It’s a bittersweet feeling when you get to the point that eating an actual meal makes you sick. Part of me is happy that my own body stops itself before it even reaches above 800 cals but part of me misses enjoying food without the horrible stomach aches and nausea.

I’m scared :( so basically this weekend I have 2 events I cannot miss with the family. One is to a restaurant where JUST A SIDE IS OVER 1500 calories and the other is with my grandma - if you don’t eat at least a whole plate of her food, she complains and talks bad about you.
I don’t know what to do. I’ve been fasting all week preparing but I still don’t want to have to eat so much, especially two days back-to-back.

No, I don't want to get disgustingly bony, I just wanna look the way I want to, and the way I do it is completely up to me, who's gonna tell me what to do with my own body? I am choosing quite healthy options, a lot healthier than my habits now, then am I even relapsing since I am doing it to feel better? Been fasting recently, did a 40 hour fast, ate 600cals, then a 24 hour fast and I lost a total of 2.5lbs within that time!! I’m continuing the 24 hour fast, want to see if I can beat my 40 hour one :))
I know that’s not a lot whatsoever but I’m proud and feel really motivated to continue!! You have no idea how happy I was to see that number go down, even just slightly 💕
