🐲​Considering that vampires are mere vassels for the Demon Clan during the war, perhaps an arranged marriage was proposed from Izraf, King of Vampires, in hopes of his kind earning more rights by wedding you to the son and successor of the Demon King. The Demon King could easily decline, Meliodas could easily decline, but perhaps there is something the Demon King sees in you thus forcing Meliodas into the marriage or maybe it is even Meliodas who has known you beforehand and for that decides that he can tolerate you enough to accept the offer of Izraf. You have no desire for the marriage but are loyal to your clan and for that have chosen to sacrifice yourself in hopes to aid to the greater good of your kind. Something that Meliodas sees as largely foolish and maybe somewhat admirable. The relationship between you two is very distant though as the marriage is a formality that is celebrated only because it is Meliodas who is now your husband.

🐲​As Meliodas is fighting on the battlefield though as the leader of the Ten Commandments, both of you do not spend as much time with each other. A part of you is almost relieved yet another part knows that you have now duties to fulfill as you need to convince Meliodas to loosen the control his father has over your entire kind or otherwise Izraf will try to fight for the freedom of the clan and you doubt that your kind would stand a chance. Meliodas is aware that this is the main reason why you agreed to the arranged marriage but he dismisses your pleas most of the time as he reminds you that he is the one who has all of the power and control even outside of this marriage. There is no affection nor any love between the two of you so you decide that maybe you should first of all work on the marriage before asking him for any help as he has no obligation to help you. Meliodas isn't much better than his father after all. So you decide to work to gain his love and affection.

🐲​It is quite difficult though as you don't know what to do besides obeying and doing everything you know to please him and keep him satisfied. You do not try to deny it when he asks you if your new strategy is trying to fix the relationship only to then ask him to help you but he doesn't seem to be angry about it, perhaps because he thinks that it'll be useless. He has never loved anyone after all so you aren't going to be any different. He is mainly just entertaining your effort and you are fully aware of this yet you try your best nevertheless. Hard work always pays off though and this saying seems to come true for you as you accomplish what no one has done before you. You worm your way into his heart, something that even Meliodas can't understand. Dark eyes observe you closely, his brows slightly furrowed as he ponders what it is about you that has allowed you to gain his black heart. You have achieved what you had planned to do. Are you aware of the costs though?

🐲​Any rude words or discriminating actions taken against you are suddenly severely punished by Meliodas who has mostly ignored it so far as long as no one would have laid a hand on you. Now nothing is left unpunished anymore as he establishes brutally the rule that as his spouse you should be treated accordingly unless someone wants to face his wrath. He becomes much more possessive as you aren't allowed to walk around unless he can accompany you and whilst the war keeps him busy and he spends time on the battlefield which you often use to sneak outside, he always finds out. You can see that he is displeased with your ignorance of his words. You could get hurt after all. Not only from his own kind or from other clans who might plan to target you but maybe even from your own kind. The distrust that Meliodas holds against everyone is glaringly obvious as the only person he trusts with you is he himself. That is why he is so against the idea of letting you be left alone in the care of someone else.

🐲​You know that whilst Meliodas cares about you though, the same doesn't count for your clan. You plead him for help nevertheless as this is the main reason why you agreed to wed him. Meliodas has always known them. It is only because of the recent awakening of his obsession that his feelings start dramatically shifting about it. He owns you right now. You might not see this marriage as anything more than a way to help your own clan but he sees it as something more now. You are now free of any duties you had to your clan so you can stop begging and pleading for their sake. You have other duties now that you are married to him and those duties are much more important than anything your clan might have asked of you. He asks of you to now focus on him and as your new role as his spouse but you know that the question is more of a demand. Meliodas not only seems agitated when you bring up your clan once again, he is. Your head is filled with the vampire clan to the point where you deny him after all.

🐲​When Vampire King Izraf plots a secret rebellion and the Demon King finds out, your worst fears come true. All of them are defeated by the Demon King and as a punishment and an example for traitors, your entire clan is ordered to be executed. Immediately Meliodas stands up but instead of defending your clan from their grim fate, he only demands of his father to spare you. You are no longer part of the Vampire Clan as you have become a part of the Demon Clan by marrying him and you have been restricted and guarded closely by him which means that you had no part in plotting any of this. He argues with his father yet he is not budging and eventually you are excused and all silent whispers about you are mercilessly silenced by Meliodas. Your desperate pleas for him to save the rest of your clan are all ignored and in tears you realise that you should have never agreed to marry this monster for it would have been more honorable to die together with your clan than to be forever stuck with the possessive prince.

Alright ! Let's do this ! My very first headcanons

(Elizabeth exists in this one btw)

Warnings: kidnapping, yandere behaviour

I headcanon him to be a very protective, possessive and slightly lucid yandere.

Let's say you're a human for this, he would be very protective of you, even if you try to argue and prove that you can protect yourself( also, he wouldn't even let you try to to prove yourself, bc he's worried you could get hurt or he could lose you).

Since he knows that humans don't live long, he would make you become an immortal (maybe steal some droplets from the fountain of youth)

He's a loving yandere and will smother you in affection, especially after he snaps and kidnaps you

He would do anything that you ask him to do(except stop loving you, protecting you or killing zeldris), and anything to make you love him

He'll give you gifts, stuff that remind him of you and of course anything that you want

It's nearly impossible to escape from him, because he always finds you like he knew exactly where you would go and be

He doesn't really punish you when you escape,  the most he'll do is use a spell to keep you close and maybe just isolate you a bit.

He's a bit lucid and delusional in the sense that he believes that only HE can protect you, and would definitely use a bit of manipulation( like creating a whole attack on you to come in and save you) to show you that. 

Now as for kidnapping, he wouldn't do it unless he completely snaps, Then and only then will he kidnap you by locking you up in a room in the boar hat...

Hi, this was inspired by the Goddess Elizabeth and TC Meliodas yandere headcanons and I was wondering if I could please request slightly dark headcanons for a Zeldris/Gelda pairing who are yandere for an S/O who is either human or a goddess?

Let's hope I have the motivation to finish writing this

I decided to make the reader a goddess since that would add some more drama. Also I tried to make it darker than my usual writing but don't really know if i succeeded... Also, characters might be Ooc

Yandere Zeldris and Gelda sharing a Goddess S/O

This is one of the best yandere pairings I can imagine. They harmonize so well and with their shared goal of protecting and owning you, this would be an almost wholesome relationship.

Almost, because the political climate makes it pretty much impossible for it to be a simple and happy romance.

I picture this with Zeldris and Gelda already being together, as otherwise Gelda has zero chance of actually meeting you long enough to grow as fond of you as she does. The two of them already have enough trouble, hiding their relationship and subsequently pretending to be nothing but strangers, even when they are as close as can be.

So Gelda quickly notices when Zeldris has something on his mind, stares off into the distance and doesn't react as quickly as usual. She will narrow her eyes and lean close enough that their noses brush against each other, causing the demon to snap out of his thoughts and grow extremely flustered. He won't be able to hide anymore and will have to confess to having met you on the battlefield and that there is something about you that doesn't quite let him forget about you like he usually does with his enemies.

At first, Gelda doesn't know how to react. Scratch that, she knows exactly that she is pissed off. Though, seeing her lover being more confused on why he can't get you off his mind will slightly placate her, especially since Zeldris will feel guilty and apologize unprompted for even thinking off you. While she will scold him, it will mainly be for not telling her first thing. The vampire is rather wary of you though, perhaps you have a strange power to you or her lover sensed that there is something off about you that could turn out to be dangerous.

That opinion of hers changes quite quickly though. It is rare that the demon king sends a vampire to the front lines, yet Gelda finds herself in the middle of the battlefield, some lower demons alongside her as they scout the perimeter. Perhaps he has grown suspicious of her and Zeldris and this is a warning, she muses, but she can't think much of that now as she has to focus on being on enemy territory.

It is thanks to her quick senses that she manages to dodge the sudden attack directed at the small group. She barely makes it out of range only to find herself getting dragged behind some trees. Before she can retaliate someone gently shushes her and she catches gaze of her savior. You. You gesture for her to listen and she hears some other goddesses talking about having killed the entire group and it doesn't take a genius to realize you are protecting her. Gelda remains tense until they leave. You explain that she was the only one to survive the initial attack and that you, admittedly, thought this war stupid and didn't want more blood on your hands. Even if you had just been relaxing nearby, you couldn't watch someone being slaughtered like that. What really catches the blonde off guard is that you seem remorseful for the death of the demons accompanying her and somehow... your naive and yet so sweet reactions make her want to tease you.

Once she returns she is quick to discuss that meeting with Zeldris and quickly they realize that they have met the same person. From then on it isn't hard for either of them to admit that they want to get to know you better and they are quick to agree to do this together.

Zeldris will be the one you mainly interact with and mostly on the battlefield, so getting closer to you is imaginably hard. Yet, he somehow manages to get your name and more personal information, which he later eagerly shares with Gelda.

A few months of this and it is decided: the two of them want you with them. Seeing however that they have to operate in secret they come up with various plans that are just as quickly dismissed. Lucky are they when other demons catch you as a war prisoner and even luckier are they when Zeldris manages to get his hands on you.

The demon has a good reputation and it doesn't take much to make it look like you died in captivity, just another death that could have been avoided but wasn't.

In truth, you find yourself bound up in a small cave, Gelda greeting you as you open your eyes with a pounding headache and something so desperately wrong with you as you can't move your body, can't even lift a finger as your vision remains blurry. You barely hear it when the vampire explains the situation to you, that you will slowly regain your bearings and that you don't have to be afraid. You don't hear her expressing her apologies for how rough they had to get to have you or hear Zeldris when he arrives to make sure you are as fine as the situation allows it.

Over the next few days, they will give you time to adjust to your surroundings, feed and take care of you as you slowly regain the control of your body. To your horror, your wings remain limp, the once blinding white feathers now a light grey that lost their shine. Dread fills you as Gelda explains that they didn't want to risk you escaping and Zeldris has the guts to look a bit ashamed for taking their mobility from you.

Don't mistake their light bantering among the two of them and the gentleness they show you, they are not above fully ridding you of your wings or anything else they deem a threat to their ownership of you.

It's been so long since I have been written something a bit longer like this. I'm not totally satisfied with how it turned out, but it feels great all the same.

When you almost died, Ban went completely insane. He killed the demon, He killed fairies trying to separate you two. (The fairies realized he was having a mind break, so they still made him king. They just made sure you'd be waiting for when he got back)

When he went to the prison and could see you, he went even more insane. Once he got out, courtesy of Meliodas, they went to find you.

Meliodas didn't realize that you were the fairy he was looking for, that Ban was in love with one of his best friends, during the war, little brother,

Once they found you, Ban was all over you. You couldn't leave his side for more than five minutes, he would cook special for you, when you were near him he needed to claim you, whether that was holding his hand or receiving love bites.

🐲​It is a forbidden love story during a war where your clan and his clan are on different sides, forcing both of you to face each other on the unforgiving battle field. On the battle field you two are strangers yet neither one of you can suppress the constant glances thrown at each other whilst you clash with enemies. Meliodas knows of your strength as you are hailed as one of the best warriors in your clan yet that doesn't stop his dark eyes from wandering around the place to look after you. The Demon Prince normally makes sure that he fights somewhere where he can look after you just in case. Despite knowing that he shouldn't let others know of his attachment to you, he is too protective at times even despite having experienced your strength personally. So it happens at times that when he notices that multiple enemies try to jump you that he interferes somehow and you have definitely experienced him throwing an ememy your way to knock out those who tried to attack you.

🐲​His feelings for his own kind are restricted as he will harm other demons if they manage to lay a hand on you in the wrong way. He gets away with it most of the time as he tells you when both of you meet secretly as he takes out much more enemies than he harms his own kind. It is a twisted logic that he and his clan seem to have but as long as neither of you get caught, you are willing to ignore it. As the war continues, you two have less and less time to meet each other as both sides are gearing up for the final attack to win this war. You silently agonise over the distance between you two each and every day as you long to see and touch your lover again yet those prayers from your heart are left unanswered. Yet you know that you shouldn't dream about such things as you know that your clan would never allow you to be together with him and you fear the same for his clan. Sometimes you lament about this tragic fate that won't allow you to be together with the person you love most.

🐲​The limited and precious time that you do manage to have with Meliodas you use to its fullest and so does he. You tell him all about your feelings and your longing whilst you are held in his arms, already wondering when both of you will be able to spend time together like this. That is when Meliodas suggests for the first time that you could leave your clan and come with him. Even he has felt the full effects of the inability to see you for such long periods of time and it has only agitated him more and more as visible by his vicious way of fighting on the battle field. The punishment of your own kind would not reach you if you were to stay with him and both of you could finally be together all of the time. You voice your concern and doubt about the Demon King accepting you and allowing your relationship to continue but Meliodas reassures you with a determined and dark look on his face that he will find a way to have his father agree with it.

🐲​You beg for some time to consider it and whilst it doesn't please Meliodas, he gives you time until the both of you will meet again. You spend sleepless nights considering his suggestion and thinking about the pros and cons. The Demon King is a scary man and if Meliodas were to leave his clan for you, you know that his father would seek out revenge and punishment. The same wouldn't necessarily count for you because whilst you would be expelled from your own clan and made an enemy, the revenge would probably never be as fatal nor as cruel as the one his father would cast on him. Would the Demon King ever accept you though or would he punish both of you for your love affair with each other? You ponder about it for days and nights without a break, guilt weighting you down when you think about leaving the clan that you grew up in and that raised you yet you also feel pain when thinking about potentially not seeing Meliodas ever again.

🐲​You notice how his eyes look at you when both of you are on the battleground and you always have to look the other way as the decision you were given is a difficult one. You know that your hesitance, perhaps even reluctance, to make up your mind is something that even stresses him out as he feels a growing unease and anger with your inability to choose. Meliodas wants you to choose him because he would do the same for you. Why can't you pick him as easily as he would pick you? Does he mean less to you than you mean to him? His heart is simultanously dreading yet also anticipating the night where both of you have agreed to reunite again as it is the night he has given you to make your decision at last. Meliodas arrives perhaps a bit earlier as the tension has gotten to him also, every second where he can't sense you too long in his mind. Eventually you finally appear though, hints of conflict and doubt written on your face.

🐲​You choose him. It is partially a relief for him that those words leave your lips as soon as you see him hastily approaching you with a barely concealed look of agitation and impatience on his face. Yet you are still doubting your decision as he can see, you still feel a lingering sense of attachment and affection. Something he wouldn't have felt and even if he knows that the Fairy Clan is different than the Demon Clan, he still feels a sense of disappointment for your lingering feelings. Ultimately you have chosen him though and that is all that matters as of now. There is no turning back for you now anyways as you have betrayed your own clan and whilst it is wrong to feel that way, it gives Meliodas reassurance that you won't be able to leave his side and return to your clan even if you would want to. He knows that you will face distrust in his clan though, some might think that you are a spy who seduced him. That is why you aren't really allowed to walk around with him by your side as he will mercilessly rip everyone apart who dares to accuse you.

I really loved Yandere Meliodas headcanons, you could do with Yandere Zeldris, I would like to see how he would be with other races too.

Thank you and sure! Seeing as you are referring to an old post that I refuse to read (I am in a state were I ignore the existence of all old writings as they make me cringe, but thank you for still liking that!), this is loosely based on that idea.

fellow demon, things would be the easiest. As members of the same clan there is not nearly as much of an issue with him being with you compared to the others. Even if you are low ranking, Zeldris will make up some excuse to justify your relationship. Seeing as he is not the first heir to the demon king and he himself would be easier to control with you by his side, there is not much opposition from his father. Even if you are powerful though, this guy has no qualms about forcing you into being his. Sure, at first he tries really hard to woo you in the demon way. You can even consider him cute, he kinda reminds you of a puppy with how excited he looks whenever you accept his presents or how dejected if not. 

For a certain amount of time that is all he tries. Starting conversations, giving gifts, getting interested in your hobbies, ordering you away from the front lines, following you around, threatening those around you... over time he becomes more and more desperate. After he has made his intentions clear you have become a target, he would never forgive himself if you were to get hurt because of him. That being said, the longer this goes on, the more frustrated he becomes. He does his best to not let you notice, however, the way he grits his teeth or snaps at you before apologizing, the way he shields you with his body whenever others are around or how he grips your hand just a bit too tightly, should be enough to tell you that you better start liking him back, or at the very least, pretend to. 

Once the two of you are together you might as well be engaged, everyone knows who you are or at the very least whose partner you are. You are offered better treatment, sure, but you are also suddenly watched the entire time, even if Zeldris isn’t with you he will know what you have been up to due to various demons paying closer attention to you than what you were used to. 

goddess, there will be a lot of difficulty, for the both of you. Zeldris isn’t even sure how he fell for you, all he knows is that he can’t stop thinking about you, his attempts to hide his blush whenever that happens luckily succeeding. There is a lot of conflict here, the two of you are on opposing sides and he doesn’t know if he also caught your interest. The next few days he will often reappear on the very battlefield the two of you first met on, once he is there he will feel guilty and helpless, he doesn’t know you much and yet here he is, hoping to meet you again despite you being his enemy. 

Caught up with his own feelings he will not notice what Meliodas is up to until the day comes where his older brother leaves the clan for Elizabeth, promptly following and catching up to him. Up to this point he had only ever seen glimpses of you, the way you carried yourself and protected those around you with such fierce loyalty making him drawn to you even more. The times he got to exchange words with you were few and far between and not really all too friendly, yet it was enough to make him even more addicted to your presence. When the blonde questions him, clearly ready to fight, all he says is that he wants to meet someone again, the look in Zeldris’ eyes all to familiar to Meliodas and the brothers make their way to the Goddess clan. Once there he will receive many curious and even more threatening looks and despite Elizabeth doing what she can to stand up for him, his time will not be made any easier. However, that doesn’t matter as he can finally approach you, giddyness hidden under a stoic facade as he makes his way over to you, mentally preparing himself for what he hopes is the start of a good relationship that he can build on.

As soon as the two of you are together, Zeldris can’t help but admire your wings. The feathers are so incredibly soft and he picks up the habit of cleaning them for you, enjoying the intimacy that comes with it. Also, please wrap them around him when you hug him and only then, don’t do that to anyone else. As your significant other he is the only one that you should get so close to.

human, I think we all know that the biggest problem would be your mortality. It doesn’t matter when he fell for you, but the moment he does he is hit with the realization that you age way too quickly. You are frail and mortal in his perspective and he fears from everyone elses’, too. There is really no other way but to cling to you, bringing you with him while he searches through all kinds of books and questions various people on how to extent your life. There are more methods than he can count, luckily, however, not all of them are desirable. Some of the described side effects give him nightmares which he tries to hide from you, not wanting you to see how desperate he is getting.

The fountain of youth will be his best option (as long as it still exists) and he surely isn’t above steeling some drops for you. He does not wish to become mortal enemies with the fairies, undeniably dragging you into that chaos, too, and he is well aware that immortality is more of a curse than anything. As such, not even half a cup is what he aims for, making your life long enough so that you may spend it with him and he may spend his with you. Whether you want to or not, he will find a way to get the liquid down your throat, attentively making sure there aren’t any unknown side effects that could hurt you in any way.

When that is finally out of the way you can’t believe how relaxed Zeldris suddenly is, with his biggest worry out of the way he will cling to you even more so than before, excited to spend time with you. It is likely that you will be overwhelmed and while he tries to be understanding, there is only so much he can do before he wants to be around you again at least.

fairy, there would be much for him to learn. He doesn’t know much about other races except for the goddess and vampire clan. All his knowledge is war related, abilities, weaknesses and all that stuff is barely any good ground to start a conversation on. So even if you were open to talk to him, he doesn’t know what. The first few times you two accidently (at least at first) meet, the exchange is somewhat dry. There are not many topics he can bring to the table and he is afraid to say something that might offend you, ultimately turning silent before bidding goodbye. 

From then on he will start studying fairy customs and behaviors, learning different songs and dances and special ways they make their clothes all in hopes that he can impress you with his expertise. He even succeeds from time to time, he happily thinks back to the time you hesitantly sung one of the songs he was curious about to him (after much convincing from his side), your flustered smile when he complimented you stuck on his mind. If others notice his odd interest there is not much they can do, from the outside it only looks as if he is reading some books and surely it’s a coincidence that the fairies seemed to be able to flee more easily when Zeldris was involved in the fight. It must also be by chance that the person that has been bothering you disappeared only for their mangled corpse to appear a few days later, some low rank demon seeming to have had their fun torturing them. There are never enough clues that clearly point towards the demon, nearly no one can get suspicious of him like that.

While he never really cared about who would be hurt when he fought, now he takes extra care to avoid any animals that might get in the way. As a fairy you have a close connection with nature and while you understand that some things just are unavoidable, you are unwelcome of his habit to destroy the whole place and heavily scold him for it, your anger even scaring him a bit.

giant, he would be unsure on how to approach you at first. Your first meeting was a not so friendly one and though neither of you were injured, there was not much conversation either. Actually, it wasn’t until the third time he encountered you that he actually took an interest in you. Beforehand, the two of you had only fought, but that time you hadn’t noticed him yet. You were simply doing your own thing, which wasn’t much as you were currently patrolling the border, but there was such a tranquility around you, despite your size and the proximity to demon territory small wildlife, which you could crush without a thought, gathered around you, seeming content in your presence as you gently tried to steer them away.

Zeldris never had a problem with asserting dominance over others no matter how tall they were, one glare enough to frighten even the tallest and proudest giant. He does not want to scare you though and as he is pondering that thought he doesn’t notice as the animals run away as you outright throw a whole boulder at him, getting into a defensive position as you glower at the demon that managed to avoid your attack. Once again the two of you will be fighting, but unlike before Zeldris will try to start a conversation in the middle of the battle, annoying you more than intriguing you. Taking into account the times you have met before there really isn’t much surprise to that, however you come to find the demon trying to talk to you more and more, always appearing whenever you were within reach. Sooner or later the two of you will have a proper conversation, he is sure of it.

Once you are together, please let him rest on your shoulder or your hands. Zeldris really likes the thought of you carrying him and he is astonished how comfortable it is to rest on you with him falling asleep almost immediately. To him it also shows how much he trusts you and you know that even if you tried, you couldn’t really harm him even when he looks so defenseless.

vampire, there are various downsides and upsides. For one, your clan is considered even lower than servants and Zeldris is ashamed to admit that he once shared that viewpoint. As such, his interest in you is sure to be looked down upon. On the bright side, it could have been worse. At least you were on the same page, allies, however fragile that status may be. Therefore, there had been many opportunities to meet you and since your territory was within the demons’ boundaries it was not all to difficult to visit you from time to time outside of political meetings. 

There is somewhat a common ground for the both of you and Zeldris couldn’t be gladder for that. Members of other clans are often scared by the mere sight of him, but at least you are somewhat used to it and are more likely to upon up to him. Still, he makes use of the power imbalance. While he will not let any other demon catch him with you, he doesn’t mind as much when other vampires catch a glimpse of the both of you. He is sure that the vampires would jump at the opportunity to use your connection with him, which means that they will push you into his direction. He does make sure that they wouldn’t harm you though, using some spells he looked up for this specific reason to protect you and alarm him should you be in danger. 

Zeldris is very much ready to let you drink his blood. Not only does it make you stronger and allows you to heal faster, which calms his mind quite a bit, he does not like the thought of you doing that to anyone else. Imagining you getting close to someone else for that and especially biting them is surely one of the images he would rather push out of his mind before he gets too bothered by it.
