SOME ANA TIPS
-when you’re hungry:
•drink a lot, like water, coffee, cold or hot water, white monster (it helps a lot istg) and eat a lot of low cals veggie, gummies or ice!
-try to do something that doesn’t make you think about food or being hungry:
•read a book
•go out for a walk(it makes you lose weight too)
•go out with your friends
•sleep
•if you’re hungry, you’ll be fine with a cigarettes or a vape(it helps a lot)
•watch a movie
-before eating, drink 3 glass of water so your stomach fills up immediately
-Between bites, drink at least four sips of water
-don’t drink alcohol, it contains a lot of cals too!
-don’t eat breakfast
-don’t eat before 3pm and after 7pm
-if you’re hungry brush your teeth
-try to eat once a day, maximum twice but with small portions
-take the stairs instead of the elevator
