i really love the idea of regulus black faking his death.

regulus who was too smart to think voldemort made only one horcrux. who knew the only way to find and destroy all of them was to disappear.

so he makes everbody, including james and his brother, believe that he's dead.

he goes to that cave, steals the lock and gives it to pandora. her and dorcas work on destroyjng it, while barty and evan keep playing deatheaters as a way to keep voldemort busy. regulus focuses on finding rest of horcruxes.

when the girls succeed and find the right way to destroy the locket, he has already located all of them. obviously harry still doesn't exist, so it's not so tricky anymore.

they destroy all of them, and then regulus comes back to fight voldy.

exept once again, he's not stupid. he has two kings man by his side, and shitlot of potion making skills.

voldy dies from a poison, even tho it looks like regulus killed him in a fair fight.

reg becomes a hero, all of his friends live, he makes up with his brother and lily has enough time to figure out that she's a lesbian.

jegulus reconnect, marylily happens, everybody's alive, harry has four parents.

everybody is happy, second wizard war never happened.

this is why i love punk, esp the diy aspects. i have a few pieces in my wardrope that i’m going to be stitching together forever, and it’ll still look stylish bc this fashion is all aboit patches and ripped clothes!

i've been thinking about sustainable fashion lately and i honestly think that strict subcultures could be a possible solution to the problem of rapidly changing fast fashion cycles

like, classic punk fashion is never, ever going out of style:

goth fashion has so many different variations, but no one looks at a goth wearing old clothes and goes "they're so outdated :/"!

they're probably more busy going "huh look a goth"

same with lolita fashion- members of the community are still buying & selling dresses from a decade ago

plus the lolita community places a strong focus of collecting used wardrobe pieces!

honestly even your classic scene/emo trends are coming back:

you can't feel self conscious about not following the latest trend if the fashion you follow has a set of established visual guidelines 🤷‍♀️

TLDR: pick a subculture fashion and save the planet ✌

i’m sick of listening to old cishet white dudes sing all the time, so here are some of my more diverse favs! links lead to spotify

Cinnamon Babe - An amazing black woman, I recommend listening to her song Rock ‘N’ Roll Is Black.

Dazey and the Scouts - A queer and trans band. their music kinda gives off a riot grrrl vibe. Their song Sweet Cis Teen explores gender dysphoria as an AFAB person, I really resonate with it. Groan is another one of my favorites.

Cheap Perfume - Another riot grrrl type band, their songs are based around unapologetic feminism. I would recommend starting off with It’s Okay to Punch Nazis and Slut Game Strong.

Destroy Boys - Their music is honestly amazing, my favorites are Vixen, Crybaby, and Muzzle.
