Bedman is obsessed with the aesthetics of being intelligent, he's very much a "facts and logic" kinda guy, very annoying

for two reasons

one, Bedman ultimately did have good intentions, wanting to make a fair and good world for everyone, freeing us of the suffering of how the world was

and that can be seen on the wiki page for Chronos:

"Khronos or Chronus, is a personification of time in pre-Socratic philosophy and later literature. Chronos is frequently confused with, or perhaps consciously identified with, the Titan, Cronus, in antiquity, due to the similarity in names."

and I assume this is where many misconceptions I've heard come from

this is worded as though it's incorrect, or non-standard

"confused" no, they weren't confused, religion is just very fluid, a lot of Greeks considered Chronos and Kronos to be the same god (most to my knowledge in fact, many even confidently stating that Kronos was just another spelling of the word for time, Chronos), this isn't them "being confused"

it's possible that Chronos and Kronos were separate beings originally, who got syncretized, this is common

it's also possible that they were always the same, and some later groups separated them (notably the Orphics)

for the most part

it's fair to consider Chronos, and Kronos, the same god, except in some contexts (such as Orphism), and I dislike wikipedia's wording here
