A MESSAGE TO OUR CREW…. As a small business, we rely heavily on couriers. We always do our very best to get orders to you in the quickest possible time. Unfortunately, no courier is perfect. Trust us, we’ve tested them all. Sometimes deliveries are delayed, items are lost (thankfully only on rare occasions) or the local courier will just leave the parcels wherever they damn well feel like it. It’s very much a love/hate relationship. However, with the recent Royal Mail strikes, the snowy conditions and Christmas, immense pressure is currently being placed on couriers. The ones that aren’t on strikes are being bombarded and this has a knock on effect. Where deliveries are delayed, we will do our utmost to get these tracked down and delivered as fast as we can.
