon gets dropped by the crane into the pickup zone. “i can’t believe you pulled that off,” i tell him.

“you know, just for that, i’m keeping it.”

“you don’t even like pokemon! what happened to ‘this one’s for you, baby?’” i ask, voice dropping an octave to imitate him.

“i never said that, first of all. second of all,” he continues, grip tightening on the rowlet, “i won it. so it’s mine.”

“you fucking suck.”

(he says all this, yet when he drops me off, he insists i take the rowlet with me and name it after him. i graciously oblige, dubbing it coochie jr.)

when it comes to kuroo, he probably Says it’s some kind of unplanned affair but it ends with him unloading a picnic basket as we watch the sun set bc he’s a SAP... hate that fool 😔

“you’ve got good taste in music,” i tell him as the next song on his playlist begins. he’s definitely planning something, but i don’t say anything as his driving becomes less aimless.

“oh, i know,” he grins. “good enough for you to ask me for recommendations, i’d say.”

i’m crossing my arms before his sentence gets to finish. “listen,” i start, “you can’t tell me it didn’t work. we’re together now, aren’t we?” he doesn’t choose to grace that with a response.

before we know it, kuroo’s parked the car. “we’re here.”

“here? at the park? what are you gonna do, hold my hand while we watch the sunset?” i tease, getting out of the car. he doesn’t respond. “tetsu?”

“you really think you know me, don’t you?” he appears from the other side, picnic basket in hand and a resigned smile on his face. “what do you suggest we do now that my surprise has been torn to shreds, hm?”

“i mean...can we still eat? i’m kinda hungry.” i point to the basket. (i’m clearly deflecting ,, i was Not expecting kuroo the simp to jump out so early and my heart Cannot Take It)

2. who normally plans the dates?

between me and futakuchi i’m going to say none of us! we don’t really go on Dates dates, it’s just Us Hanging Out !! with kuroo, at first it’s him tbh but after we get comfortable everything becomes a date... idk tbh i’m not the type to sweat that kind of thing 🕺🏻 i do like to Go Out and do things w my s/o no matter who they are but a date doesn’t always have to be going out nor does it have to be a Special going out yk??

3. what kind of dates would you two mostly go on? do you have a “date spot?”

i mentioned this in my answer for 24, but w kuchi we have this ritual of going out to eat every friday and after we get together that doesn’t change!!! if we’re feeling extra lazy we might order takeout but we always always spend our friday nights together... it’s def smth we look forward to even Before we start dating (and it’s smth we both wonder Why we anticipate before we get tgt)

in terms of a date spot? we have our favorite places (like the ramen joint i mentioned in 24) but other than that maybe a few other restaurants and that’s kinda it! our other dates are the occasional study date but i cannot study when he’s around,, just looking at his face pisses me off 😃 nah but we can’t focus on school together + we’d get heated over a meaningless argument and get kicked out NDNSJSJ

when we get domestic w each other (like in uni or beyond) kuroo and i have all our dates at the grocery store... idk abt you but the INTIMACY of buying groceries w someone you love is so [clenches fist] yk?? but before and sometimes after that point rlly it’s like Things To See and Things To Do whenever kuroo puts himself in charge of planning it bc he knows we both like to be engaged and have fun!! (i alr said it but our date spot is the grocery store <3)

4. what kind of date do you think the both of you would enjoy the most? why?

that’s a very good question... i mentioned it alr but kuroo and i vibe heavy w things that are engaging and give us things to talk about while we keep busy,, like maybe an amusement park or smth w all the rides (we’re definitely spinning the shit out of the teacups) mostly bc i think he likes being kept on his toes and i do too! i think we’d challenge each other to do better by setting an example for the other to follow just in general,, also ngl places w a lot of ppl are good too so we can peoplewatch,, the two of us are the type to read people with a glance and when we need downtime we’d sit down somewhere and just kinda . 👁👁 yk

“i might barf,” i announce, gait crooked from the dizzying ride.

“no, you won’t,” kuroo replies, allowing me to drape myself over him though he’s not walking straight either. “didn’t you hear? vomitting is banned in this country and thirteen others.”

“a shame. anyway, let’s go on the pirate ship ride next.”

(we sit at the outer edge. it’s not a good time for the folks in the two seats in front of us. we wipe our vomit—mostly my vomit—from the corners of our mouths and apologize profusely.)

when it comes to kuchi, i think he’d like smth where we would end up competing against each other! i mentioned this when i answered question 50, but kenji and i are almost TOO competitive over stupid shit so smth like laser tag (where everyone is like ... why don’t you want to work together aren’t you DATING) would be SO fucking fun

“it’s not too late to surrender,” he simpers, my body sandwiched between his and the wall. my gun’s been knocked out of my hand—that’s gotta be against the fucking rules—and part of me feels like i’m on a real battlefield, as fleeting the thought is. “some battles, you just can’t win.” he punctuates this statement with a sage nod, leaning so close his breath fans against my face. “so, what’ll it be?”

i close the gap, pressing my lips against his and relishing in the strangled groan that comes from the back of his throat as he reciprocates, free hand moving to the nape of my neck. the hand holding the gun drops. that’s all the opening i need.

i let him deepen the kiss, take his bottom lip between my teeth and gently tug as my hands reach for his gun while his brain is still between his legs.

aim. fire.

i’m the last one standing, and the lights turn on around us. “it’s always good to have goals,” i tell him, granting him a consolation peck to the lips. “but i suggest making them more realistic next time.”

9. what do you think your first impression of them would be?

now THIS is a question i knew the answer to going in bc my best friend (honestly she doesn’t get paid enough ,, or at all ,, for all the shit she has to put up w from me NDNSKSK) had to hear all abt my elaborate fantasies regarding these two but!!

my first impression of kuroo is 1) 😳😳 and more importantly, 2) I Want To Know What He’s About... bc he’s not the kind of person i’d get the full picture of w just one look and maybe a few words spoken? he’d pique my interest a LOT (and this is smth he shares w tsukishima, tho i don’t see myself in a long lasting relationship w him like i do w kuroo and kuchi!) and i’d end up worming my way into his life whether he likes it or not until i find out :-)

unlike kuroo i see kenji and go Wow. What An Asshole. ok no i don’t NDNSJSN i probably think he’s cute first THEN go what an asshole and there’s definitely a long period of time where we’re genuinely getting on each other’s nerves before it goes into the romantic relationship-adjacent dynamic you see in my answer to 24!

10. what do you think their first impression of you would be?

kuroo’s definitely curious. i don’t imagine him being unable to see thru me from the start but i prove myself to be Good Conversation so he’s fine (and ends up being more than fine) with me bothering him as much as i do. kenji probably sees me the way i think most people see me at first? very soft and sweet ,, and then he tries to rile me up, tries to test the waters and pretty quickly finds out that right under the nice girl is someone that won’t hesitate to mirror the shit he tries to dish out.

(again) 24. would you confess first or would they? how would it have gone?

i saw you said in the tags you wanted to see the kuroo one so here it is 🤝 i had all my fun writing kenji’s so this one is shorter than that but!!!

NDNSNSN anyway !!! with kuroo it’s kinda 50/50 bc i’m not shy when it comes to my feelings but at the same time i like to have the lowest chances possible for failure when it comes to things like this... but i simp SO heavy for him so lbr it’ll prob be me just bc i literally Cannot pretend that my intentions are platonic anymore and he’s not gonna do it first (later i find out he was trying to see how long he could go before one of us mentioned the elephant in the room)

hahahhahfdh well as previously mentioned i am not done with my exams yet. i have three finals (two exams and one paper) and i did one of the exams today. so tomorrow i have stats exam, and then my final paper is due on thursday. i am deeply stressed for the stats exam, and my paper is going........slightly better now than it was this time yesterday, but definitely not as well as i had hoped it would be by now. like i really didn’t wanna just leave the paper for the very last two days i could write it, but that’s essentially what i’ve done (unless i write any of it today ! but. doubt it. lol). so short answer, fine but not super great. and i will always accept good vibes, thank you love!!!
