今日ご紹介するレシピは「アクアパンナのリボリータ」です。
今回使用したアクアパンナの採水地は、ワインや食文化、芸術でも名高いイタリアのトスカーナ地方・スカルペリアという地域です。フィレンツェから車で2時間ほどかけて山を登ったスカルペリアは、美しい手つかずの自然が広がっている風光明媚な街です。そんな自然豊かな環境で採水されたアクアパンナの、なめらかなのど越しと軽やかさを活かして、栄養満点のスープをつくります。
