Our thoracic spine and shoulder mobility are two key components that we should work on if we want to stay injury free and keep ourselves out of unnecessary pain. If our T spine or shoulders become locked up or lack in mobility this will directly effect our upper body movement and over time can have negative effects throughout the body.⠀ .⠀ 🎥 By @ephil.mcdougall⠀ Broom handle shoulder and t-spine mobility series. The closer to get her you can hold your hands, the more flexible your shoulders. ⠀ .⠀ Gradually work hands closer as shoulders become more flexible. ⠀ .⠀ Keep elbows straight. ⠀ .⠀ Abs & glutes engaged to avoid lower back from over extending.⠀ .
Try to keep hips level, shoulders stable. ⠀ .
