When Oikawa Makes His First Appearance

In episode 7, we hadn't seen much of Iwa-Chan either. He had like a line or two in episode 6, but that storyline followed Kindaichi and the other first years because they were seeing the change in Kageyama. I get that but my little heart likes to believe that it's because Iwaizumi and Oikawa come as a set. They dont really exist without the other. We see Oikawa be a normal person when he's talking to Iwaizumi after the game; he isnt taunting or cocky, he's himself and Iwaizumi has more lines. He is immediately established as the person Oikawa speaks with and gets along with the most. The show sets up their characters to be themselves more when they are with the other and idk it just makes me really happy. I love them so much. And bonus: in their practice jerseys Iwa-chan is number 1 (it's probably because he is acting captain while Oikawa is out but I digress)
