i lost 1.2 kgs overnight! with that i lost the weight i gained from my binge on the weekend with extra -0.3 kgs ✌🏻only 0.2 to reach my second goal weight and 3.2 to my ugw!

I have to break my plateau, so here's my plan. Today I ate a lot of food, more than 1500 calories. It was hard but I want to see more progress. Tomorrow, I will restrict as much as possible. Then on Thursday, I have planned a cheat day, that will boost my metabolism even more. My overall goal is to get from 55.3 to 56 from these two days of eating a lot. Then I'll continue to eat around 500 calories a day.
I really hope it'll work, otherwise I will start gaining weight like crazy 😭 Eating so much hurts physically, but mostly emotionally.

I ate a bit more today, I drank a lot of water and exercised a lot more. I hope I'll break the plateau tomorrow. If not, I have planned a cheat day on Thursday, that should do the trick

Day 14:
My ugw is 50 kg, it's not very underweight and I'm ok with that. I've seen myself severely underweight, and I didn't look my best. I have a camp in the summer, where I'm one of the leaders, so I want to reach my ugw by the start of July. I know I will gain weight there, they feed the kids and the leaders crap and I don't want my boss to notice I have an ed. So the best scenario would be going to the camp at 50kg, and to be 53 kg max when I return.
