Working on some small paintings to sell at an art fair I will be vending at. Most of my artwork that sells are cutesy and floral, and almost always by women and children. I love the validation and kindness I receive from passerby’s who stop at my table to look through and buy my artwork. If you want to see more of what I do you can follow my insta @artbysangabriel
I used to use tumblr everyday multiple times a day, I used to take hours curating my blog, even enlisting the help of friends to craft it perfectly (back when people actually coded their blogs.) I barely use this site now, despite still being crippling close to my phone and my other socials. The time of my life I used to clutch to this site for dear life has ended. But I still have like 5,000 followers on this blog for some reason. Even though I haven’t posted in over a month at least, if not longer. I haven’t posted consistently in years as well. And though many or even most of the accounts following me may be bots, I think I’ll post my art on here for now on because why not try to get some attention to my craft? I’m a struggling artist but I love what I do. Painting and drawing has saved me from myself countless times. I want people to see what I have to offer, even if they never buy a thing from me, I hope I at least can evoke emotion through my artwork!
Anyway if you wanna see paintings that range from cute to weird, stay tuned, and if you’re completely uninterested by my inner machinations and are only interested in vapor wave, unfollow me. Because I may post it intermittently but it will no longer be the focus on this account.
I got bills to pay and mouths to feed, so if you would be so kind as to like and reblog my art I would be very grateful! Thanks to all I know irl and to strangers who will continue to follow me despite the shift taking place. And to those who will unfollow me I wish you the best! Thanks for joining me briefly on this site 💕
