Abhimanyu had ruined things.

Again.

Just like every single day.

WHY WAS HE LIKE THIS?

This was a question which he and many people around him asked frequently. This time, his victim was a beautiful angavastra, which was very dear to Balarama Mama for some unknown reasons. Abhimanyu was practicing archery, as usual. And his target had been the angavastra, unfortunately.

Now, Balarama was screeching at the top of his lungs. Like a brave boy, Abhimanyu ran to hide in some secluded corner of the palace. Perhaps there was still some time left for him to run away. Maybe he could join his father in his exile-

"This is extremely delicious." A very familiar voice speaks from behind him. "Honestly, this reminds me of the time I was a young boy."

And as Abhimanyu had expected, Krishna Mama is miraculously sitting right next to him, his hand stuffed inside a pot of maakhan, with some of it smeared on his face.

"Mama!" He cries out in relief. "You are the only one who can save me now!"

"Oh?" Krishna says, in surprise. "Is that so?"

Abhimanyu resists the strong urge to scoff. As if he doesn't know what has happened. At that exact moment, Balaram roars in anger upstairs.

"I ruined his clothes." Abhimanyu decides to explain. "Please save me just this once."

"Ah, my dear nephew." Krishna slaps his maakhan coated palm on Abhimanyu's back. "I will always save you, except for that one time- Ahem. So, where were we?"

"You were saying something about saving me from the mess I have created." Abhimanyu says, even if Krishna hasn't voiced it out yet. He doesn't need to, Abhimanyu understands it without him even saying it.

"Now, Dau has always been like this since we were children. It is normal." Krishna explains. "Open your mouth."

Abhimanyu does so, only to find Krishna feeding him maakhan. Krishna is notorious for not sharing his maakhan with anyone. It makes him feel very special, indeed.

"Run ahead, I know how to convince him!" Krishna urges, and Abhimanyu runs to the women's palace.

Just like always, Krishna Mama has saved him. And he will continue to do it, right?

As his bow was chopped into pieces, his charioteer and horses were killed, as his sword fell from his hands and the chariot wheel was destroyed, as Abhimanyu picked up the mace and fell down, in a faint, as his skull was smashed, he realized that this time, just this once, Krishna Mama wouldn't come to save him.

Having a new fandom has been weird. Like I still love Gravity Falls and TAU, but is has been so far from my mind. On the one hand, I feel like a computer that's been reset and I am seeing the world through new eyes. Like I'm making new friends and enjoying myself in a way I haven't since Gravity Falls first came out.

But I also feel so weird. Like why is my little triangle son not the most important thing on my mind right now. I wrote that TAU fic for a zine and it is AVERAGE writing (but TAU is also really hard to summarize in a fic for a new audience without getting too into the details). I don't want my love to feel abandoned. (And I know I haven't engaged for a while. That's been good for my dumb stupid brain but I also miss it so much!!!!)

Anyway, sorry to everyone who follows me on main and is watching me freak the fuck out about Psych. I'll be freaking out about it for at least a few more months.

Another oc's from "Wrong Fairy Tale", a story that I'm making for fun with Martiverse with human characters inspired by our Flight Rising dragons sdjfhsdhkf

Rivier is the Grand Sorcerer of the Royal Palace, and mentor to Brickblood. He's a very skilled mage, but waaay too chill and of carefree spirit, he usually don't takes things seriously even if they are meant to be taken seriously. He likes to nap (or as he calls it, "transcend in a deep meditative state for a couple of hours") and give unsolicited advices. Still, he's good at heart and would come to your rescue with incredible power, if asked... and after his trascendant meditative nap <.<

He color his hair with fluroescent slug slime, for the ✨ magic ✨ and only wears flippy-floppies. Whatever potion you need, he'll be able to prepare it.

His Raven, Nothing, have an enchanted eye engraved in its chest, so Rivier can see whatever the Raven sees and the Raven can speak with his voice when Rivier is far away. It's... basically a videocall raven.

the only thing that's keeping me from unleashing all 90 nonsensical thought trains in my brain about re1999 lore is the fact that im ruled by this very strict mindset of "if youre gonna do something, do it properly/thoroughly/organized or don't do it at all" which means i get to filter all this nonsense for my writing blog so its neat and cohesive

but it also means that until those posts are finished, im just gonna be seething and violently vibrating bc the information is just in my brain waiting to be released into the wild

#SCREAMS anyway the thoughts are the following #the fact that vertin's spinning wheel which she uses to summon arcanists trascends time and space #because if we're going by times of exhibition. pavia shouldve been the first one to be saved (1990's) but canonically it was regulus #which explains why pavia talks about his mother as if she were alive. because vertin PULLS people regardless of time space continuum #that (and a whole different argument) explains that exhibition dates arent dates of births. theyre the year/era they were taken from #because both matilda and pavia are listed as exhibited in the 1990's #theres 11 years of difference between them. if exhibition date = DOB then it would be impossible #aside from the fact that pavia wouldve had to live up to 2015 AT A MINIMUM to be 25 IF he was born in exactly 1990 #but theres characters who have more than one exhibition dates. such as satsuki or regulus (only in global iirc?)#so perhaps its the time they were acknowledged as arcanists by whatever government was established at the time?#regulus makes sense since “mid 20th century” encompasses 1930-1960. which correlate to the prologue. 1st and 2nd chapters of the main story #satsukis is harder to explain. since the times listed are just 1910s and 1920s. but it perhaps relates to her story? since she is trying #very hard to leave her past life as a thief behind #people also complain about sweetheart being 17 because 'she doesnt look 17' and since shes based on marilyn monroe she 'must be older'#sweetheart was exhibited in the 1930's. marilyn monroe was born in 1926. more proof that sweetheart was 17 at the time she was summoned #AND that exhibition dates ARENT DOB
