Are getting pressured to diet, fast, or restrict food from friends, family, or even society.

Are trying to gain weight, but only find weight loss recipes when searching for tips.

Are unable to find any clothes they like in their size.

Are being stared at and treated as lesser as they go about their day today.

Are having weight loss surgeries pushed on them. Again.

Are being pushed around and bullied for their size.

Are being denied gender affirming surgeries due to their size.

Are too afraid to stand up to abuse because they want to be a 'good example', lest they cause people to hate fat folk more.

Are being fed fear-mongering stories about fat pregnancy, fertility, and virility in their reproductive journies.

Are being told they won't be good parents because they're fat.

Are losing their jobs and careers because of their size.

Are having their disabilities blamed on fatness.

Are being ignored and pushed aside by doctors, with their symptoms being chalked up to 'fat'.

Are having trouble loving their bodies because of their size.

Are struggling to think their F/Os would love them in their fat bodies.

And so much more.

Intra-system communication is!! So much more than back and forth conversations using typical language!! And I see so many people struggling because they think they can't have good communication because their headmates can't have defined conversations the same way you would with someone outside your body but no!!!

Intra-system communication can be writing/journaling together or to leave as a note, it can be roleplaying, it can be sharing abstract thoughts and concepts that can't be put into words, it can be listening to music with meaningful lyrics together, it can be so so many personal and hard to explain things. The most successful communication we've ever reached has been through experiencing and creating things together that give us a better understanding of each other and what we're all feeling or hoping for. There are so many other ways to communicate than traditional conversations!

#we find communication with the fictroject members to be easiest when we engage in stuff that might normally be considered fandom related #when I write about self-shipping with Seto that is almost always a joint effort expressing our irl insys relationship #I’m still not done sorting through who all are truly f/os and who are fictroject system members #but im finding that the deeper and more niche the headcanons run the more often it’s a fictroject #and just. so much of the communication within the system just looks and feels like… contemplating a random idea together or something #it’s really weird and interesting and honestly wonderful #nobody understands me as well as my headmates do and I adore them for it #especially Seto who knows me well enough that sometimes I don’t even immediately realize when we switch #system post
