Thank you #autodesk for asking me to host the Wellness Program this morning that they organised for their employees to celebrate Women's day. 🌷 It was such a great honor to go back to my last corporate company's office, but this time not as a full-time emoloyee, rather a vendor/contractor to deliver motivation speech on how to relax and find happiness, followed by ceremonial cacao tasting, sound-bath and healthy food. People left the room totally ZENned, and they were hoping to be further, follow up sessions soon, in the very near future. "Can we have Women's Day celebration every week?" - was asked by one of the almost 20 attendees after the 2-hr session. What a great testament! 🙏 This unique relaxing experience is a wonderful gift that a company could give their amazing staff to thank their hard work, and to support their mental and physical well-being. Being an exception, offering healing, well-being and health maintaining rewards to motivate a team is a way to go; is a way to stand out even more in an ever competing tech market.
