I’ve been looking for some good djwifi fics, do you have any recommendations? I’d look through ao3 myself, but ever since the Great Salt Surge of 2018, I’ve been encountering too many salt fics akskakgk

Okay I asked around on two different Miraculous servers for recs, it's been like 10 minutes, and I've gotten nothing. (These are not inactive servers. Not to say there's no chance of getting anything, but this feels very indicative of what I meant by DJWifi is in a purgatory of simultaneously not being a rarepair and being incredibly difficult to find fic for.)

The issue with looking for DJWifi fic is actually not salt -- though salt is an issue, particularly with Alya's character (as I understand it, this mostly came in response to Chameleon? I wasn't in the fandom until past this point so anything I know is hearsay). The issue is that when looking through the DJWifi tag, the vast majority of it is actually Love Square Fic with Minor/Background DJWifi that was tagged with both. The only real way to filter this out is to either filter out any love square fic, or to use OTP:true, but I imagine that there's a lot of DJWifi-centric fic that's tagged with the Love Square, so by doing that you're probably losing a lot of good DJWifi fic.

I put out a call for DJWifi fic in a couple Discord servers I'm in and got one (1) response: Future Perfect by @galahadwilder. I did give it a read and it's a good one, I absolutely adored Alya's characterization.

As for my own... okay, I sadly have to admit that I only have one DJWifi fic of my own, i want the secrets your secrets haven't found. It's canon compliant, what-happened-that-day-in-the-zoo Animan fic and it's probably one of my top 5 fics I've ever written.

I do have a lot more DJWifi in store for the future but uh... right now I'm kinda busy with a longfic project. (Oh gosh I wish I could say more.)

@thedjwifizine has loads of DJWifi one-shots and art. I haven't read all of them but some of them are just,,,, *chef's kiss.* (Here's a link directly to the post where you can find different versions of the Zine and download whichever is best for you.)

In conclusion: DJWifi deserves better and if I need to be the one to make that happen I will (foreshadowing)

Lukagami SnekMouse AU - Origins

Now for some information about this au 👀, I decided to create a comic how Mouse!Kagami came about and the possible interactions between Luka and Kagami as they struggle to deal with their breakups and character's personal struggles in season 4. (and also a lukagami au because canon won't make them interact and i need to take matters in my own hands.)

As of now, i have a general idea how i'd like the story to unfold and end. If you're planning to invest on this au, i want to let you know in advance that i'm unsure yet how many parts will this take but expect that the outline of this au will have alternative contents of: plot relevant comics, headcanons, info about the things in this au, mini comics, plot twists, and etc.~

All in all i just want to play around [and get me some fluff and hurt & comfort juice] with this au, explore comic panelings, and overall just have fun! 🐍🐁💜
