One of these days I need to go to an ear specialist and a nerve one. Last time I gone to an ear one they said there was nothing wrong with it.

Period+ ear pain+ headache+ dirty ahh glasses = a very cranky me

Fucking hate lecturers sometimes

Fucker didn't even go to the first class, TOLD US MONDAY CLASS WAS GOING TO BE TODAY YET SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY A SINGLE THING TODAY, PUSHED IT TO TWO DAYS FROM NOW AND MY WHOLE FUCKING GROUP IS UN AVAILABLE . What is worse she made us stay for over 30 mins after time was over.

The only positive is I haven't finished my research proposal so there is that.

To top it all of when we were freed it's storming outside. Thunder storm. My house in a floddy area. The road, the ONLY road leading up to it is always crowded and is a easily flodded area too.

So mad. I'm just gonna pass out later. After I get my second dose of my extra Joss. Idc it is unhealthy I need it for my happy chemicals.

My face is having uncontrollable spasms. Great. It hurts really, really, really bad.

I think part of why I have trouble explaining pain to the doctor is when they ask about the pain scale I always think “Well, if someone threw me down a flight of stairs right now or punched me a few times, it would definitely hurt a lot more” so I end up saying a low number. I was reading an article that said that “10” is the most commonly reported number and that is baffling to me. When I woke up from surgery with an 8" incision in my body and I could hardly even speak, I was in the most horrific pain of my life but I said “6” because I thought “Well, if you hit me in the stomach, it would be worse.”

Since arriving in this strange new world- under the guise of partaking in another death game alongside his friends- Mumbo had spent hours hard at work attempting to reconstruct the oddly suspicious, broken down flying machine in the basement. Having gotten divine instruction from the offputting book of an unknown author that kept getting placed into his inventory, he was certain it must be important.

Often with Scott, Cleo and Tango at his side the four began to grow suspicious that it had to do with the world’s missing goddess, the one they had chosen to become loyal to. That perhaps this was her way of trying to communicate with them.

And one night, while perhaps having inhaled too much redstone dust, their theories are confirmed.

MIANITE AND LIFE SERIES? oh please,,, please tell me holy shit im VERY normal abt that idea (im lying)

I'm still sorta workin on the story plot wise but basically I imagine it as like the lifers are brought into like a semi-reset realm of Mianite under the guise that it's supposed to be like a regular life series (but its not 👀!) Ianite's back to being imprisoned and maybe there's also some other underlying happenings Watcher related or not idk haha

(the god followings i mention later on were based off @ranababamboo , they made some awesome art for this crossover u should totes go check out :D)

I think it'd be funny if theyre still greeted by a version of Dec (or maybe Pix or Iskall would make a funky cool prist :Oc) and are introduced to the mechanic of the game- It works similar to Secret Life where they're all given a set of tasks; One from Mia, Dia and Ianite, and based on how they go about the tasks each session, it leads into them forming factions (aka the god teams) with Lizzie starting off with Mianite and later finding evidence of a Marthanite and BigB doin his funky backrooms things (he's set to follow the World Historian how he gets there I'm not sure but if anyone wants to add on feel free! /nf)

Tiem Reester isn't present but I think it'd be interesting if there's like traces of them (implying this takes place post-s2 but funky multiverse relative universe things hehe) I have plans for Jordan and Tom specifically in linking this to their hardcore series from last year I affectionately named Linked Life bc of the whole "if we all die the server resets" but ye. ye ;]c

I imagine tons of shenanigans ensue ofc from both just them all bein the silly goofys they are, and then as they start to form their factions (maybe both by god followings but also if the factions are mix of the different gods too would be interesting to see... Like Mounders with two dianitees (pearl n joel) a mianitee (bdubs) and an ianitee (mumbo) for example👀 As the sessions go on the tasks become more interesting/offputting or odd that are maybe more lore related, like one big one I keep coming back to is Ianite sending Mumbo to the S1 skycage via a book only given to him with a chest of redstone supplies to make a flying machine

How much the gods appear kinda varies, I've already half written this bit that Scott, Tango and Mumbo are the first to see a physical form of Ianite after a redstone-filled night of building and Pearl becoming Dianite's champion so yeyeyeeyeyeeee!!! :D

Humans are space orcs, but humans are real fucking sneaky and don't tell anyone they're predators after realizing that other sentient species are all prey. It starts out as wanting to assimilate without any negative stigma, but eventually they realize that we're really alone as sentient predators.

So q human goes on a research ship and that ship gets stranded on a deathworld and everyone freaks put bc they don't know how to handle this but the human's just like 'build shelter, hunt food, start a fire' and they're all like 'hunt food???!!' And they human's like 'shit'.

So they see a human climb trees, throw shit, track prey and realize 'oh no, that thing could kill us' but the human's helping and they don't really have the man power to get rid of them.

And eventually they realize the whole pack bonding thing is stronger than the predatory instincts and are relieved

personally i'm excited for tf:one, but strange old mechs lying in caves distributing t-cogs is no basis for a system of government (or a reasonable explanation for why the race of transformers is able to fucking transform).

listen the movie's not out yet and i'm sure the issue's more complex than that, but all the same i'm going to make fun of that particular artistic decision.

Joel and Grian are trying to start a cult around the ocean.

Grian's reason - To want the ocean to favor him.

Joel's reason - He feels a calling to it, like something is trying to pull him in. Whenever he is out on a boat alone in the ocean, a pink axolotl will try and take him somewhere. He has followed it a few times but doesn't follow it far. He believes if he starts this cult around the ocean, he'll get his answer as to why it wants him.

There's a reason he decided to spend his time trying to get the rare blue axolotl.

Jason likes to read after patrol every night.

He has a routine, he’ll strip his gear, kiss your forehead, shower and have a quick bite to eat. Then, he’ll make a steaming cup of valerian tea and get into bed with you, with his current read in hand.

Most nights, Jason reads to himself, quiet and tucked into his side of the bed, careful not to wake you with any sudden movements.

He’ll read until his eyelids feel heavy, until his fingers become weak, unable to carry the weight of the book. Jason reads until his mind no longer registers the words on the yellowing pages of the old paperback.

When exhaustion slowly takes over his body, he’ll delicately place his bookmark into the novel. He’ll put it to the side and then snuggle further into the sheets with you.

Jason will pull your sleeping figure close to his, unable to stay away and his hands will make their way around your body. He’ll gently whisper sweet nothings into your ear, well aware that you cannot hear him. Then, he’ll let his sleep wash over him.

But there are some nights when Jason reads to you.

On nights where you struggle to find sleep, you stay up until he makes his way home from patrol. He’ll do his routine as if he’s on autopilot, almost robotic. Kiss, shower, eat and then into the bed with you and his book.

This time though, he’ll read out loud to you. His voice husky and laced with fatigue, lulling you to sleep. Your head lies against his bare chest and his fingers trace comforting shapes on your skin underneath your shirt.

Once he finds you dozing off, Jason will softly peck your forehead and continue to read to himself, until sleep finds him and takes over his body.

One of my favorite headcanons about the Bats is that they're all cheaters.

All of them are unrepentant cheaters. Even Alfred. Every single thing that can be seen as a competitive activity at least one of them will be cheating. Most of the time it is definitely more than one of them cheating. It's pretty much expected in their household to cheat to the point they don't even see what they're doing as cheating. Of course it's never done with malicious intent, just their warped sense of how to keep things "fair" between them.

...eldritch!batman only recognises his robins when they are Small

When they grow older he stops being able to recognise them/identify them and ends up accidentally latching onto a new one. Happens more gradually for dick-to-jason but he Knows jason got taken away by force and thus has Problems because of it. And then for Tim-to-Damian it was a chorus of bad luck where Thalia figured out a moment in which Bruce had less control of the Bat and just. Stuck Damian in his path. Now Bruce has a new Robin even though he TRIES to get the focus back to Tim because he knows Tim is still Robin. And/or because Dick views Tim as an equal, when he dons the Batsuit he just. Can't remember Tim-as-Robin, which is dangerous and leads to Dami-Robin-adoption by the Bat.

If u are too big....you're not ALLOWED to be bigger than batdad. Robin is BABY.

(but also means that eldritch!batdad very much sees them as the Same Person which brings its own host of issues/problems)

....for more crack purposes you can, of course, also make the assumption (and Jason often makes the joke) that technically Bruce is a magical girl because his suit has vague sentience. He made a deal with an eldritch being and now he has a transformation sequence. He's totally a magical girl.
