The erasure of the Usopp Pirates in OPLA is quite literally the worst thing they could have possibly done and I will forever be resentful for that.

#those kids are SO important for usopp's character #it's not even in a superficial 'he loves them they're his family' type of way but like #they're crucial to reaffirm his nurturing and caring/protective nature and giving him reasons to be the man he wants to be #he has people waiting for him in syrup village. kids he has influenced. kids who admire him. that's what a warrior is too #and to take that away from him is just. cruel #idk i believe that opla misunderstood his character deeply and i will forever hate that. turned him into just comedy relief #even if it was just b they're his family and had nothing to do with his personality and ambitions ??? since when is family not crucial here #opla acting as if those kids weren't extremely important in the manga and for usopp #look they showed up in the last chapter and i got emotional i adore them :( #one piece #usopp #opla #one piece live action

Like ancient books, fire, and dirt. Like chemicals, poison, and deadly flowers. Like sunlight, wet grass, and thousands of thousands of songs Sanji hasn’t been able to hear. It is impossible to know what a song smells like, but she is quite sure they all have the scent of that music box Usopp made for her. She always brings gifts whenever she comes. It makes the princess feel less trapped and more… It wouldn’t be more, since she isn’t even a bit free. But it makes her feel free. Liberation, that’s what she smells like. Freedom.

I just want to say I really loved how much Laios stood up for Marcille this week. He really said I'm not about to let y'all shit all over my friend for doing what she could to save someone we all care about. I'm not about to let y'all shame her for her talent and genius. I'm not about to let her hard work go unacknowledged while the rest of you wouldn't ever have the balls to do what she did. Because unlike all of you she isn't a little bitch. It was beautiful man.

Thinking about how shanks and mihawk react to one another (not that friendly at first, ready to fight) and how closed off mihawk is all the time, I don’t think he would put enough effort to be on the same level of closeness as shanks buggy, aside from the fact that all of this is completely impossible, since shanks buggy also wouldn’t work out in canon at all, but for different reasons. (Unless we get some mysterious twist with shanks mihawk backstory too how close they were🤷). I know it a silly shipping but I’m “canon purist😅” as some call it. I also dislike cross guild but we probably get some dynamic change between them, just not sure if it’s gonna be positive one yet. Buggy will probably stop being bullied by them and I hope it’s out of some respect, but it could possible be just from the fact he’s having this loyal group 🤔

Yeah, I mean. I don't think Mihawk and Shanks are canonically that close. But I think their dynamic based on respect and mutual understanding is pretty clear and a good way of shipping them! I'm not like, an extreme fan of the ship but they're interesting.

And I honestly, I believe Cross Guild is going to respect Buggy and it has nothing to do with his loyal group but with the way he leads them. That's sort of why the whole speech in chapter 1082 is for, actually? It's both for character development and the start of like, an actual alliance I think. It's like the only way I think his character is going to have a proper development.

I'm giving Sabo my weird (muscle? nerve? idk, sth got fucked up in here ages ago) issue and now he can't raise his arm above his head on the burned side as much as the other one, can't raise it up above shoulder height at all if it's straight, it needs to be bent at least a bit, and it will be slowly lowering by itself. Also, even before DF, swimming would make the issue worse and also make holding things in this hand more difficult cause grip strength would halve for a couple hours afterwards for some reason

I love fucking up Sabo's body even more because I think there is so much wasted potential in his character,,,, So thank you for these headcanons because you make the world and Sabo better 🙏🏻💙
