Day 3 done. 5th overall.... today was filled with all the emotions. Happy to finish top 5 consider I had taken 5 weeks off and only 3 weeks to prepare. Heading to work. The first time I have ever worked in an office. In the past I have loved wearing scrubs, they resemble athletic clothing amd you don't have to think about what to wear to work. Now I get to wear normal clothing which is exciting and overwhelming since I have spent the last year working at a gym and my closet consists of a lot of spandex. Post Murph breakfast. Murph was so hot in this heat. But it was great to do it with s small group of fellow Crossfitters. In just 1 hour it went from 32° to 40°. Didn't have a weighted vest but managed to finish in 50:25.
