I've been holding this in for a while, and I'm sure many people have already spoken about this, but sometimes I doubt that people paid attention while watching atsv. "Gwen lied to Miles", "Miles wanted to study quantum physics to go see his friends while they could visit him any time, but they didn't" — Did you even watch the movie? Gwen said herself that she would've come, and seen him sooner, but that "they" (so probably Miguel, Jess, and others) were strict about where she goes, BECAUSE he was an anomaly, and she WASN'T ALLOWED TO SEE HIM. "She lied to Miles", because she knew he would get rejected. How would she even explain to him that he was an anomaly? If she would've just...let him into the spider society, she would have probably been kicked out, and then she actually wouldn't have a chance of ever seeing him again. Which she DID get kicked out eventually.

I apologise if there are any grammatical mistakes, or punctuation errors.

I've only watched the movies, and barely read any comics, so if any of these are inaccurate please correct me!!! I apologize if they are ooc 😿😿

English is not my first language, and so I apologize very much beforehand for any grammar/punctuation mistakes. Please correct me if I wrote anything wrong.

Gwen has thought about growing out her undercut to forget about Miles. After she had returned to her dimension with his help (and the help of others in ITSV), she always smiled slightly when she looked into a mirror back home. Even if the sudden change in her hair didn't please her at first, (especially when Miles couldn't control his spider powers. She was convinced she'd leave the dimension with a pixie cut, so she usually brushed her hair away behind her ear every time he stepped closer.), but after a while, she has grown to like it. No— actually, she liked it a lot. It reminded her of him (obviously), and when she found out that he was an anomaly, she considered growing it out, because seeing something that reminded her of the person she thought she'd never see again (because she wasn't allowed to) made her not want to look into a mirror again. (Hobie eventually convinced her to continue the hairstyle, and she agreed to do so even more when she found out she'll return to Miles dimension for a mission.)

Miguel has a bad habit of scratching things. It seems harmless. It is harmless, actually. But the sight of the countless marks on his desk is nothing short of concerning (and somewhat frightening). The marks are small, but it's the amount that's impressive. Both on his desk, and his elbow and arms. It was a habit he had developed after gaining his talons. The strong claws made it easier to bruise, and since he didn't like his nails long (even though they usually surprisingly weren't that short either) he likes how scratching can distract his mind, and take things off his mind which he'd not think about while being left alone with his thoughts. It's a form of mindless entertainment for him.

Miles takes pictures of everything that reminds him of Gwen. He has a whole folder on his phone that's titled with something unassuming. Something that wouldn't make anyone suspicious that he was absolutely head over heels for this girl he once met. And he was constantly reminded of that. An adorable cat wandering around the streets? He already has his phone out to briefly take a picture, because the cat specifically reminded him of her. And even though he attempts to be secretive about it, when he looks at the briefly taken picture, he frowns. It doesn't look good enough, he thinks, she wouldn't like it. So he follows the cat around until it comes to a stop, licking it's paw after it has made itself comfortable on the pavement. This is (finally) his chance to get a good quality photo he could glue inside his notebook (which was definitely not filled with drawings of her). He kneeled down slightly at the end of the sidewalk (as to not scare the cat), and held his phone horizontally in both his hands. Later on, he printed out the pictures he took, and glue them inside his notebook where he had drawn her.
