the hard truth about wanting to be pretty is, all those posts saying "you can have it at your ugw, the food will still be there" is lying to you. the facts are, if you suddenly go back to those binge and trigger foods, suddenly go back to fast food chains and sugary hell, you're going to gain it all back. you need to be okay with never eating that shit again, and keeping your body pure. it just dirties you, makes you go back on your progress – it isn't a reward now and never will be, never should be. don't set yourself up for failure. you're stronger than your cravings.
