Shout out to big fantasy lizards, gotta be my favorite gender. I have three worldbuilding/spec evo projects I’m constantly working on bc my little rat brain demands me to think all the time, but I’m focusing on this one. The Ant Folk (Insecture) is still ongoing, mostly been working on lore to go along with art so expect more posts about my ants soon.

This lovely beast is apart of a worldbuilding project called “The Smaals”, based off of three classic smaller fantasy races (Hobbits, Dwarves, Gnomes) and it’s more of a wall for me to throw ideas at until they stick.

Hey idk what writer/artist/creative needs to hear this but: You can create the most garbage self-indulgent poorly made full-of-cliches awkward ugly piece of art on the entire planet and you're still allowed to be proud of it and share it with the world. Another project I’ve been working on outside of silly ants.

The Clowen Project is a cryptozoology project centered around a clade of shapeshifting humanoids, following a researcher documenting their findings. Focusing on common mythos and cryptids throughout history, trying to scientifically explain them (I am not a biologist so everything won’t be completely accurate), and overall just having fun because the world is burning.

Worker ants, the second smallest ants in the colony and the highest in numbers, commonly expendable and used for extensive tasks. From catering to the queens every need to joining soldiers while hunting, Worker ants are very versatile and can be found all over the colony.

have you ever thought about how in the versions of the spider-man canon where Peter’s web shooting is accomplished by technology rather than being an actual superpower that means he really just….could have…very easily not done that. like he could have had any weapon. he could have had weapons he didn’t have to invent himself and build from scratch. but they wouldn’t have been spider-themed so he just. he did that. for the Aesthetic.
