October 11 My ears have been ringing all day and I haven't been able to sleep since the child showed up. It's like Zoe says: There's something strange about the child, and the woman she brought with her.

-Evie has been at the Baker house for a little under a day (she arrived on the Oct 10th) so Margurites sleep schedule must be very regular for her to notice it being messed up.

It's too late for us, but at least I can let the world know what happened here. I was on night shift yesterday, so I was taking a nap in the bunk room around noon. I was half asleep and I heard a kid, a little girl, laughing. Or was that all in my head? I woke up at 19:30: there was some sort of ruckus in the passageway. Drew, one of the engineers, came in and said there was something going on down below, maybe a riot. He looked pale in the face. He told me he was going down to check it out, but he never came back. It must have been around 19:50 when I heard the scream. I went to the laundry room to check and saw Clark being eaten by some sort of black-ish monster. The monster turned and started coming towards me, huge, shark-like teeth snapping in its jaw. I just screamed like a little girl and ran for it. Now I'm huddled up in the bunk room, shaking as I write this. There's a whole host of those creatures lurking in the passageways now. not to keep harping on the things but Alan is Mia's boss and Mia was low on the food chain not only is this an example of dehumanising Evie its also kinda dehumaninsing Mia because from indeed the description of a caretaker is: A Caretaker, or Janitor or a Site Manager, takes care of the security and maintenance of community buildings. Their duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks and performing security checks for the buildings in their care.

Sent: Friday, September 1, 2016 1:10 AM Eveline's family obsession is getting out of hand. She's making everyone kidnap more and more assholes off the street to add to her freak show of a family. Maybe she's getting tired of Mia not coming around, but it's a pain in the ass for me because I gotta clean up the mess whenever someone new comes along. By the way, Evie's looking sick or something. Her skin is getting all wrinkly and she's getting grey hairs. Is that supposed to happen? It's almost like she's getting old all of a sudden.

Infection Report

This report details the symptoms that appear when the bacterium* that grows inside the E-Series infects a human. In experiments, we found multiple occasions that infected subjects were compelled to act as her "mother" or "father", treating her as if she were really their daughter.Why did she settle upon family as the theme for her mental control? This is just speculation, but it could be that she instinctively understands that a family unit is better suited to blending into social groups than a lone girl. On the other hand…well, a sentimental sort might suggest she's making up for a perceived lack of "love" in her quarantined upbringing. A parent's love.

2 say it with me the serum that Zoe was putting a lot of hope on is basic and wouldn't have worked either way (I didn't think of this at the time but this is why Alan didn't suggest getting the serum prepared for him when he was still alive)

3 I would say its both due to her own wants and what she can infer from around. And this also part of why Village is a little stupid at parts because of the picture we see with Miranda and Evie wearing what she was when getting on the boat so either Miranda didn't have much direct contact with the clone of her daughter or she did and for the sake of brevity the author of the report didn't mention her. I say its the latter. Miranda and the Connections at large are the worst either way.

Your comments were disabled for this post, but I just couldn’t let this go. I’m fascinated by this. RE3R was made by an out-of-house team, while RE2R was in-house. The two teams were largely disconnected from each other, only coming together to ask questions about the game engine. Where did your information come from? Was it actually listed in the credits? And if so, I wonder how the two games could be so widely different from each other then. I know RE2R cut some content, but it wasn’t nearly on the same level as RE3R.

2 RE2R and RE3R were developed by different teams at the same time as you said chatting to keep their timelines as straight as possible (with the RE2R's team decision to leave it up in the air with who got to RPD first and how similar the campaigns ran like Birkin and Annette dying twice further confusing things with Marvins knife in re4r)

3 with the cut content the makers of the game themselves (quite a few working on the orginal Nemesis including the main director Kiyohiko Sakata making his debut for RE3R) wanted to make it streamlined to make it a straight run through bascially keeping the ongoing main story points and being cut throat with other things (those things were probably going to end up as DLC because Carlos did pick up a extra pouch during the siege, Tyrell did get into trouble by someting other than zombies considering how he looked when he got to the hospital and something broke that wall in the RPD, and you cannot tell me were not going to get a Marvin DLC somewhere in there and I almost forgot Nicholai how did he get off the train? how did he get to the courtyard in time to see Jills battle with Nemesis where was he in proximity to see that fight and Nemesis infecting her.)

@tvirus-arts has been inspiring me for months now with their gorgeous Wesker arts, adore yer Clesker btw, and in some of them he’s got this sick shoulder/back piece of a snake (looks like a king cobra? T is it a Cobra?)

So this morning I was listening to some music gettin into the head of my chaotic oc Shade, she loves Rock of all varieties but most of all Punk, I started coming up with this headcannon that what with her n Harley Quinn being bffs they woulda taught each other how to tattoo. And sometimes, granted Albert has no fucking clue how she keeps getting the materials when he keeps confiscating them from her, he’ll still come into their shared living space, and find her giving herself some sort of new ink.

Well one day in Africa, he walked into her giving herself a little Ouroboros tattoo on the inside of her left forearm. This time instead of getting annoyed right away, he gave pause. Now she got his attention and interest.

He sat down on the couch next her, careful as to not jostle the furniture or fabric in any significant way, not wanting to disturb her work this time.

“Care to explain?” He asks, his arms crossed over his solid chest.

And in this flurry of inspiration Shade is able to convince him to get a massive unfurled snake/serpent tattooed onto him by his darling and most faithful. EDIT: It’s a massive back piece and the tip of the tail of the serpent ends along the muscles of his perfect ass, specifically the right ass cheek.

Idk the parallels between Wesker’s story and that of Norse mythology Loki’s/Ragnarok story just hit me like a ton of bricks. I can see him seeing himself as the Loki to bring Asgard to ashes and bringing the death of the Gods. Jörmungandr bringing death to The World and Chris, being the Thor to his Loki. Where there is death their is also rebirth, and Wesker and Shade will stand together in the birth of that new era, in his mind anyway.

Anywho here’s my ask/two I suppose. What’s your opinion on Claire, personally she’s my favorite and I wish there was more for her story. Maybe more than one question but what’s your opinion on the remake version? I personally find myself to be a mix. I love the design of the remake. Color scheme wise, but still love the old version.

Okay and final, thoughts on Clesker? I like the desperation of it. It’s such a chance encounter or noticing something off that not even the other notices. To answer you questions tho - I really like Claire! Even though I came onto tumblr as Chris’ bitch, Ethan and Claire were the two characters that really pulled me into the series and had my attention the most. I too am on a mix as well, because I love the fit for RE2Make Claire more, but I also love some of the other like personality traits they gave her in the older games too.

Clesker was really not something that was on my radar that much mainly because I didn’t ever see content for them until I saw @tvirus-arts art for them, and I immediately fell in love with it!

I feel like these two could have a really interesting and secretive relationship dynamic if we follow closer to canon stuff. Like imagining them both having to hide it from Chris for a while?! EVEN TELLING THE MAN I THINK HE’D HAVE A HEART ATTACK ON THE SPOT! But yeah I really like the wanting and neediness of it and being drawn to someone who is quite literally the opposite of the other at times. Makes for some fun dynamics to work with in fics imo!
