(Spoilers for smg4 puzzlevision)

I just realized something about Mr. Puzzles that changed my whole view on his backstory…

The reason he’s so egotistical and so full of himself is because he’s a TV addict. He calls himself handsome because he replaced his own head with a TV. His face is literally what he’s addicted to. The same thing goes for the Puzzlevision logo. He loves TV, therefore he loves his face, therefore he loves his logo which he likes to show everywhere.

It could also explain why everything he’s made for Puzzlevision is just a parody of something else. They’re all things he would’ve seen on TV. He never learned how to make an actual original show, all he knew was from watching things like cowboy movies, Disney, Scooby-Doo, SpongeBob, and Family Feud. Even the way he acts in the Puzzlevision videos could be a result of him seeing how actors on TV play their roles.

If you wanna take it a step further, this could ALSO be a reason why he wants to make the perfect TV show with everyone in it. He loves TV so damn much, he wants everyone on earth to be part of this one perfect TV show that’s hosted by an actual TV. EVERYTHING Mr. Puzzles does can be traced back to him being addicted to TV.

I still have plenty of problems with the movie, but if this was all intentional, I take back everything I said about Mr. Puzzles’ backstory and goals.
