you sat criss-crossed in front of muichiro as he pointed out various clouds and their varying shapes. you weren’t really paying attention— something else had you captivated.

“mui,” you spoke out.

“hm?”

“i like your eyes.”

“huh?” he blinked.

you giggled at his air-headed-like response, poking at his cheek and repeating your statement.

“i said i like your eyes, silly!” you playfully quipped.

he tilted his head, a cloud of confusion practically floating above his head.

“why are you telling me this?” he asked.

you sighed at his disregard, flopping back onto the grass. “i dunno.. just felt like it.”

“oh. okay.”

he moved over to you, looming over your sprawled out figure.

“i like your eyes too.”

giyuu tomioka makes it his #1 priority to check up on you, no matter what. wether it’s a quick text to see how your day is going or a surprise visit to make sure you’re okay. he’s always there, quietly looking out for you. even in the midst of his own battles and responsibilities you’re never far from his thoughts.

kyojuro rengoku tries his best to always make sure you’re warm. if you request to have his haori, it’s wrapped around you in seconds— or if you insist on sitting close to each other so you can share his body heat he doesn’t mind. he’s constantly attentive of your comfort, to him, it isn’t just to ward off the evil that is the chilly weather but it is also a tangible way for him to express his love and devotion toward you.

tengen uzui always ensures you don’t feel left out despite having three wives and his numerous responsibilities as a hashira. he constantly goes out of his way to include you in his life and make you feel valued. he listens to your thoughts and opinions, making it clear that you are an important aspect of his world. his larger than life personality make it hard for you to feel insecurity or jealousy— he’s able to create a unique bond with all of his loved ones, including you.
